Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO - Page 18 Empty Re: Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO

Post by artgal16 Mon Nov 14, 2011 9:15 am

In the past couple of weeks we watched Joe Tacopina, Bill Stanton, formerly Cyndy Short and now John Picerno try to push a “some other dude did it” scenario…which varies in flavor according to what information they want to spin. The latest information, that has come out courtesy of Megyn Kelly and statements made by Bill Stanton and John Picerno, concerning cell phone pings and activity shot a hole in the foot of some of these SODDI scenarios. Let’s see how. (SODDI - Some other dude did it)

The wandering man with baby scenario

This started when one or two people claimed they saw a man walking with a baby in the 40 degree weather in the early morning hours of October 4th. As time went on more people came forward claiming they saw a man carrying an almost naked baby at other locations. The sightings spanned about a 4 hour period…which in and of itself makes the whole “abductor walking the streets with baby scenario” kind of hard to believe.

Now I’m not saying that someone (and maybe more than one person) didn’t see a man carrying a baby at some point in the early morning hours of October 4th, but I am saying that if the scenario being pushed is that the man seen at multiple locations, allegedly carrying an unclothed baby is supposed to be the abductor of Lisa Irwin, then apparently Lisa Irwin was abducted by an individual who has some kind of zombie-like mental issue who is willing to just meander for 4 hours down various streets and doesn’t care who sees him while he’s doing it. In short, it really would have to be an extremely mentally deranged person to do this.

But, now that we have learned that there was activity on Deborah’s phone for an almost 4 hour period, and that the pings associated with that activity were never more than 1/3 of a mile from the Irwin house, placing the phone only as far as a wooded area and down toward the river, the “wandering SODDI” scenario becomes even harder to accept.

Why? Because this requires TWO abductors, both acting pretty damned freaky. So you have two abductors involved and one takes the baby and starts his 4 hour zombie walk. During the same time period he is trolling the streets of Kansas City with the baby, the second person is sitting in the woods behind the scene of the crime inexplicably trying to access Deborah’s voicemail (really? why? ) and surf the net. That person sits in the cold dark woods for almost 4 hours all the way up to within 13 minutes of when Jeremy says he arrived home! And….for what purpose?

As far as I’m concerned the wandering SODDI scenario is dead…dead dead dead. It makes absolutely no sense, it’s contrived beyond description, and it’s grasping for straws.

The Jersey did it scenario

The next scenario that the “defense team” (let’s just go ahead and call them that because that is exactly what they are acting like) wants to push and push hard is that because of a 11:57 pm call from Deborah’s phone to Megan Wright’s phone, Jersey (aka John Tanko), took the baby. Jersey is a prime candidate for being Kronked on this deal. He’s a drunk, a thief and a weirdo. And most likely (almost without a doubt) a drug user. He likes to play with fire and steal electronics (like cell phones). The stars are aligned against Jersey.

The question becomes, however, why would Tanko sit around in the woods with a baby and mess with a cell phone for almost 4 hours? And if he was doing that, then when did he set the dumpster fire that the defense team would like to connect to his pyromaniac tendencies? The dumpster fire was at about 2:30 am, so that would require that Tanko took the baby, went into the woods behind the house, tried to call Megan (for whatever reason! ), left the area and walked to the location of the dumpster, burned whatever was burned (apparently some of it was clothing), and then return to the woods behind the house and try to access Deborah’s voicemail and surf the net.

I’d like to point out that we still don’t know the exact times of the five attempts to access the net. The exact times for those could make the whole Tanko did it, dumpster trip, etc. even more problematic. I mean, if the cell phone was trying to access the internet close to the Irwin home at about 2:30…it’s awful hard to be setting a dumpster fire in a different location!

The dude sitting in the woods scenario

Which is the latest. We don’t have to throw Tanko in (although the defense wants to because of the 11:57 pm call to Megan’s phone). Let’s keep it simple and just say “some dude in the woods”. So from 11:57 to the last phone activity at 3:32 am the phones are near the home. Picerno says toward the wooded area behind the Irwin home and as far as the bank of the Missouri River.

Some dude, for unknown reasons, entered the Irwin home and took Lisa and three cell phones. He then decided to hang close to the scene of the crime he has just committed until right at or right before Jeremy arrived home. And then he disappeared….with Lisa.

Why?

That would probably be enough of a question right there that we wouldn’t even have to look at any of the other things that don’t make sense in this scenario. But, we do have other things. Irrespective of who this person is supposed to be (Tanko or some new unidentified SOD)…why would they be trying to access Deborah’s voicemail? What’s the purpose in that? And why would they be trying to surf the net? And why, with three phones, two of which had restricted service for sure, why is there only activity on one phone? That’s what Picerno is saying because he doesn’t even mention any activity on Jeremy’s phone.

We can say – well they didn’t mention it but it might have happened. I don’t think it did considering that Megyn Kelly stated that FOX had been supplied the records. If there was activity on Jeremy’s phone that night I do believe Megyn would have busted that out in a heartbeat. In fact, I’m confident.

If you’re trying to make a call (and why would you??? ) and the phone you’re using won’t call out, why in Sam Hill would you not try the other two phones you have with you? IN FOUR HOURS, no less. Just from boredom alone you’d fiddle with the other two wouldn’t you?

The defense wants us to believe there is a live baby Lisa out there who needs to be found. What the hell do you do to keep a live baby entertained for 4 hours in the woods? How the heck does a baby not start crying at some point in this picture? Are you singing lullabies and playing patty cake? Are we to believe a stranger walked out of that house with Lisa, went into the woods, set down for 4 hours and Lisa just slept contently in their arms? (while they fiddled with Deborah’s phone) Serious?

And then all of a sudden you’re gone right when Jeremy gets home? And no more phone activity. Just POOF by the light of the silvery moon you’re gone….with the baby.

And please remember that Deborah’s excuse for why the dog didn’t bark is that he was in the backyard. So you have to throw in that this person (and Lisa) hung out for almost 4 hours right next to the backyard and the dog, in fact, no dog in the immediate area, barked.

As far as I’m concerned the phone activity that has been revealed, and the location where that activity took place, makes a SODDI scenario of any flavor make no sense whatsoever. Not unless Deborah and Jeremy would like to now tell us they had the mafia on their butts and found a horse head in their bed one morning.

The above article is why I never believed any of the so-called eye-witnesses and why I still believe that whatever happened to Lisa she is dead and Debbie is mostly like responbile probably from her neglect, and she covered it up. Nothing else makes any sense and Taco is just spinning this the way Baez spun it in the Anthony case.

