Did anyone see Dateline last night? The whole show was about Robyn Gardner. Bozo and Giordano had a sit down interview and I do not remember them bringing up trafficking BUT I've been sick and could have fallen asleep during part of it. All I can tell you is that Giordano's attitude sucked and I so much wanted to reach thru' the TV and slap him silly. Of course it goes without saying I wanted to do that to Bozo the second I saw him.

'I feel like I'll see her again': Cryptic message from Gary Giordano, as sole suspect in Robyn Gardener's Aruba disappearance hints that she's not dead
Robyn Gardener went missing in August while travelling on the Caribbean island
Prime suspect Gary Giordano arrived back in US this week after four months in an Aruban jail
Giordano told Good Morning America he misses Robyn, but feels like he'll see her again
U.S. businessman says Arubans in jail told him Venezuelan human traffickers operate in waters where Robyn went missing
Aruban police are investigating reports of a boat in the area, he said
Giordano could still be extradited back to Aruba as the case isn't over there

The sole suspect in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner has left television viewers with a cryptic message after saying that he feels like he'll see the beautiful blonde again.
In the second interview since Gary Giordano was released from an Aruba prison after four months the US businessman told Good Morning America that he does miss Robyn.
Giordano, who had met 35-year-old Gardner on a swingers' website a year before she went missing in August, told the show: 'I do miss her and I personally feel like you know I'll see her again- it seems.'
Prime suspect: Gary Giordano arrived back in US this week after four months in an Aruban jail
He added: 'That's how I feel in my mind. I just haven't come to grasps that she has gone.
'I was released from prison four days ago-I've been there four months. It's difficult, It's very difficult.'
Giordano faced a grilling as to how and whether Gardner could have been kidnapped.
On Wednesday, he had suggested Gardner may have been taken as part of a human trafficking crime.
But this morning he seemed at a loss as to how a possible kidnapping scenario would tally with his story.
Gardner's boyfriend Richard Forester, who has been researching the crime in Aruba, earlier this week told Good Morning America that he agreed with Giordano that human traffickers could have played a part in Robyn's disappearance.
‘I think it's very possible and I wonder what [Giordano's] involvement was,’ Forester said. ‘There's a whole underworld down there. I don't know what he knows about Aruba.’
No charges have been brought against Giordano and he flew back to Miami on Wednesday on an American Airlines flight with his attorney Jose Baez, who represented Casey Anthony in her murder trial earlier this year.
Prosecutors have not found a body, motive or weapon in the disappearance of Gardner.
Giordano, 50, visited the Dutch Carribean island with Gardner for a five-day trip. He told prosecutors his lover had been swept out to sea while they were snorkelling on August 2.
‘I do miss her and I personally feel like you know I'll see her again- it seems.’Gary iordanoBut Forester said he believed Giordano had some part in the scheme.
‘There isn't any sign of her at all, no clue of her, no trace of her whatsoever that we know about. I can't imagine it would take more than a half hour to get to Venezuela. So from 4:15 in the afternoon until six in the evening, there's an hour and 45 minutes before he comes back and finally tells somebody that she's missing,’ Forester said.
Forester said he had told the FBI about his suspicions, and they said they would follow where the evidence leads.
‘I think it's an option that needs to be looked at,’ Forester said. ‘I know that it happens in that part of the world. It happens all over the world, but it's pretty big in that world.’
Back in America: Gary Giordano arrived in Miami this week after spending four months in an Aruban jail on suspicion of involvement in the death of Gardner. He could still be extradited back to the Caribbean island
Taco Stein, Aruba's head prosecutor, told ABC News that he would not comment on the the claim, but that it ‘speaks for itself’.
Forester and Gardner were living together and planning to get married when she vanished.
He did not learn that she went to Aruba with Giordano until after she vanished.
While she was away, Gardner sent Forester an email that said: ‘I love you, we'll talk and sort things out when I get back.’
Forester said in previous interviews that during her trip to Aruba, they kept in touch through text messages and emails. But he said one message raised his alarm.
He said: ‘On Tuesday morning, the 2nd of August, at about two in the morning, she posted on my Facebook wall: “This sucks.”
‘I believe that he being the last person to see her and be with her is responsible.’
'Needless to say, our family is very disappointed that even after all this time, we are no closer to finding out what happened to our Robyn. We trust that the FBI and the Aruban authorities will continue their fervent efforts to investigate her disappearance.'
Speaking to ABC earlier this week, Giordano said he was ‘absolutely not’ involved with her disappearance – but that he still felt responsible.
'She disappeared on my watch and it will weigh heavily on me for a very long time,' he said. 'We were 100 yards from scuba diving store with tanks in back. It was not a "remote location".'
Giordano, of Gaithersburg, Maryland, was freed after a judge ruled authorities lacked enough evidence to continue holding him. Prosecutors had appealed.
But a three-judge appeals court panel rejected their bid to put him back in pre-trial detention on Wednesday, saying prosecutors lacked sufficient evidence to continue holding him as a suspect.
He was told investigators still consider him a suspect, an Aruba appeals court could still put him back behind bars and the island's chief prosecutor proclaimed: 'This is not over'.
Mr Baez said on ABC's Good Morning America on Wednesday that Giordano wants to spend time with this children and plans on trying to 'reassemble his life' after nearly four months in jail.
'We're hoping that of course this is the end of it,' Mr Baez said. 'However, he's not running. So if they have a legal basis to require him to come back, he's going to come back.'
‘The prosecution conducted extensive investigations that either confirmed his story or brought up nothing relevant to the case,’ Mr Lejuez said.
'The case does not end here. Mr. Giordano will remain our prime suspect'
‘Up to this moment there is no proof whatsoever that a crime has been committed or that Giordano may have committed a crime.’
Giordano, the divorced owner of an employment services company, first drew suspicion with what investigators felt were inconsistencies in his account of Ms Gardner's disappearance.
Later, they learned he had taken out a $1.5million accidental death policy on her, which Mr Stein said was viewed as a possible motive.
Ms Gardner's friends and family also had serious doubts about her disappearance, saying it was unlikely the 35-year-old woman would have gone snorkelling anyway.
During the ABC interview, Forester added: ‘Everyone who knows her knows she’s not going into the water – for her hair, her makeup. She’s just not going to go swimming.’
The pair had gone travelling with each other on July 31 after reportedly meeting on a swingers' website called Adult Friend Finder and were last seen at an island bar at 4pm on August 2.
CCTV video emerged showing them having a violent fight hours before she disappeared. He allegedly threatened to kill his friend while grabbing her by the neck and shoving her into a lift.
A team of cadaver dogs from the Netherlands were brought in at the end of September but were unsuccessful in the search of the Dutch Caribbean island.
Aruban law allows authorities to hold someone as a suspect while they investigate an alleged crime. It is common for people to be held for months before being released without charge.
Kelly Reed, a cousin of Ms Gardner's, said the family hopes attention to the case will generate a lead that will help investigators resolve the case.
'Needless to say, our family is very disappointed that even after all this time, we are no closer to finding out what happened to our Robyn. We trust that the FBI and the Aruban authorities will continue their fervent efforts to investigate her disappearance.'

