TJ Hart to Step Aside from Nancy Grace Show Coverage of Haleigh Cummings

This just in from TJ Hart. I admire TJ’s diplomacy, it is certainly better than mine would be under the circumstances. I also suspect that this will be one of the items that gets mentioned on our regular Sunday radio program. I applaud TJ for his honesty and integrity. It is a shame that there are not more members of the press like TJ - Simon

I informed the producers of the Nancy Grace Show this morning that I will be stepping aside from the national coverage of the Haleigh Cummings disappearance is Satsuma, FL. I have elected instead to spend more time on the local aspect of the story.

The members of the Nancy Grace Show staff have been kind and generous in allowing me to participate as a contributing reporter in their coverage of this tragedy.

I explained to one of the producers by phone this morning that the national headline coverage and the local stories we report seem to differ at times. I explained to her that this is a valid concern to a news director of couple of local radio stations.

She was very gracious in listening to me and my reasons for deciding to step aside on this story. I appreciated that.

I happen to like the fact that Nancy Grace is covering this story. I respect and admire TJ Hart. Nancy Grace I only tolerate.

LM., took NG long enough to get back on HaLeigh. There were nights when she would be repeating verbatim the Caylee intro like a robot and ignoring the HaLeigh case completely. I would yell at the tv, talk about HaLeigh.
tonight is supposed to be all about HaLeigh, wonder if NG will mention TJ Hart? I admire TJ Hart!! too. I respect NG because of her advocacy of victims but LM, it gets harder to tolerate her doesn't it?

Yes critter. I think the pending trial over Melinda Duckett suicide may be mellowing her out a little.

If that is mellow..than she has a long, LONG way to go.

:lol!: Yes she does but the trial has not even started yet. Some times we just need knocked off our high horse. NG is in need of that. She sure is not very humble.

NG is unnecessarily rude and sometimes downright haughty to some guests that do not deserve to be treated that way.

Wow TJ Hart said no to NG. The money, the fame. He is probably somebody I would like to know.

When listening to Blog Talk Radio, Hart really impressed me. He is only in this for Haleigh-even at the expense of his health. Haleigh consumes him, and for that I am grateful and full of admiration.