Man Claims Roommate Had Phone Night of Mysterious Irwin Call

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – There’s some new information in the search for missing baby Lisa Irwin. A metro man said he knows who was using Megan Wright’s phone when it received a call from a phone belonging to Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley the night the child disappeared.
Megan Wright said she didn’t have her phone when it received a call from a phone reportedly taken from Lisa’s Northland house. A former roommate of Wright says that at the time of the mysterious call, he lived with five other adults and children, including Wright, at a home about a mile away from the Irwin home in the 3600 block of North Lister.
The man, who asked FOX 4 to conceal his identity, says that another man in the home – known only as “Dane” – may have used the phone that night. The man says that Dane is known to be involved with guns, drugs and trouble.
“He was the only one that had the phone that night, no one else used the phone that night, it was in his possession the whole night,” said the man, who says that Dane was acting secretive and edgy on the phone that night.
As for any involvement in the case, the man says that he doesn’t believe that Dane would harm a child, but assisting in a cover-up would not be out of character. He says that Dane disappeared about a week after Lisa Irwin vanished.
He also added that he was unaware of anyone in the house knowing either Deborah Bradley or Jeremy Irwin, Lisa’s parents.
Kansas City police would neither confirm nor deny that they were looking for Dane.

Baby Lisa Irwin's Brother Blake Involved In Possible Custody Battle
Posted on Nov 14, 2011 @ 06:30PM

By Radar Staff

Missing baby Lisa Irwin's parents could have another one of their children taken away from them, RadarOnline.com has learned, this time by the child's natural mother.

Blake Irwin's mom, Mrs. Rasleen Raim, has filed an “Emergency Motion for Temporary Custody” and “Motion to Modify Child Custody/Visitation” in the Circuit Court of Clay County, Liberty, Missouri, according to a letter released on Monday by her lawyer, Dorothy L. Savory.

The eight-year-old is the son of Jeremy Irwin, Lisa's dad, and Raim, who lost custody of him in 2008.

"Mrs. Raim has always kept her son, Blake Irwin, in her thoughts and prayers. Now, more than ever, she is concerned about her baby’s safety, comfort and peace of mind," said the statement from The Savory Law Firm.

"Rasleen misses her son and has always, and will forever, love him."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Irwin and Deborah Bradley have come under scrutiny for their own actions during the time their daughter was taken, and the rocky relationship they have had with the lawmen searching for their baby since she was reported missing from her crib on October 4.

When she first heard that a child had gone missing from the Kansas City, Missouri home that he shared with Bradley, Raim feared it was Blake who was in peril.

“I thought about my boy, I thought it was mine,” Raim told NBC Action News. "I miss him a lot.”

Blake and his five-year-old brother, Michael, were both reportedly in bed when their baby sister mysteriously vanished. They were interviewed by child counselors on Thursday, the eve of Lisa's first birthday, in the latest effort to find her.

Irwin and Bradley claim an intruder kidnapped their child; police have not named a suspect in the child’s disappearance.

Baby Lisa has blue eyes and blonde hair, is 30 inches tall and weighs about 28 pounds. The outfit she was last seen wearing consisted of purple shorts and a purple shirt with images of white kittens on it. If you have information on Lisa's disappearance, call the Kansas City Police Department hotline at 816-474-TIPS.

Thanks for the update proudjmmom! I thought they never wanted to go back to that house again. I wonder if they decided to go home on their own or if their relatives asked them to leave?

Reminds me of the Cummings case. They didn't want to go back to the trailer where HaLeigh allegedly went "missing". But, the Real truth was Ron was behind on his rent.

Then, "Mother Teresa" and Ggma Sykes went in and cleaned it up all nice and neat for NG's crew to come in. BS

Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO - Page 18 Empty Baby Lisa Irwin still missing, parents now suspects in the case

Post by Wrapitup Wed Nov 16, 2011 2:38 pm

By Joan Firstenberg.

Kansas City - Baby Lisa Irwin went missing on Oct. 3. Since then police have conducted searches and questioned many but are not any closer to finding out what happened to the child. During this time, the baby turned one.

Lisa Irwin's family is now moving back into their home for the first time since the child disappeared. They continue to maintain that Lisa was abducted from her bedroom inside the home as her mother and brothers slept in another room. During their absence from the house, it was the site for countless police and FBI searches which included cadaver dogs and men in hazmat suits.

Last week, two young boys were interviewed by an FBI child specialist. Afterwards, police said the conversations with the boys went well, but they did not make any significant discoveries from it.

The Kansas City Star reports that the biological mother of Lisa's 8-year-old half-brother Blake has filed an emergency motion for temporary custody of her son. He is Jeremy Irwin's son with a woman named Rasleen Raim, who lost custody of Blake in 2008.
Raim says she is concerned for

"her baby's safety, comfort and peace of mind."

On Friday, which was Lisa's first birthday, Bradley and Irwin's lawyer, John Picerno, held a news conference in which he claimed that police told him that Lisa's parents are suspects in her disappearance. Police deny this is true, which is another indication of their sparring relationship.
When reporters asked Picerno if he thought police consider Lisa's parents as suspects, he replied,

"Absolutely. They've told them as much, Debbie in particular."

But Kansas City Police Captain Steve Young told ABCNews.com,

"We don't have any suspects. We still would like to speak to them again."

Police say what they would really like is to sit down separately with Bradley and Irwin for extensive police interviews, which the couple has not agreed to. Authorities say the parents have answered questions regarding specific tips or issues, but have refused to agree to unrestricted questioning.

Another lead that has cropped up recently is a mysterious phone call placed from one of the cell phones Bradley says were stolen from her home while she slept, in a reported drunken stupor, on the night Lisa disappeared.

A Kansas City woman, Megan Wright told "Good Morning America" that she received a 50-second phone call from one of Deborah's missing cell phones around midnight, the night Lisa disappeared. Wright said she did not have the phone with her, nor did she know who answered it or who was calling.

New York private investigator Bill Stanton also appeared on the TV program with Wright. He said,

"This whole case hinges on who made that call and why. We firmly believe that the person who had that cell phone also had Lisa."

An anonymous male witness also told "GMA" that the person who answered the phone was a drifter named Dane who was living in a house that Wright reportedly shared with other people. He says,

"Every time I was up, I saw [Dane] on the phone, hunched in the corner, being very secretive. I would say Dane did not do anything to that baby. But as for him covering up something for a friend, that's a whole different story."

The Kansas City Police Department is taking all this with a grain of salt, saying that while they are checking out the tip, it is just one among more than 1,000 other tips. Police say that while they would like to speak to Dane, his significance is "minimal" and he is not a person of interest.

We all know that these tips will amount to nothing. Whatever Debbie did with the baby she is the key.
The finding of the baby so fast in the Tyler Dasher case was really the big help to arrest the mother and break her down. In The Irwin case, we unfortunately dont have that break, so I predict unless they find the body this case will go cold.

Baby Lisa Irwin Missing: Police Sergeant Says Baby Lisa Probably Dead

A retired Kansas City police officer familiar with the investigation for missing baby Lisa Irwin says there is little chance the toddler is still alive.