What is it with this guy bringing his kids along on all his tv appearances? I happened to catch him on Geraldo and the boys were standing behind him, just like they did on the Today Show, and his piece-of-chit attorney sitting at his side.
This "legal eagle" was acting like a 4th grade bully on the playground, trying to deflect attention from his client onto Gardner's boyfriend, Richard Forester.

Robyn Gardner case brings up memories of Natalee Holloway

WASHINGTON - A Montgomery County man is free but he may never live down a vacation that apparently went terribly wrong.
Gary Giordano of Gaithersburg was set free Tuesday after being held four months in Aruba in August following the disappearance of Robyn Gardner, 35, of Frederick.
"Now the mystery continues, but again the analogy continues with Natalee Holloway," says former FBI profiler Clint Van Zandt.
In 2005 Natalee Holloway disappeared in Aruba. Gardner vanished in August while on vacation with Giordano in Aruba.
Van Zandt says investigators in the Holloway case searched nearby islands in the off chance that she had been kidnapped as part of a human trafficking incident.
Now, in the Gardner case, both the victim's boyfriend and Giordano have talked about Gardner being a possible victim of human trafficking.
But Van Zandt dismisses that theory.
"The chances of either Natalee or Robyn Gardner being victim of human trafficking as opposed to some other terrible incident is probably pretty slim at this point," he says.
Van Zandt says now that Giordano is out of jail he will remain a free man unless Aruban investigators come up with a body or eye witnesses.
He says like in the Holloway case -- no body, no case.
"And I think that continues with Robyn Gardner at this point," Van Zandt says.

Is Jose Baez Bullying Boyfriend of Robyn Gardner?
Jose Baez is sucking up the spotlight as he defends the only suspect in the disappearance of missing woman Robyn Gardner. The boyfriend of the missing Maryland woman claims that the former Casey Anthony attorney is bullying him.
The boyfriend of missing woman Robyn Gardner says that Jose Baez has made threatening comments to him recently. It seems that slimy Baez has told Richard Forester that if he doesn't stop talking, he's "walking a fine line in terms of a defamation suit."
Richard Forester, the man who once dated Robyn Gardner before she vanished in Aruba, isn't taking too kindly to the threats.
"Baez was trying to bully me. I don't get bullied. I walk a fine line but I don't step over that line. I am very careful. Baez does not scare me whatsoever," he said.
Gary Giordano, the only suspect in Robyn's disappearance, has only been free from the Aruban jail for a few days and he's been in the media spotlight with his lawyer ever since. Certainly Jose Baez is enjoying this continued fame, as his recent weight gain is indicative of it. Does anyone wonder if Casey Anthony is tucked away somewhere cooking for him and Gary Giordano?

W/all the CRAP that has continued to come out of Bozo's mouth, I find this "threat" extremely ironic. Bozo Loves filing lawsuits and any kind of paperwork. He is such a sleazeball and so are his clients!

