PROSECUTORS TO QUESTION PRIVATE INVESTAGATOR & LEE ANT'S GIRLFRIEND, MALLORY!

Prosecutors handling the Casey Anthony first-degree murder case will question private investigator Dominic Casey in November, according to a deposition notice filed today.
Dominic Casey will be questioned at 11 a.m. Nov. 12.

This comes as attorneys who represent Zenaida Gonzalez, the Kissimmee woman suing Casey Anthony for defamation, are trying to secure a deposition from the private investigator.

He had refused to be questioned by the civil attorneys, saying the information he has is considered privileged since he worked for Anthony, her defense attorney and her parents.

Gonzalez' attorneys want the civil judge to force Dominic Casey to answer their questions, according to documents filed last week.

Gonzalez claims Anthony ruined her reputation and is suing for more than $15,000 in damages.

Casey Anthony told investigators she left her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie with a nanny by the name of Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez. Investigators have said the nanny never existed.

Prosecutors will also depose Mallory Parker on Nov. 12. Parker was Casey Anthony's brother's girlfriend at the time Caylee was reported missing.

It's unclear what Parker and Lee Anthony's relationship status is today.Prosecutors also filed another discovery notice today, outlining what items will be released to Casey Anthony's defense team. It includes a one-page document and a CD of Casey Anthony's tattoos.

This is heating up & is very interesting. Remember when DC filed complaint against BOZO with the Fla. Bar? Remember when he whined to the BAR about NOT BEING PAID by BOZO?

Well, DC has a date with the State Attorneys for his deposition. DC CAN'T lie ABOUT representing BOZO/KC as that LIE has been exposed.

DC will have to go on the record that he ONLY worked for GA/CA when he tried to locate Caylee's Body. All the while, BOZO is sitting there about to poop! This will be the ultimate STRESS! You can bet the STATE will ask DC who SENT HIM THERE. Things could go badly for Mr. Casey if he lies,jmo.

What an ackward position DC finds himself in. The pressure from BOZO sitting there would have to put pressure on DC to LIE, even though BOZO hasn't paid one dime to Mr. Casey. Will BOZO PAY DC before the deposition? imo, yes. Will the State ask him if he was paid by BOZO & if so when! You Bet, jmo.

Wonder what Mallory can add? Probably not much, she is not likely to be real honest about anything that puts the Anthony's in a negative light, so, that would entail less than honest answers to me, jmo! Exercise

With firsthand knowledge, Mallory will be able to testify about the dynamics of the Anthony household.
She will know if there were issues between KC and her parents, if they argued a lot, if there were jealousy or competition problems between them, or whatever.
If the State plans to say that Caylee was murder by her mother as an act of revenge or hatred for Cindy after a heated argument, Mallory may be able to substantiate that this was the "Probable Cause" of Caylee's Murder.

Mallory Parker was Lee Anthony's girlfriend when Caylee went missing. There's speculation as to whether or not the two are still together. (here's what I know ya'll tell me what you think.) Mallory has long had a MySpace page that she keeps up to date, after KC was arrested it became private. Mally-Bu! has an avatar that is a pic of she and Lee cuddling cheek to cheek. (gross) Why would she be using this picture if they weren't still together? If they made it official and got married... she kept her maiden name. (I can't freaken blame her for not wanting to take her husband's name!)
Lee Anthony also has a private and current MySpace account. His avatar is a pic of himself with Caylee in his lap.

Mallory was taking care of the Anthony's dogs while they were of appearing on Larry King Live.
While they were gone the News broke that a child's body had been located and Mallory showed up at the Anthony's house while this was going on. Police arrived about ten minutes later and banged on the door several times before she finally came out and was asked to leave.

Mallory was with Lee during the infamous meal at the Ritz-Carlton. just a little refresher on who else attended the somber gathering George,Cindy,Lee,Mallory,D.Casey,J.Hoover,ABC Producers who were later joined by Jose Baez.

NiteSpinR, thanks for those tasty tid bits. Mallory is also a REAL EVENT PLANNER! How about that? Maybe KC thought Mallory had a cool job & adopted it as her own as she told a lot of people she was an "event planner."

She is also on the CAYLEE FOUNDATION as an officier! She might be the SECRETARY, I don't remember but was surprised to read she was participating in that scam.

jmo, scandal & drama will follow the ANT's even after KC is convicted. jmo, I don't care how much she thinks she loves that NUTJOB Lee, negative scandal will follow.