Dave Bernard, a former sergeant in the police department's homicide unit, said he hopes Lisa is found alive but his instincts tell him it is not likely.

"You know, at this stage, I don't know. I doubt it. I doubt that she's still alive," he told KMBC News.

Bernard led the investigation of the Erica Green murder case in 2001. The case lasted four years until the parents were found responsible for the killing.

Bernard says he knows exactly what authorities are dealing with.

"I know what they're going through and believe me, I feel for them," he said.

Bernard retired from the Kansas City Police Department shortly before Lisa disappeared, according to the report. He doesn't have inside information on the case but has experienced similar investigations.

"You can speculate on whether she was taken and abducted and whatever, but you concentrate on what is probable, what most likely happened here, and see where that takes you," he said.

Police have gone through thousands of leads and have exhaustively searched the area where Lisa went missing.

"Behind the scenes, I mean, you've got all these investigators that are out running down leads," Bernard said. "Calls may be coming in requiring further investigation, so they're out doing that or maybe a piece of evidence they've come across needs to be analyzed or tested, that sort of thing. So yeah, there's a lot of stuff going on that the public doesn't see."

The focus of the case recently shifted to a mysterious phone call made from the cell phone of Lisa's mother, Deborah Bradley, on the night Lisa went missing from her Missouri home. The phone was thought to be stolen along with Lisa.

Megan Wright, the owner of the phone that received the call, claimed she shared the phone with seven other people. She also said a man named “Dane” had her cell phone on both Oct. 3 and Oct. 4.

Bradley admitted to passing out drunk the night Lisa vanished. Lisa's father, Jeremy Irwin, worked an unusual night shift and did not return home until 4 a.m. He noticed his daughter was not in her crib and called the authorities.

The mother of the half-brother of a missing Kansas City baby wants photos of her 8-year-old son removed from websites during the investigation.

The couple's attorney, Joe Tacopina, said Raim hasn't seen the boy for six years despite a court order allowing visits.

Rasleen Raim's attorney made the request in a written statement Wednesday. Her son is the half-brother of Lisa Irwin, who has been missing since Oct. 4. Attorney Dorothy L. Savory didn't elaborate on the request.

Earlier this week, Savory said her client was filing an emergency motion for temporary custody. The boy lives with his father, Jeremy Irwin. He and his wife, Deborah Bradley, told police their baby daughter was taken from their home while she slept.

The couple's attorney, Joe Tacopina, said Raim hasn't seen the boy for six years despite a court order allowing visits. He says the custody request will be challenged.

WHY hasn't Rasheem seen her son if she was given visitation. Sorry, but I don't buy this in her thoughts and prayers crap!

The Kansas City Star reported Rasleen Raim filed the petition in Clay County seeking to modify the parents' child custody and visitation agreement, said her lawyer, Dorothy Savory.

The boy lives with his father, Jeremy Irwin, and is the half-brother of Irwin's baby daughter, Lisa Irwin, who disappeared from the family's home six weeks ago. The boy was in the home the night Lisa disappeared.

"Mrs. Raim has always kept her son … in her thoughts and prayers," Savory said in a written statement. "Now, more than ever, she is concerned about 'her baby's' comfort and peace of mind. Rasleen misses her son and has always, and will forever, love him."

Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO - Page 18 Empty Re: Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO

Post by Wrapitup Thu Nov 17, 2011 12:03 am

Kansas City Private Investigator Ron Rugen has been digging for the truth on what happened to missing baby Lisa Irwin from Kansas City over the last few week.

His fresh approach has given us an an interview with Megan Wright, the woman that owned the cell phone that received a 50-second phone call from baby Lisa Irwin's parent's cell phone.

Rugen also was instrumental in finding out the information from an anonymous source that a man named, Dane, had Megan Wright's cell phone that night when the 50-second phone call came in.

Now, Wednesday night, Rugen has found out that Dane, aka Dane Greathouse, has retuned to the house in KC that he had been staying in along with Megan Wright and several other people. Since the information came out that he was using Megan Wright's cell phone, many people have wanted to talk to him.

According to Rugen, Dane said he had been away on a hunting trip and did not even know that anyone was looking for him. The household gave him the phone number of a KCPD detective and told him they wanted to ask him questions.

Dane left the house, and at this time no one knows his exact location.
What?? I thought they said he Returned to the house having "no clue" anyone was looking for him. BS!! Unless he's been living under a Rock. Now, he's taken off again KNOWING LE wants to talk to him???? I smell a Rat!!

Recently, Irwin's attorneys have said too much focus has been placed on Lisa's parents, but Kansas City Police retired Homicide officer, David Bernard said he's convinced the investigators are looking at everything and prioritizing leads based on the most likely scenarios, according to KMBC.

"That statement is comprised of very touching words written by a lawyer but are fictional when it comes to this woman and the 8 year old boy she abandoned," Tacopina wrote. Mrs. Raim hasn't seen her son, who she claims to care so much about, for six years, despite a court order allowing visits.
"Further expressing her concern for her son, she hasn't paid court ordered child support to help Blake," Tacopina wrote. "Of course those facts were absent from the lawyer's statement.

Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO - Page 18 Empty Re: Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO

Post by artgal16 Thu Nov 17, 2011 10:08 am

There’s really not much to update on the case of Lisa Irwin. She’s still missing. The Irwin family has moved back into the home from which Lisa disappeared on the night of October 3rd/4th. Some speculation has it that their defense team may have recommended they do so, for image sake. It could be as simple as whomever they were staying with got tired of Deborah running through their stash of boxed wine. Who knows.

The two older brothers of Lisa were finally re-interviewed by a forensic interviewer last Thursday. There has been no word on whether useful information was obtained from that interview.

Meanwhile Debbie’s defense team believes the cell phone information exonerates their client of involvement in the disappearance of her daughter. I see it just the opposite. If baby Lisa isn’t found soon, which apparently will be without the cooperation of her own mother, we may never know which is true.

If the defense team was frothing at the mouth at the chance to use the Tyler Dasher story as a talking point for how a baby can be abducted from their own crib by a stranger, they spent last evening crying in their boxed wine. All the Tyler Dasher story proved is that when mommy spends the night getting shit-faced, ends up the sole-provider to a baby who has been in the crib far too long, and is still either tooted or hung over….baby ends up appearing to be missing, but really beaten to death. And then mommy goes back to sleep. Kind of the same scene Jeremy Irwin walked in on around 3:45 am October 4th.

Outside the Irwin property line, KCPD states it is continuing to review the hundreds and hundreds of tips, rework lines of investigation and leave no stone unturned in their relentless efforts to find baby Lisa. Included in that work, no doubt, is their continued efforts to find Dane Greathouse.

Dane has been reported to be identified as the man who had possession of Megan Wright’s cell phone on the night of Lisa’s disappearance. Other occupants of the over-crowded house allegedly have stated that Dane had the phone most of the night and was acting hinky….kind of shifty and stand-offish. Dane disappeared after that night and hadn’t been seen since. That is until this week, allegedly.