Jose Baez lashes out in Geraldo Rivera interview
Uncategorized — posted by halboedeker on December, 5 2011 9:08 AM
Could Casey Anthony be a less difficult client than Gary Giordano?
Jose Baez could be asking himself that question this morning.
Giordano didn’t help himself in a mighty strange “Geraldo at Large” interview on Fox News Channel last night.
The setup was unusual. Giordano, his three sons and Baez sat for a taped interview. Giordano, a suspect in Robyn Gardner’s diappearance, maintained he was the woman’s friend and protector.
Geraldo Rivera said Giordano would explain how Gardner was lost in the waters off Aruba. But Giordano’s responses left Rivera incredulous. Giordano said the two went into the water, then he returned to shore and didn’t see her.
Rivera wondered why he didn’t call out for help. No one was there, Giordano said.
Rivera asked if Giordano is a coward. That never entered his mind, Giordano responded.
In a live interview, Gardner boyfriend Richard Forester called Giordano “a selfish coward.” He also dismissed the idea that Gardner would go into the water, saying she had hair extensions and feared the ocean.
Then Baez called in to answer Forester and warn that he was “dangerously close to defamation.” Baez also threatened to release an FBI report on the Gardner-Forester relationship.
This should be Forester’s last interview, Baez warned.
Baez would do better to tell Giordano that. Was Baez, with his threats, trying to take the attention off what Forester was saying? Forester had some interesting questions: Why did Giordano wear tennis shoes into the ocean? Why did Giordano have his three sons along for the interview?
Casey Anthony shut up. Maybe Giordano should do the same for Baez’s sake. Giordano is a disaster at public relations.

Who is the bigger jackass, Jose Baez or Gary Giordano?

The prime suspect in the disappearance of Maryland woman Robyn Gardner, Gary Giordano and his lawyer, fresh off defending Casey Anthony, Jose Baez have been on a media tour lately in an attempt to make Giordano look like he had no involvement in Robyn’s death while the two were vacationing together on the island of Aruba.
Giordano has appeared on Good Morning America on ABC , and At Large with Geraldo Rivera on Fox News. While Baez has appeared on HLN’s Issues with Jane Velez-Mitchell.
For those of you not familar with the case, let me catch you up… 35-year-old Robyn Gardner “went missing” four months ago. She was in Aruba with 51-year-old Gary Giordano. You’re most likley wondering how Robyn hooked up with such a charming man like Giordano? Robyn connected with him on a swinger’s website called Adult Friend Finder…
Anyway… Giordano claims that while the two were snorkeling, August 2nd, heavy current swept Robyn away and she drowned. Prosecutors think his story is crap because the currents were not heavy that day. The currents at the beach they were snorkeling at, “Baby Beach” has a reputation for being calm, hence the name “Baby Beach,” because a baby can swim in it.
Also, Giordano has a long history of domestic violence, stalking, and other weird behaviors towards women. You can read more about prine charming HERE .
Now Giordano is back in the USA after being detained for four months and is making the TV rounds. In his media tour Giordano is defending himself and has even tried to suggest that Robyn fell victim to human trafficking.
How dumb… First of all, in his first story he said she drowned. He is locked into that. Either she drowned or he is involved in foul play. Simple as that. The fact that he has now attempted to suggest she was “sold”, just shows how desperate he is to make himself look innocent.
I know some people are now thinking that she was sold, and that Giordano sold her. I don’t buy that either, because if he sold her, I doubt he would be going on national TV and saying she was sold.
Not only is Giordano dumb, but so is his lawyer Jose Baez. Baez is obviously feeling cocky since he was able to snag a not guilty verdict in the Anthony case. News flash Jose… You were able to get 12 morons to find her not guilty, it wasn’t because you are such a great litigator… Come on down from that high horse.
Jose, why are you allowing the prime suspect in the case to be interviewed on national TV? Everything he said can be used against him. You can bet investigators are going to compare his recent interviews to previous statements he said. He could potentially incriminate himself… And this cock and bull story about human trafficking is absurd… Isn’t that “Criminal Defense 101???” Don’t let your client talk???
We got two jack asses who obviously like to see their mug on TV, but are too stupid to understand they are only hurting their case. Keep on talking Gary, the more your mouth flops, the more you dig yourself deeper into a hole…
I think Baez took this case because he wants to expand the 15 minutes of fame he got during the Anthony case, and he doesn’t give a damn about his client… But you know what? Can’t say I feel sorry for Giordano, he and his lawyer make a good match. Two peas in a pod. Arrogant and self serving.
So who do you think is the bigger JACKASS… Baez or Giordano??? I say it is a tie!

