Amber Alert issued for abducted Winter Garden toddler Jayden Martinez. Investigators looking for child's father, Carlos Martinez - Found Alive!!

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. —An Amber Alert has been issued for a missing 1-year-old who is believed to have been kidnapped from a home in Orange County.

Investigators said the boy's mother found Jayden Martinez, 1, missing from the home about 4 a.m.

Winter Garden police and Orange County sheriff's deputies said they believe someone broke into the home.

Authorities have surrounded the area, and they said an intense search is under way to find the boy, described as Hispanic, 2 feet tall, 30 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue octopus pajamas.

Deputies said they are looking to speak with the child's father, Carlos Martinez, who may be able to help. He is asked to call 911 or Crimeline.

The Sheriff's Office said the case has been classified as an abduction.

An Amber Alert was canceled Sunday after a missing 1-year-old Winter Garden boy who was apparently abducted from a home and found safe.

Jayden Martinez was reported missing around 4 a.m. Sunday from a home on East Summer Street, according to the Orange County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies went to the house and said they discovered that someone had forced their way into the home and Jayden was missing.

A massive search, including the use of K-9s, was conducted in the area.

No other details have been released.