The Examiner is reporting information coming from Kansas City Private Investigator Ron Rugen who states Dane returned to house just in the past few days. Dane told the occupants that he had been away on a hunting trip and didn’t even know people were looking for him. Those occupants provided Dane with a number to contact a KCPD detective. Dane left the house and hasn’t been seen since.

BUT, according to statements made by Megan Wright (if you can trust those statements), Megan and Dane were interviewed on October 4th. Megan states law enforcement did call her cell phone wanting to talk to her about buying a GPS device she had for sell online. And that her and Dane were interviewed on October 4th. So if Dane did skip town, and if Megan is being honest, he did so after an initial interview with KCPD. KCPD has confirmed they called her cell phone at 8:30 am on October 4th – just 4-1/2 hours after the initial report of Lisa being missing.

Now, if the phone call placed by KCPD to Megan at 8:30 am on October 4th was about the GPS and she and Dane were interviewed that day. This kind of flops some former “factoids” around and creates a new list of questions.

* Megan’s prior statement in interviews that she was first approached by law enforcement in their efforts to find Jersey appear to not be correct, if these latest statements by Megan are correct. Megan previously stated she was first interviewed by law enforcement because she was Jersey’s former girlfriend. They returned to her after finding her cell number had been called that night.
* Since KCPD has not reported finding the missing cell phones from the Irwin household how did they have information connecting Megan’s cell phone number to Deborah Bradley or Jeremy Irwin just 4-1/2 hours after Lisa being reported missing? Further to that, how did they have information connecting an add placed by Megan to sell a GPS device and Deborah or Jeremy at 8:30 am in the morning? Was the number written down on a piece of paper in the Irwin home? Previous unsubstantiated rumors had referenced some statement allegedly made by Megan that her number was written down on Deborah’s hand the morning Lisa was reported missing. Is this where they got the number so quickly? Remember, the probable cause statements for searching the Irwin home on October 19th stated that KCPD did not learn the cell phones were missing until a subsequent interview with Deborah and Jeremy. That indicates that information was not revealed in the initial 911 call response and interviews.

Guess we’ll just have to sit back and wait for the answers. And wait on someone to find Lisa…like they did Tyler Dasher.

Parallels between the Dasher and Irwin case:

Who knows what kind of drunk Debbie is? She could be a good natured kissy kind of drunk or a mean one.

Lisa Irwin Case: Man with Cell Phone Shows Up in Kansas City
November 17, 2011 12:15 PM EST

There is a new development in the case of missing baby Lisa Irwin. The police have been working on the lead with the mysterious cell phone call that connects Deborah Bradley, Lisa's mother, with Megan Wright. Wright's ex-boyfriend had been a questionable individual in the case and the 50-second phone call is definitely a hot focus in the case. The problem with the phone call is that Deborah claims that she didn't have the phone and the receiving cell phone's owner claims that she had lend it out to a guy named Dane.

Dane has not been around the Kansas City area, but yesterday he reappeared so the police are desperate to find him and talk to him about the phone call. His full name is Dane Greathouse and he is currently home with Wright. Other than the phone call, there is no direct connection with Dane and Lisa Irwin.

So did Dane escape the crazy investigation on purpose? He explains that he was on a hunting trip and didn't even know people were looking for him. The people living in the home gave him a telephone number to a detective who wants to speak with him. He left the house and no one knows where he is now. Actions speak louder than words and knowing that the police are out to speak to you should not cause you to disappear.

His disappearance may take more focus off Lisa Irwin's parents, who have been the public's suspects for weeks. But now that Dane has bolted, he is looking more and more suspicious.

What do you think?

Kentucky Mom Case Offers Theory into Lisa Irwin Disappearance
November 17, 2011 07:45 PM EST (Updated: November 18, 2011 12:50 AM EST)

A Kentucky mom just got off pretty lightly after it was proven that she was responsible for the events leading up to the death of her infant daughter. The details of this case are kind of similar to some theories in the case of missing baby Lisa Irwin. In fact, not only is this case rather similar in the line of theories, it could also be indicative of just what happens when parents are too irresponsible to care for their children.

Kentucky mom, Megin Gray, pleaded guilty to four counts of second-degree criminal abuse. You see, the night her 9-month-old daughter died, she had drank alcohol and took a cocktail of pills. You know, she was just having her "grownup time," like Deborah Bradley claimed she was entitled to the night her daughter, baby Lisa Irwin, vanished without a trace. After consuming the alcohol and ingesting Percocet and Xanax, she passed out for an approximated total of 12 hours. Her infant daughter was dead by this time. The little baby had rolled off of the bed, and landed on a floor-to-wall baseboard heater. She suffocated from the heat.

Does this case shine a possible theory to what happened with Lisa Irwin?

The night Lisa Irwin allegedly vanished from her crib, Deborah Bradley admits to have been drunk enough to "blackout." During a cordoned search of the property inhabited by the family, scent dogs hit on the scent of a dead body on the floor alongside the bed shared by the parents.

There have been a lot of theories, a lot of mysterious sightings, and a lot of differing stories coming from all sides, but the science used in the investigation have revealed far more questionable clues. It's not unheard of for a responsible parent to pass out with a child in bed with them, only to roll over and suffocate them or something as described in the case of the Kentucky mom, Megin Gray.

What do you think?

Irwin Attorney: ‘Jersey’ Bragged About Kidnapping Lisa

2:20 pm, November 18, 2011, by Meagan Kelleher

John Picerno and Megyn Kelly

FOX News reported Friday that according to Irwin family attorney John Picerno, the handy man known as “Jersey” bragged to someone that he was paid $300 to kidnap baby Lisa Irwin.

Picerno told FOX’s Megyn Kelly that an unidentified 17-year-old told them she overheard the conversation between John “Jersey” Tanko and an unknown person. Picerno said police had been notified of this information, and that the attorneys were not sure of the credibility of the teen.

Picerno told FOX 4 that they found the unidentified teen “through their investigation.”

Early in the case, neighbors reported an unknown handyman in the area of the Irwin home in the days before Irwin disappeared.

Lisa Irwin was last seen in her crib on the evening of October 3rd. Her father reported her missing to police early the following morning.

Missing Baby Lisa Irwin: Mo. Girl Not Yet Found as Fingers Point at 'Jersey' the Handyman

The local Kansas City lawyer for the Irwin family, Joe Picerno, claims that "Jersey" the handyman was overheard bragging about kidnapping baby Lisa Irwin, who has been missing for more than a month.
Picerno told Fox 4 News that an unidentified teenager overheard "Jersey" bragging to an unknown person that he had abducted the 11-month-old infant in exchange for $300. Lisa went missing from her crib on Oct. 4, according to her parents.