Giordano’s Gaithersburg neighbors weary of the media glare
Neighborhood readies for more questions following man’s release from jail in Aruba

All was calm in Gaithersburg’s Quince Orchard Manor neighborhood Saturday as dog walkers and joggers lined the street and children played in driveways.
But people who live on Pueblo Road and Tomahawk Drive, who now might pay to live tucked in the woods of Quince Orchard Valley Park, are sure that the lights, cameras and action they saw in August will return.
After spending about four months in a jail in Aruba, their neighbor, Gary Giordano, could come home.
Giordano was detained in connection with the Aug. 2 disappearance of his travel companion, Robyn Gardner of Frederick. Gardner has not been found.
Without incriminating evidence to take him to trial, prosecutors were required to release him.
Giordano traveled to New York last week, declaring his innocence to NBC’s “Dateline” and ABC’s “Good Morning America.”
His neighbors seem concerned not so much about his return home, but the media onslaught that will follow.
It is a tight-knit community; some residents have lived there more than 20 years, and when opening their door to a reporter, they immediately say, “I have nothing to say,” or “No comment.”
“No one on this street will talk — at least to you,” one Tomahawk Drive resident said.
On Dec. 1, one neighbor called Montgomery County Police, concerned that a news van was parked in the lot of Thurgood Marshall Elementary School, which abuts Giordano’s home, according to spokeswoman Officer Rebecca Innocenti.
Two residents on Pueblo Drive, who declined give their names, are upset that, after talking to a reporter, their names can be found on the Internet tied to Giordano and Gardner.
Still fresh in a few neighbors’ minds is the weekend of Aug. 12, when the FBI searched Giordano’s home for clues, media vans lined the street, and reporters knocked on doors.
It’s not unusual for a community to react this way to the attention, said Rem Rieder, editor and senior vice president of American Journalism Review at Philip Merrill College of Journalism at University of Maryland. Rieder has held senior editing positions large daily newspapers.
“There are times and communities where people really resent what they see as being bothered by reporters,” Rieder said. “They don’t want their neighborhood to be spotlighted with something they don’t want to be associated with.”
Other times, though, people are more than willing to talk. This often happens when there is a neighborhood dispute, or if a person is being mistreated by the media, Rieder said.
“It depends on the neighborhood, or the story,” he said.
If police are aware that there is media interest in an area at a certain time, they have in the past worked with media to give them, and the neighbors, the best situation possible, Innocenti said.
There is no arrangement with media, and no extra security or surveillance arranged, for Giordano’s return home, she said.
Minal Patel, who answered the door at her uncle’s house, said that she would be afraid if she lived there.
After learning that Giordano could come home, Tracey and Eleanor Nagle of Pueblo Road asked for a peace order against Giordano on Nov. 28.
He had left trash, furniture, dead and live animals on their front lawn, and placed a dead squirrel under on her car, Tracey Nagle wrote.
“It was not until we learned, last Wednesday, that he would be freed that we began to worry,” she wrote.
A judge denied the order because there was no statutory basis for relief.
Giordano’s return doesn’t bother Alyssa Havens, 18, whose family has lived on Pueblo Road her entire life.
Havens said she often would talk to Giordano when walking her dogs, and he is just another neighbor.
But one neighbor said that a lot of people are wondering how to approach Giordano when he returns home.
“With everything back to normal do you approach him as an accused murderer, or as you would have?” the neighbor said.

Gardner's Boyfriend Calls Out Gary Giordano, 'What Did You Do With Robyn?'

By Debbie Emery - Radar Reporter
There's no love lost between Gary Giordano and Richard Forester, and now Robyn Gardner's boyfriend is publicly calling out the prime suspect in her disappearance and demanding to know where she is, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
"What did you do with Robyn? Answer me a**hole," Forester wrote on the Facebook page dedicated to finding Robyn.
"Your ambulance chasing lawyer doesn't scare me at all and you are a slime ball coward. Speak up! You looked like a lying fool." LOL!! You go, Richard!
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, authorities arrested Giordano as he tried to leave Aruba in August, after he reported Gardner, 35, had disappeared while snorkeling August 2. After a series of searches over four months, neither Gardner's body nor any related physical evidence was recovered, spurring a judge last month to order Giordano freed from jail.
"You'll never get away from me, I promise you," Forester, who had an on screen standoff with Giordano's lawyer Jose Baez last week went on to write, asking: "Where is she???" W/be searching for this video!!
In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com, Forester explained why he went on an Internet tirade against the 50-year-old businessman.
"I want to keep people aware of what a scumbag he is," he told RadarOnline.com. "I just want to keep things fresh in people’s minds, and I want him to know that the world is on him."
Both from Maryland, Forester only lives a 10 minute drive from his nemesis but he fortunately hasn't bumped into him since his return to the U.S.
"I don’t know if anyone has seen him, I stay away because I don’t want any trouble. He lives very close to me and I avoid going near there," said Richard.
With Gardner missing since the summer, Robyn's longtime boyfriend revealed how the holidays are not going to be the happiest time of the year for him and her family.
"It’s going to be an extremely difficult Christmas, it’s a holiday that I am not looking forward to," he revealed. "We planned a trip to the Turks and Caicos between Christmas and New Year and I’m not going now.
"I saw a couple of her cousins last night and we went for dinner. I spend a lot of time with them. Christmas is going be even more difficult for them than for me," he concluded.

