Illegal to audio tape anyone without their knowledge, but not video tape in Fla. If there is sound on the tape, it could be illegal, I guess...Could that be the problem?

The sound has been taken out of the video. It is silent.

Just an aside to KC's mental state:
If the court has psychologically evaluated this nutty dame several times with different degreed psychological experts and all indicated nothing seriously mentally wrong, then how can we blame Cindy for not pursuing treatment for her---she probably fools them all and they say she has nothing much wrong since she is so good at fooling people. Her mother may or may not have tried to get her some help, but it seems that nobody is able to diagnose what the heck is wrong with her---what could a mother have done in that case? Just cope with her?
I think she needs more than just 2 days of mental examination, she should have had a good month in a hospital or more. If her alternate personality would happen to be Zanaida for instance, then that may have surfaced over time and possibly her alternate universe might not materialize in just a few short hours or days. Defense should have pursued this further instead of the cock and bull theories they have postulated.

I can see Baez possibly knowing from Casey (but do not think she had fessed up), but I do not ever think the A's knew, they would have been DESPERATE to find Caylee and properly bury her, never let her lay out there....and if it is 50-75 yards away, in the underbrush, that is a long way. I wish I could watch! :-)