Picerno went on to say that the police have been notified of this information, but they question the validity of the teen's report. Baby Lisa has yet to be found as police continue to follow new leads in the mystery.

Lisa's father, Jeremy Irwin, was out on a late call doing electrical work for a local Starbucks when his 11-month-old daughter disappeared during the early morning hours of Oct. 4. When he returned from work roughly around 4 a.m., he reported several lights on, the front door unlocked, three missing cell phones and a tampered screen window.

Megan Wright, who lives about a mile from Lisa's home, received a phone call from one of the stolen cell phones, belonging to mother Deborah Bradley, on the night of the disappearance.

Jersey is suspected to be the ex-love interest of Megan Wright.

Missing Baby Lisa Irwin: Mystery Phone Man Comes Forward

There are still a number of questions that remain unanswered, in the matter of Lisa Irwin's disappearance, including the fact that a phone call was made her parent's mobile phone, on the night of her disappearance. The call was made to a Megan Wright - a former girlfriend of John "Jersey" Tanko, a handyman who was working in the neighborhood of the Irwin residence. Tanko is currently in jail, on unrelated charges.

The search for missing baby Lisa Irwin continues as new surveillance footage obtained by ABC shows a man emerging from a wooded area near the family's home the night the infant went missing.

Wright claims she did not receive the call, which lasted 50 seconds. She further said that the phone in question was one shared by the seven co-residents of her house. Her former roommate Dane (his last name has not been disclosed for reasons of privacy), who admitted to having the phone in his possession on the night of the call in question.

"The truth will rise to the top," said Dane, "I have no connection with Megan Wright or the missing child."

"I used Megan's mobile phone to have my phone turned on and some rides lined up for the next days of moving into my new place," said Dane, in a mobile message-based conversation with NBC ACTION News.

"The police have (been in) contact with me and have (been) so the whole past month," Dane texted,"I just hope we can focus the important point of finding the missing child."

However, Dane refused to answer questions on whether he answered the call (received at 11.57 p.m.), on the night of Lisa Irwin's disappearance.

"Why don't you investigate the girl, and her boyfriend," asked Dane's father, of NBC ACTION News, "You guys are like taking this girl's word for everything."

"I'm just being thrown in a mix of people trying to push blame off of them to keep face. It's sad my name could be involved in something so heartbreaking," commented Dane.

Dane declined to answer specific questions or meet in person. He told NBC investigators the police had asked him not contact the media, warning him that it would only lead to a "media frenzy of lies."

In an unrelated lawsuit filed against Dane by his ex-girlfriend, he has been accused of threatening to kill her.

"Every day I have been scared and terrified to go home at night," the victim told the court in a written statement, "He says he has nothing to lose and he'll be satisfied once I'm dead," WPTV reported.

Lisa Irwin Breaking Development — Someone Paid to Abduct Baby?
November 18, 2011 06:30 PM EST

Lisa Irwin remains missing as new leads continue to pour in to police, as well as the media. The latest update in the case of this missing infant comes as a witness who claims someone was paid to abduct the little baby. Could this new report have any weight to it?

Who knows how credible this claim is, since it came from the attorney representing Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin. John Picerno claims that a witness has come forward with details that may prove helpful in the search for missing baby Lisa Irwin. Apparently, a 17-year-old girl approached Bill Stanton and Joe Tacopina. She claims that Johnny "Jersey" Tanko bragged to another man that he was paid $300 to kidnap the Kansas City infant.

It should be mentioned that this mystery man the 17-year-old girl mentioned is a transient, as is Johnny Tanko the "handyman" who has already been questioned. Picerno acknowledges that he doesn't know how "credible" the information is. It certainly just sounds like more hearsay from the missing-obsessed public.

Was someone paid to kidnap Lisa Irwin?

The man known as "Jersey" the handyman has connections to Megan Wright, the woman who is reported to have received a 50-second call from one of Deborah Bradley's missing cell phones. Megan Wright claims to have dated the transient handyman at one point, but says she broke up with him shortly before the infant vanished. This would even fall into place with witnesses who reported to have seen a mysterious man walking through the area carrying an infant wearing nothing but a diaper. However, witnesses picked one of the neighbors of Bradley and Irwin's out of a lineup, matching the description of this man—not Johnny "Jersey" Tanko. Nonetheless, the neighbor isn't in custody and has been cooperative with police. He is also reported to have taken and passed a polygraph test.

It should also be reported that Johnny Tanko, aka "Jersey," has been cooperative with police while he is currently in jail on an unrelated arrest. The man has a history of breaking into homes through windows, but police say they have no reason to suspect that this man was involved with the disappearance of little Lisa Irwin.

So that brings it all down to the simplest of questions: Who took Lisa Irwin? The latest information given by the mysterious teenage girl has been turned in to investigators, but it's likely that the lead may turn out going nowhere. It just seems convenient that a witness would come up with this info and go to Deborah Bradley's lawyer and privately hired "investigator" instead of the police in the first place.

Post by Nama Sun Nov 20, 2011 2:27 pm

NBC Nightly News’ Russ Ptacek tracked down and spoke with the teen who reportedly said a handyman named “Jersey” had bragged about being paid $300 to steal missing 10-month-old Baby Lisa Irwin, and learned Saturday that neither the teen nor Jersey ever said that.

It was the local defense attorney for Baby Lisa’s family who, during an interview with Fox Insider News Friday, shared the information about “Jersey” being paid $300 for Baby Lisa Friday. Read: Did handyman 'Jersey' brag about being paid to steal Baby Lisa Irwin?

After hearing the legal team’s theory that “Jersey” bragged about being paid for Baby Lisa, NBC’s Russ Ptacek set out to find the teen that allegedly made the statement. He learned the teen works as a dishwasher at a local eatery and caught up with him at his workplace at about 4 p.m. Saturday.

Russ said the teen acknowledged he does know the handyman “Jersey” and said he hasn’t seen him since before Baby Lisa disappeared.

When asked about his statement that “Jersey” bragged about being paid $300 to steal Baby Lisa, the teen adamantly denied it.

Russ said there was never an admission of guilt. The teen reportedly said, “I told someone, I was like (expletive.) Jersey was the kind of person where you could say here’s $300, take care of this baby and he would have done it. That’s all I’ve said. I haven’t seen Jersey since weeks before all this happened actually.”

The rumor began when the family’s local defense attorney, John Picerno, told Fox Insider’s Megyn Kelly Friday that his team had spoken with the mother of a teen girl who said her daughter admitted that a male friend of hers was told by “Jersey” that he’d been hired to “get” Baby Lisa.

Russ Ptacek, NBC Action News reporter spoke with Dane, (read story here) the man that had Megan Wrights phone during the time of the mystery phone call and said he had "no connection with Megan Wright or the missing child."

Dane also said he used the cell phone to have his phone turned on, and "some rides lined up for the next days of moving into my new place." he texted Ptacek.