Robyn Gardner Missing Case: Boyfriend Abuses Gary Giordino on Facebook
By Drishya Nair | December 16, 2011 6:37 AM EST
It's been almost four months since the search for missing Maryland woman Robyn Gardner started, but there is no sign of her. Gardner's boyfriend Richard Forester seems to have lost his patience and has lashed out at Gary Giordino with whom Robyn was last seen while they had gone vacationing in Aruba.
Forester wrote a post on the Facebook page dedicated to Robyn Gardner, asking Gary what he had done to her.
The furiously written post reads: "Gary....are you watching this page??? what did you do with Robyn? Answer me a**h**e.... I'm not going away and i will keep the media pressure all over you. Your ambulance chasing lawyer doesn't scare me at all and you are a slimeball coward. Speak up! You looked like a lying fool (even more so on TV). Why would you involve your kids? oh yeah...because you're a slimeball. Say something a**h**e. You know how to reach me. What about your finances in 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011? Who cares about 2005? That was 6/7 years ago a**h**e. Why did you shoplift? Why did you try to sue a company for $5m and then back out?....We heard it was because documents were forged. You'll never get away from me...i promise you. Where is she??????? "
A lot of people have commented on the post, supporting Forester. "Your not getting away with it like so many others, we will follow you everywhere you go Gary..," commented Patrick Bossman Mackie on the post.
Another person, Stephanie Burke-Jacobs, said, "You might think your gonna get away with this Gary... But we promise you, it's only just begun!!!! You are gonna get caught with all your bullshit lies and after you leave ur miserable life here...."
There are many other comments from people who believe that Gary is behind Gardner's disappearance.
In an interview with RadarOnline.com, Forester explained why he had used Facebook to express his anger towards Gary.
"I want to keep people aware of what a scumbag he is. I just want to keep things fresh in people's minds, and I want him to know that the world is on him," he said.
Forester and Giordino live at a distance of a 10-minute drive from each other's homes, but Forester said he had not seen him since he Gary returned to the U.S.
"I don't know if anyone has seen him. I stay away because I don't want any trouble. He lives very close to me and I avoid going near there," said Richard.
Robyn Gardner went missing on the afternoon of August 2 from Baby Beach, Aruba, where she had gone vacationing with Gary Giordino. He said that he and Gardner were snorkeling when she got washed away by the waves and that he had no part to play in whatever had happened to her. Giordino, after being initially arrested, was freed last month due to lack of evidence.

Robyn Gardner Case: Lovers Clash over Missing Woman
December 16, 2011 06:35 PM EST
The disappearance of Robyn Gardner is into the fourth month with nothing being found of her. The latest updates in her case reveal problems arising now that Gary Giordino is free from Aruba. Is Gary in danger?
The former boyfriend of missing woman Robyn Gardner reportedly went off on Facebook. He is a moderator of a community page set up in an effort to spread the word about the missing Maryland woman. On the page Richard Forester said the following:
Richard Forester is certainly passionate about finding Robyn, to say the least. But this kind of behavior is only going to make it harder on the actual investigation. Just because Gary Giordino is "home free" right now, doesn't mean he isn't still being investigated. Maybe it's just bad mojo from Jose Baez and his Casey Anthony connection, but acting out like this is only going to make Giordino a martyr. He's going to be protected and coddled to keep him safe from public threats, just like Tot Mom herself.
It's evident that Forester's words influence some of the people around him, as International Business Times points out some different comments made by Facebook profiles on the comment Richard made.
"Your not getting away with it like so many others, we will follow you everywhere you go Gary..," said Patrick Bossman Mackey.
Stephanie Burke Jacobs said:

These are blatant threats being made on Gary Giordino. He may seem like he is guilty of something in connection to Robyn's disappearance, but this is no way to behave. Don't make Giordino a martyr!

I would not dare make a comment on that FB. I would not put it past Bozo to attempt suing for defamation. MOO.

Do not agree with the first part but def do re: Jose Baez. This man doesn't deserve to be the next Casey Anthony, and Jose Baez doesn't deserve another "sympathy win."

I don't call what Jose got w/ Casey as a "sympathy win". I call it a lucky break for him that they got such irresponsible jurors. He's still a doofus and he will prove that yet again with his representation of Giordino.

Is Gary Giordano Cruising for Some Strange?
January 25, 2012 01:45 AM EST
Gary Giordano is reportedly cruising the internet for sex just weeks after being released from an Aruban jail. He is the only suspect in the disappearance of Maryland woman Robyn Gardner, who vanished while vacationing with him on the Caribbean island. Is this behavior telling of the man's ominous personality, or is he but a man who has needs like anyone else? What????
It's being reported that Gary Giordano has been cruising the very same website he used to meet missing woman Robyn Gardner. Adult Friend Finder is a pretty popular adult dating site that appeals to people who are looking for no-strings-attached sex and other "alternative" partnerships with other adults. It's been widely reported that Giordano and Gardner met on the website and had been "friends" for a while before she agreed to travel with him to Aruba—the same location known for the disappearance of Alabama teenager, Natalee Holloway.
A woman says that Gary Giordano initiated contact with her on the website, but wasn't very forthcoming when his identity was questioned.
"Gary didn't want anyone to know that he was back on the site cruising for sex," said she.
It's interesting that he is back to his old habits of cruising the Adult Friend Finder website, but does it mean he is up to no good? It could be, or it could simply mean that he is just a virile gentleman looking for adult fun. Look, there is nothing wrong with hooking up with people online for fun. Gary Giordano could be completely innocent, but the only problem is reports of his past and his character contradict this positive thought.
There have been several women who have come forward since Robyn Gardner's disappearance, claiming that Gary Giordano was aggressive, and had an obsession with the Natalee Holloway case. At one point, he is reported to have made a comment to a woman's mother regarding the Holloway case. You see, he wanted to take that young woman to Aruba with him, and when her mother questioned him about it, he said something along the lines of "Don't worry, it won't be a Natalee Holloway type of thing."
Giordano still maintains that he had nothing to do with Gardner's disappearance, but authorities in Aruba are convinced that he is guilty. That is why he is the only suspect. Unfortunately, Aruba police don't seem to do too well at solving these type of cases. Joran Van der Sloot got away after being their only suspect in the disappearance of Natalee Holloway, and now Gary Giordano is back in the United States. So who knows where this will all end up in the future?

