Description: Male, white, 6’ (183 cm.), 140 lbs. (64 kg.), slender, medium length dark brown hair (unkempt), full beard and moustache. He walks with a limp, and may display early symptoms of Huntington’s Disease, which are similar to alcohol impairment. He was last seen wearing a brown, Dempster’s Bread bomber hacket.

Circumstances: Mr. Dekleyn was last seen on bank surveillance camera’s, making a withdrawal from the ATM machine of the Royal Bank at Main & Whitney on December 3rd, 1992 at 1:35 p.m. Mr. Dekleyn is described by his family as being depressed.