Ron Rugen, a Kansas City Private Investigator then contacted me and told me he had spoken with Megan Wright about what Dane had said to Ptacek.

Rugen asked Megan about Dane saying he was trying to get his service on the night he had the phone.

"It was not that night...a totally different day. Mid-morning, I'm not sure the date," said Megan.

Rugen asked her if it was before or after Baby Lisa's disappearance?

"After, if I remember correctly," said Megan.

Rugen also asked Megan about the FBI calling the cell phone and Dane answering it and giving them a fake name.

"Yes. Dane mentioned it to me…..Dane gave them a fake name and thought the whole thing was a joke," said Megan.

Megan also told Rugen about Jersey's actions a few days before and after Lisa disappeared. Jersey is John Tanko, her former boyfriend.

Megan said she had broken up with him about a week and a half before Lisa disappeared. Megan said she chased him out of the house and he "jumped on his bike and fell on his face in the middle of the street…"

Then Megan said he returned about a week later and she avoided him by going upstairs. She could see he was drunk and belligerent. He fought with a friend of hers from down the street, and Jersey was forced to leave.

Megan also recounted how Jersey came back to the house in a stolen minivan and drove into the yard, almost hitting the porch, and was chased off again.

Megan also said that Jersey did not know any of her roommates in the house and as far as she knew, did not know Dane or James Brando the estranged husband of Samantha Brando, that was with Deborah Bradley on the front porch the night that baby Lisa went missing.

Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO - Page 18 Empty Mom's phone appears to be the key...

Post by Nama Mon Nov 21, 2011 2:56 pm

Whether it be the 50 second cell phone call that was reportedly attempted from Deborah Bradley's phone or the alleged attempts to access her voice mail and/or internet some three hours later, it would appear her phone holds the key to many answers in the case of her missing baby, Lisa Irwin.

There are so many unanswered questions in this case and twists and turns, those of us who are watching it closely think about it all the time. I was watching my Mizzou Tigers play football Saturday afternoon, trying to relax, and I was still sorting out some of the Baby Lisa information in my head. I could not relax.

The number of people who may have used Deborah Bradley's phone that fateful night are far greater than the number of people who that 11:57 p.m. phone call could have been intended for. So, rather than try to figure out who was using the phone, it seems more logical to work backwards from who may have been intended to receive the call.

None of this analysis is conclusive, but it is fairly narrow in scope. Further, I am not impugning anything on any of these persons. It is what it is. They may have possibly been intended to receive a call from someone who may, for one reason or another, been using Deborah Bradley's phone.

Keep in mind that Megan Wright claims she had that phone number three or four months prior to this incident. A former roommate had thought she only had it a month-and-a-half to two months.

Of those that either had access to or was believed to be able to be reached via Megan Wright's cell phone that night: Megan Wright, Dane G., John "Jersey" Tanko, or the couple who are the head of the household Megan was staying in. When you consider this small number of people and you work your way back to who may have tried to call them, it may help come closer to solving part of this mystery. Then, while the married couple who are head of Megan's former household are eliminated as unlikely recipients, it brings us down to those three possibilities of intended recipients: Megan, Dane, or Jersey.

Why would anybody try to reach any one of those individuals on Megan's phone? Who could have been trying to reach one of them? In order to determine who made the attempted phone call, we have to investigate further and find out if any of these people had a connection with any one of these three. It is not yet known, but here are some possible persons who could have tried to call one of them. Whomever made the phone call would likely to have had the number memorized, unless it was Deborah Bradley and it was already programmed into her phone.

If the intended recipient was:

Megan Wright - Jersey seems the most likely person to have tried to call her. According to Megan, they met toward the end of March, started dating around the beginning of April and broke up around 10 days, give or take, prior to Lisa Irwin's disappearance.
Dane G. - Dane may have well been the unlucky guy who was taking advantage of the use of Megan's phone that night. But, we do not know who he was on the phone with during the reportedly multiple conversations he had on that phone that evening well into the night. Dane had not lived in the the house long prior to Lisa Irwin's disappearance. Did Dane know Jersey, Deborah Bradley, Shane Beagley(who lived two doors down from Bradley and was on her door step that night with her and Samantha Brando from next door), James Brando (Samantha's estranged husband), or Phillip Netz (Bradley's brother; we do not know if he had his own phone).
Jersey - Where do we begin on who could have called him? This is a man who traveled this neighborhood often. If we believe what others have said, he solicited handyman work in the neighborhood and may have stayed in unoccupied homes there. In his numerous neighborhood travels, did he ever solicit work from or otherwise meet: Deborah Bradley, Jeremy Irwin, the Brandos, Shane, or Phillip.
We are told this was not the only time Deborah Bradley's phone was used that night. There were attempts to access her voice mail and/or the internet at 3:17 a.m. and 3:22 a.m. First, why would anybody want to access her voice mail besides her? Would someone else with access to her phone believe they may have had a missed call? Doubtful. So, as far as accessing the internet, why would anybody, including Bradley, attempt to access the internet? However, these attempted phone accesses could have been an accidental "pocket dial" by the same person who attempted to make the call earlier in the evening. Unless, the *86 feature was used to attempt voice mail access sans it being programmed into speed dial. Another reason to possibly check voice mail is if Jeremy tried to call Deborah earlier (which he reportedly did) and the holder of the phone listened to that message, IF a message was left.

Find the answers to the phone and we may all be able to solve this case.

UPDATE: Regarding phone records, Megan Wright said her phone was a pay-as-you-go Virgin Mobile. Sprint owns Virgin Mobile. There is a very high chance that while her phone had no SIMM card, there are still records (CDRs - Cell Detail Records) showing who Dane was on the phone with that night. If, for example, the cell towers were owned by a carrier other than Sprint, then Sprint has to pay a fee to that other carrier for its users using those towers. Thus, there is likely an incoming/outgoing call log to prove that the carrier owes that money on behalf of their customer.

Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO - Page 18 Empty Kansas City police disband command post in Lisa Irwin case

Post by Nama Wed Nov 23, 2011 1:26 am

Kansas City police have shut down the command post where investigators had been working exclusively on the Lisa Irwin case.

Detectives and FBI agents who had been working as a task force out of a room at Kansas City’s police training academy now are back in their usual offices, police said Tuesday. Police said the move reflected a necessary shift in resources as leads in the case have slowed and other crime cases have piled up.

For more than six weeks, a large group of detectives from the Crimes against Children unit had been focusing solely on finding Lisa Irwin, who was 10 months old when she disappeared Oct. 4 from her home on North Lister Avenue.

But that put a strain on the detectives left in the unit to investigate all the city’s other reported child abuse, sex abuse and neglect cases, police said. The other cases and victims were suffering from the lack of available investigators, police said.

A core of seven or eight detectives will remain assigned to the baby Lisa case, police said, but the detectives now also will take on other cases from their respective units. FBI agents also will continue to work with police at the same level as before, police said.