The author of the above article seems to think most men have a need to get on these type of websites cause they are, ya know, "virile". Ya, right.
Maybe Bozo w/walk away from this case, too. Seems his clients can't stay off the internet.

There is "nothing wrong" with cruising the internet for sex? Ha!! I bet if you could ask Robyn Gardner how safe and "not wrong" it was, she would disagree!!!
The internet is a dangerous place and I get mad when I hear it described as a safe and "ok" place to meet people for sex.
How many people, kids, etc are missing and/or dead because of hook-ups like this?

Aruba Murder Suspect Gary Giordano ‘Acts Drunk And Obnoxious’ In Robyn Gardner’s Local Bar

Despite no murder charges ever being brought against him, Gary Giordano probably remains the last person to have seen missing Maryland woman, Robyn Gardner, alive before she went disappeared without a trace in Aruba last August, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that the recently-released suspect has been going out and getting drunk in one of her local bars.
The 50-year-old has repeatedly been spotted boozing with friends at Clyde’s in Rockville, Maryland, during the past few weeks and after a drunken night on Monday, he is not welcome back there due to his bad behavior.
“He is not well liked, the customers are usually uncomfortable when he is there, and they all know who he is,” reveled Robyn Gardner’s longtime boyfriend Richard Forester to RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Giordano was released from an Aruban prison in November after spending nearly four months behind bars. Aurban authorities considered him to be the prime suspect in 35-year-old Gardner’s murder, but failed to find enough evidence to charge him.
The couple, who met on an adult dating site, went on a last minute vacation to the Caribbean island which ended in tragedy when Robyn allegedly vanished while snorkeling after sending bizarre messages to Forester on Facebook.
During the 18 months that Richard and Robyn dated, the couple went to Clyde’s every Sunday, and he finally plucked up the courage to go back on Wednesday, only to find out that Gary has turned it into his regular hangout.
“He’d been in there on Monday and had some words with someone at the bar, and was getting loud and obnoxious. I can only assume he had been drinking a lot,” revealed Forester.
“I was told that the next time he goes in the manager will tell him that he’s not welcome and can’t come back. They had been putting up with him for awhile and figured if they gave him enough rope then he'd hang himself, which he did.”
Forester went on to explain that it wasn’t just the fellow customers who Giordano was falling out with at Clyde’s.
“None of the bartenders like him so they don’t sit and chat with him, he is very disliked in this part of the country as a whole.
“One staff member said Gary is very cavalier, arrogant and loud when he’s there, and is always with a group of people. He would even talk about his time in prison to people but never once mentioned Robyn, or showed any remorse about what happened to her.”
Despite living just a few miles from his nemesis, Richard has yet to bump into Gary, and told RadarOnline.com he won’t act rashly if he does.
“I want to make him feel extremely uncomfortable and maybe send him a drink, but I wouldn't do anything stupid,” he said, adding solemnly. “It’s a very small world we live in.”
As for Richard, after fighting to keep Robyn’s memory alive for the past six months, he is not giving up hope of her being found alive but understands that he must get on with his own life too.
“I am not doing any better but I am able to cope more and compartmentalize, and focus on work and parenting again,” he confided to Radar.
“I haven’t heard from anyone in Aruba despite a lot of calls and attempts to get information on the case.