If new leads develop, police said they can call upon other detectives from other units who previously have assisted in the case.

“The people who are working this are not going to let this go,” Capt. Steve Young said. “But we have other cases and other victims.”

Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO - Page 18 Empty Lisa Irwin Breaking Update: Psychic Vision Prompts New Search

Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO - Page 18 Fortune-Teller-fortune-teller-zodiac-sign-smiley-emoticon-000545-medium

Lisa Irwin remains missing as Thanksgiving is just around the corner. Although it's been a slow week as far as updates go, there is a new breaking development in the search for the missing 1-year-old Kansas City infant.

In the latest breaking update, it appears that a psychic has sparked interest among volunteers as well as the media. Sources report that volunteer searchers are acting on a tip given by the psychic, who may be able to lead them to wherever Lisa Irwin may be located.

Stephanie Almaguer, a Dallas-based psychic, says she had a vision that revealed what happened to the missing baby. She alleges that the child may have been accidentally killed in the home and then dumped near an old casino by I-435. She claims to have never been to the area, but volunteers and others from the area who have followed her blog say she's described the area perfectly.

Was Lisa Irwin killed in her home?

It seems that the idea of the Dallas-based psychic isn't that new. In fact, it almost seems like common sense that the child may have been accidentally harmed in her home. It's already common knowledge that cadaver dogs used by detectives "hit" on the scent of a dead body on the floor next to Deborah Bradley's bed.

With Deborah Bradley admitting to being drunk (and on her anxiety medication) the night the little girl vanished, it just adds to the suspicions when combined with what the cadaver dogs found. There was also disturbed ground in the backyard and when police asked Deborah Bradley if she'd looked in her backyard, she told them no—because she was "afraid of what she might find."

Perhaps Deborah Bradley took little Lisa Irwin to bed with her that night when she was so drunk that she "blacked-out." Perhaps something happened while the woman was in such a deep sleep that she was unable to help her child. Anything could have happened to constitute as an "accidental death" in the home. It's likely the child could have rolled out of bed sometime in the middle of the night and died. She could have been smothered by her mother's body. The possibilities are endless, and the theories are definitely out there. If this psychic turns out correct in her visions, whomever is responsible for the child's demise will certainly get what's coming to them in the justice system.

Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO - Page 18 Empty another post about the psychic

Post by Nama Wed Nov 23, 2011 11:39 pm

Volunteers are organizing a search of the area around Kansas City's old Sam's Town Casino on Saturday in hopes of finding evidence in the Lisa Irwin disappearance.

Dallas psychic Stephanie Almaguer said she has had visions that the baby was accidentally killed in her home and the body was dumped near the former casino near Interstate 435 and Missouri Highway 210. The site is just a couple of miles from the Irwin home.
Almaguer is a school security officer who has been on medical leave. She said it gave her time to focus on the Irwin case.
"As crazy as it sounds, I see things," she said. "I see, like, visions and I get feelings and I hear things."
She has never been to the area, but people in Kansas City who have followed her blog said she described the site perfectly. The casino closed in 1998 after three years in operation.
"I don't know how I did it, but if it fits, search it," Almaguer said.

Volunteers plan to search the area near the old Sam's Town Casino after a psychic said Lisa Irwin's body may have been dumped there. More
Almaguer is one of numerous psychics who have joined the search for the baby, who was reported missing from her home in the 3600 block of North Lister Avenue on Oct. 4.
After weeks of extensive searching, police have broken up their command post and disbanded the special squad of investigators looking into the case.

The New York attorney for Jeremy Irwin and Deborah Bradley, Joe Tacopina, said the couple has repeatedly cooperated with investigators, but said he will not allow his clients to be interrogated by police.

I've been working very hard lately on the Lisa Irwin missing baby case from Missouri....Last night I had an "out of body" the experience, and know that at least parts of it were related to the missing baby's case. You can view more on her case and others at stephaniealmaguer.blogspot.com

Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO - Page 18 Empty Re: Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO

Post by artgal16 Tue Nov 29, 2011 10:58 am

I’m not quite sure why Picerno can’t pass a mic up. After you step in the non-Shinola pile in front of the media more than one time, you’d think you wouldn’t keep wandering through the same patty-laden pasture. But he does! This time it’s in response to the family court suit that has been filed by Rasleen Raim concerning the custody of missing Lisa Irwin’s 8-year-old half brother.

The Bradley/Irwin household is a blended family with Jeremy Irwin bringing a son from a prior relationship (I do not know if they were ever married), and Deborah Bradley bring a son from a current marriage (lol)… serious, she’s not divorced. Then there was Lisa who was Bradley and Irwin’s biological child. In past media reports it was stated that Jeremy Irwin had fought intensely to retain full custody of his son from his previous relationship with Rasleen Raim. Not much has been reported on why the battle was so intense, or why a family court eventually ruled to give full custody to Jeremy Irwin.

Since the news of Lisa’s disappearance Rasleen Raim has filed a suit to try to regain custody of her son. Now, the first questions I have about this are:

* Was there a legitimate reason that Rasleen should not have had any custody rights to the child? I don’t know. And the reason I ask this question is that sometimes not winning any rights in a child custody battle does not necessarily mean you were a bad person…it might be that you just couldn’t play the game as ruthlessly and possibly unscrupulously as well as the other person. I have seen no records from the prior child custody case between Irwin and Raim, so I do not know the full set of facts that led a judge to rule that Irwin would get custody of the child. (There may be a legitimate reason…I’m stating I don’t know.)
* With that being said, and irrespective of whatever obstacles Raim may have had to overcome in her past (if there were any at all), such as maybe drug abuse, alcohol abuse, whatever…I’m not having a real hard time understanding why at this very moment she has decided to strike, and strike hard, while the brand is hot so to speak, on challenging the current custody agreement. Let’s review what she’s looking at:
* The household in which her son has been living has had a baby go missing under very suspicious circumstances. I’d like to point out to anyone not paying attention that this is kind of abnormal. As the mother of a child who is living in that household, I’d find it pretty darned disturbing.
* The household in which her son has been living has now been revealed to have a full-time “mommy” who thinks that drinking a box of wine in one evening while being sole care-giver for three children is nothing but “grown up time”; and who thinks that “blacking out” is what everyone does who drinks. Seriously, Deborah as much as stated that when she said something equivalent to “everyone forgets what they do when they’ve been drinking”.
* The household in which her son has been living has now been revealed to have a full-time “mommy” who can’t even tell when the last time was she checked on an 11-month-old baby, who ultimately, by the way, went missing and still is unaccounted for.

So with all that said, why in the heck is Picerno even speaking publicly about this issue? And above all, if there was some good reason for him to do so (which there isn’t), why would he choose to use that mic time to state he questions why Raim is making a move for custody after all these years. Well, Picerno, you friggin idiot, I’m sure if there had been babies going missing in years past from the household, or revelations that the current mommy-dearest was getting blitzo and blacking out, she might have tried sooner. Why in the wide wide world of sports would you not understand why she is attempting at this point in time to regain custody of her child?