ARUBA SUSPECT ON THE PROWL AGAIN
Published on: March 12, 2012
by John Blosser, David Wright and Alan Butterfield, NATIONAL ENQUIRER
Just three months after being released from an Aruban prison, murder suspect GARY GIORDANO is back on the prowl, wooing women in Maryland bars!
Even more shocking, Giordano is taking his dates to favorite hangouts of his alleged victim, 35-year-old Robyn Gardner – who police believe Giordano killed in Aruba in a bid to collect a $1.5 million travel insurance payout!
Now The ENQUIRER has obtained damning photos of Giordano chatting up an attractive Robyn look-alike at Uncle Julio’s restaurant in Gaithersburg , Md., on Feb. 26.
“I was stunned to see him here with a woman,” a source at the restaurant told The ENQUIRER.
“They sat at the bar, had a drink, split a single plate of food and left. They were laughing and seemed to be having a good time. It looked like a first date. They weren’t real snuggly, but obviously they were enjoying each other’s company.
“My wife wanted to warn her, ‘Don’t you know who you’re with?!’
“I asked the waitress if she knew who he was. She said, ‘Oh, yeah,’ and confirmed that it was Gary Giordano. He paid the check with a credit card that had his name on it.”
Robyn, an out-of-work dental office assistant from Frederick, Md., often dropped by Uncle Julio’s, either alone or with her boyfriend Richard Forester, confirmed another source at the restaurant.
“Every bartender here knew Robyn,” said the source. “We never saw Gary Giordano here before Robyn went missing, but he’s been here several times since he got back from Aruba. He was here Feb. 18 with a different woman – a blonde in her 40s. They sat outside on the patio and had dinner.
“Gary is charismatic – a real charmer. If you didn’t know about Robyn, he could fool you into thinking he’s a nice guy.
“The bartenders always argue over who’s going to wait on him. Nobody wants to serve him.”
Robyn met Giordano, 50, on an online dating site and agreed to travel to Aruba with him. He claims that she disappeared while snorkeling on Aug. 2, 2011, but police arrested him three days later after he tried to collect on the $1.5 million travel insurance policy that he’d taken out on her.
Although Giordano remains the prime suspect in Robyn’s disappearance, police had insufficient evidence to charge him with murder and he was released after nearly four months in jail.
Since then, the twice-divorced technology consultant has also been spotted at another of Robyn’s favorite haunts, Clyde’s in Rockville, Md., sources say.
“This guy’s a piece of work,” a source told The ENQUIRER. “I think it’s creepy that he’s going to places where Robyn went.”

OK, this is The NE reporting this but in this case, I don't doubt it. So, now what? He has Bozo as his Attorney and is the ONLY POI but is out and back in the states dating and going to bars/restaurants where Robyn frequented. Is Aruba giving up on this case like they did on Natalee Holloway? Really, this is despicable!!

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (WMAR) - The Maryland man, who was at the center of a missing persons case in Aruba, faces indecent exposure charges in Annapolis.
Gary Giordano drew national attention in 2011, after the woman he vacationed with in Aruba disappeared. Robyn Gardner was never found. However, Giordano, 51, spent time in an Aruban prison suspected in her kidnapping. He was never charged and eventually released.
Annapolis police say Friday night, someone reported a couple having sex inside a black SUV, parked in the Noah Hillman parking garage.
When officers arrived, they say Giordano & 45-year-old Carol Ann Bock were naked in the cargo area of the black Cadillac Escalade partially covered by a blanket.
Police say they were laying on a single mattress and quickly tried to cover up once officers knocked on the window.
Both were charged with indecent exposure.

ANNAPOLIS (WUSA) -- Annapolis Police say that the same man suspected in the disappearance of Robyn Gardner in Aruba has been arrested for indecent exposure in Maryland after reports that he was having sex with a woman inside a parked car.
Police say last Friday at night, officers who were part of a bike patrol responded to 150 Gorman St. for a report of
possible sexual activity inside of a vehicle at the Noah Hillman parking garage. Officers found two people inside a black Cadilac Escalade SUV lying down on a mattress in the back cargo area with a blanket partially over them. Those people were later identified as Gary Vincent Giordano of Maryland and Carol Ann Bock of Tennessee issued drivers license.
According to one the officers, he saw Bock "lying mostly on her left side with her left breast exposed in plain sight." He also said a blanket was "hanging from the left side of the interior of the vehicle where both Mr. Giordano, and Ms. Bock were located in what appeared to be an attempt to conceal their activity."
When officers tried to get the pair's attention, Bock quickly pulled the sheet up to cover herself and "Giordano quickly adjusted a towel over his midsection." One of the officers said that at that point he could see genitals through the window. Giordano was told to put on his clothes and get out of the car. At that point, officers were able to see that Giordano was naked. He put on some shorts and as he was stepping out of the vehicle, his black underwear fell to the ground.
Giordano and Bock were arrested on scene, and taken to the police department. Both were charged with one count of indecent exposure.

Giordano Wants to Cash in $3.5 Million Life Insurance Policy
Giordano was held in an Aruba jail for several months in connection with Garner's death
Monday, Jun 18, 2012 | Updated 8:48 AM
The man suspected in the disappearance of a Maryland woman in Aruba now wants to cash in on the insurance policy he took out on her life.
Gary Giordano, 50, is suing American Express for $3.5 million. (Is he nuts? There is no death certificate. Would bet Bozo needs money since who wants to hire him? Suing AE? Ya, right!)
In court documents, Giordano says Robyn Gardner is presumed dead and American Express should pay the full death benefit.
American Express says it's too soon. AmEx tells NBC News that when someone is presumed dead, a claim is not evaluated until 365 days after the incident. It's been a little less than 10 months since Gardner disappeared.
Giordano was held in an Aruba jail from August to November. He was released due to lack of evidence.
This exact policy was one factor that made police suspicious of Giordano in the first place. EXACTLY!
“Needless to say, our family is very disappointed that even after all this time, we are no closer to finding out what happened to our Robyn,” Kelly Reed, Gardner’s cousin, said in a statement at the time of Giordano's release.
Giordano says Gardner likely drowned while they were snorkeling. "Likely? Reminds me of TMLS saying she "obviously" didn't kill her daughter.