But wait, Picerno is not through, he has a defense for these awesome parents. He says in order for the custody agreement to be changed Raim and her lawyer “have to prove that there are changed circumstances of a continuing and substantial nature”. Unbelievable, right? Picerno, Deborah Bradley, the woman who thinks it’s okay to drink to a black-out stage when being sole caregiver to three small children is still in the house caring for this child and her son. That’s a “continuing” nature. Further to that, Lisa Irwin…a little baby, inexplicably went missing under the sole care of Deborah Bradley and appears to be permanently be gone. When a family with 3 children drops to a family with 2 children and no one can explain why…that’s a fairly “substantial” nature of change.

But…Picerno goes on…Deborah and Jeremy are good parents. They only have one “strike” against them. That would be October 4th. Now he puts the spin on this “…the one night someone came into the home, and the baby was kidnapped…”. That’s a pretty big strike, Picerno, because so far there is no evidence anyone broke into that house, but there is evidence that someone who would want to access Deborah’s voicemail on Deborah’s missing cell phone, attempted to do so at two times during the same time period that Lisa went missing and did so either in that home or very close to it….and Deborah was the one there, right?

Picerno, a family court is not going to look at this situation in the light of “beyond a reasonable doubt”. If the judge is worth their robe they will look at it from the point of is there evidence of risk and harm to the child. Your client(s) lost a baby. LOST A BABY. And did so while one of them, of her own admission, was “black-out” drunk and can’t even remember her movements and her actions in regards to taking care of the children. You may want to refer to this situation as “one strike” on an otherwise spotless parenting record, but to a lot of us it looks like a big biting blight.

Losing your baby while you’re blitzo drunk, and not even being able to recall when you last checked her on before she went missing is not a “strike”, it’s a friggin crime. It’s called child neglect, child endangerment…irresponsibility of epic proportions. Unlike the potential criminal side of this situation, those possible child-endangering actions do not have to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a family court setting. They just have to be apparent enough to scare the bejeezus out of the judge. I think we’ve reached “bejeezus-scaring” level.

Baby Irwin; Last Vigil, Psychic on Case, Police Tear Down Command Post
Kansas City : MO : USA | Nov 29, 2011 at 6:15 PM PST

It has been eight weeks since one-year-old baby Lisa Irwin was reported missing from her Kansas City home. After 1000s of tips, three eyewitnesses, mysterious cell phone callers, and suspicion within the Irwin household, police are no closer to solving the mystery than they were on October 4th.

Deborah Bradley asked that Tuesday evenings candle light vigil, be the last. Candle vigils, held by neighbors, family, friends and concerned community members have been held outside the Irwin home weekly. Bradley, the mother of Lisa, asked that tonight be the last solemn event.

Lisa Irwin was found missing on the morning of October 4th, when her father, Jeremy Irwin returned home. Mother, Debra Bradley admitted to drinking heavily the night before. Bradley states that she last saw Lisa at either 6:30 or 10:30 pm. Bradley put Lisa to bed and continued to drink until she “passed out” on her bed with her two sons.

Police will leave a skeleton crew to continue searching for Lisa Irwin. The command post set up for the task of investigating the disappearance of Lisa, will be aborted. Detectives and FBI agents have stated that they can no longer work exclusively on the missing Irwin baby case.
The strain of concentrating on the one missing child has left other cases of neglect, disappearance, sex abuse and other child victim crimes unanswered.

Add a new twist the case, a psychic has stepped forward and offered her services. Psychic Stephanie Almaguer, states she “saw a river and other elements” connected to the property that was once “Sam’s Town Casino.”

Searchers looked in the area from Chouteau Bridge to Highway 210, based on the tip.

The psychic began blogging about her vision before coming forward. She claims to have had a vision of a “person with a baby.” Almaguer also claimed to see railroad tracks that go “through the property.” On her blog, a comment was posted with a photo of a collapsed piece of gravel in the same area.

Searchers have been looking in and around an abandoned well on the site Almaguer claims she envisioned. As of yet, nothing has been discovered.
Police looked around the area, but didn’t give much credence to Almaguer’s claims. The blog, however, has gained tremendous popularity.

Mystery surrounds this case. Authorities maintained a warrant to investigate the home and backyard after a cadaver dog had a “positive hit” in Bradley’s bedroom. The hit was near the bed. Clothing and a comforter were removed from the home.

The surrounding wooded areas have been searched for weeks. Three times, authorities cited the area a “no fly zone.” Ponds, ditches and the public landfill have also been searched with rescue workers and K9 corps.

Irwin and Bradley have had an “on again off again” relationship with authorities. At times, they were cooperative. Bradley admitted to failing a lie detector test. When a warrant was issued to search the backyard, officials stated that Irwin and Bradley refused to comply with their requests.

A mysterious man, allegedly wearing a white T-shirt and carrying a baby; was spied by three different eyewitnesses. The fuzzy image of a man emerging from the woods surrounding the Irwin home was captured by a surveillance camera.

Three cell phones were missing, along with Baby Lisa, on October 4th. A call was made that lasted 50 seconds. The receiving phone belonged to Megan Wright at approximately 2:30 from one of the Irwin’s phones.

Denying she ever received the call made by John, “Jersey” Tanko; a handyman working in the area of the Irwin’s home, Wright proclaimed her innocence in the case via Facebook.

There are clues, lies, strange visions, persons of interest in this mysterious case. But, the only question that is of any importance remains; “Where is Baby Lisa?”

Lisa Irwin, still missing in Kansas City, MO - Page 18 Empty Lisa Irwin's family asks group to stop holding nightly vigils in front of their home

Post by Nama Wed Nov 30, 2011 1:00 pm

The family of a Kansas City girl who has been missing nearly two months has asked a group of people holding nightly vigils in front of the family's home to go somewhere else.

The group, which calls itself Lisa's Angels, says Lisa Irwin's grandmother told them to stop the nightly vigils. Lisa's grandfather says the family appreciates the support, just not in the front yard.

Lisa was reported missing Oct. 4 when her father, Jeremy Irwin, came home around 4 a.m. from work and couldn't find her. Irwin and Deborah Bradley say they think someone broke into the house and took their daughter.

Lisa's Angels says it has conducted more than 20 searches for the girl. The group held its final vigil in front of the Irwin home Tuesday night.

Yeah...Please quit reminding me that my baby is gone because of my neglect (or worse!) I just want to get on with my life...Please stop remembering that precious baby!! I mean, it's been almost 2 months...Time to move on, folks!! grrrr

Another thing--if they could arrest KC for neglect when Caylee went "missing", why can they not arrest this POS for it when she has admitted that she was passed out drunk when something happened to her child!?! It\\'s Not Fair