Family of Robyn Gardner breaks silence
Sunday - 7/29/2012, 2:00am ET
The siblings of Robyn Gardner, the 35-year-old Frederick woman who went missing in Aruba last August, say they have faith that their sister is alive and they are speaking publicly for the first time in a bid to renew coverage of Gardner's disappearance.
"We want to keep the story alive, just in case there's somebody out there who knows some information, anything," said her sister, Danielle Colson-Unglesbee.
Andrew Colson, who signs updates to a Facebook awareness group as Gardner's "little 'big' brother," said they are also speaking now to focus attention on Robyn's personality.
"Although she's disappeared, her legacy lives on. Seeing how many lives she's touched, we want to continue to show off our sister to everyone," Colson said. "She's very fun-loving, outgoing, social and very caring at the same time."
The family shied away from media a year ago when Gardner's case was the subject of stories in newspapers, including tabloids such as the National Enquirer, and on television around the world.
"It has been really devastating. Very hard," Colson-Unglesbee said. "To constantly be contacted by the media, to have people show up on your doorstep, have phone calls all day long.
"I stopped the TV. I did not have TV for nine months, because I couldn't stand seeing stuff," she continued. "I distanced myself from all kinds of media because I was going through the grieving process and I just couldn't do that."
All the attention added to family's grief and growing questions about Gardner's disappearance, they said.
Colson-Unglesbee didn't know her sister had gone on a trip until Aug. 4, two days after Gardner, who often traveled to destinations around the world, vanished.
"It was pretty common of her just to go on vacations somewhere without us knowing. We would usually hear about it after the fact," Colson said.
Such spontaneity is a cornerstone of Gardner's personality, Colson-Unglesbee said.
"She always, on the spur of the moment, going away somewhere. She was well-traveled. She loved traveling," she said.
Gardner was reported missing to Aruban authorities on Aug. 2, when her traveling companion, Gaithersburg resident Gary Giordano, said she didn't return to shore after a snorkeling outing at Baby Beach, near the southern tip of the island.
Giordano was held for months in an Aruban jail on suspicion of being involved in Gardner's disappearance, and an insurance policy caught the attention of investigators and prosecutors looking to build a case against him. But an Aruban judge ordered him released in November, saying prosecutors didn't have enough evidence to continue holding him.
Giordano, 51, has denied any wrongdoing in Gardner's disappearance; a lawyer who represented him in Aruba could not be reached for comment Friday.
Giordano sued Amex Assurance Co. in June, arguing that the company is required to pay him $3.5 million under the terms of a life insurance policy bought before last summer's trip. He says in the suit that Gardner is presumed dead after her Aug. 2 disappearance and that the insurance company "has a duty to pay the full death benefit" to him.
Gail Wasserman, a spokeswoman for the company, said she can't comment on pending litigation. A hearing is set for later this year, according to online court records.
Giordano's Chicago-based attorney in that case also could not be reached for comment.
Gardner's siblings said they were unable to answer many questions about ongoing litigation or investigations but set up two interviews recently to encourage anyone with information about the case to step forward.
"We just need some type of closure on this," Colson-Unglesbee said. "Any type of information, we'll take it."
Both siblings say they also want to go to Aruba.
"I just want to go down there to see what the terrain is like, where the restaurant was, where the hotel was, where Baby Beach was and just try to get a sense of everything," Colson-Unglesbee said. "I have a lot of unanswered questions. I wish that I could go down there to ask people certain specific questions about logistics and stuff like that. That would make me feel a little bit better if I knew."
Colson, 22, said he wants to see if he can connect with his older sister.
"Since Robyn and I are brother and sister, maybe there's some sort of telepathic connection that could lead to any clues to where she is," he said. "I also want to go so I can see and feel some of the places that Robyn was last seen."
Phone calls and an email seeking information about the case to police and prosecutors in Aruba on Friday and Saturday were not immediately returned. People who answered the phones at various government offices said they were not authorized to speak about the case.
For now, the family cherishes the memories of Gardner, particularly those from their last trip as a family.
In May 2011, the family converged on Disney World to celebrate Colson's graduation from Florida Institute of Technology.
On Friday night, the siblings leafed through a bound picture book with snapshots of that last trip.
"You can tell how perky and how happy she is," Colson-Unglesbee said, pointing out one photo.
"She always had a smile on her face," her brother added.
Despite the sadness they feel now, the trip is a bright spot for the family, they said.
"Me and my sister were able to really bond there," Colson-Unglesbee said. "I think we spent two hours at the pool just sitting and chatting about life, and it was just wonderful."
"It's almost like it was meant to be," Colson added.
On Monday, the family will join with Gardner's friends and other relatives at a vigil in Frederick. On Tuesday, they will spend a quiet day together, praying for Gardner's return.
"We believe in the power of prayer," Colson-Unglesbee said.
"I believe she's alive," Colson said. "I still feel her presence, whether it's talking to her friends or random strangers or in my dreams. I can just feel her presence in almost everything I do."

I can just feel her presence in almost everything I do."

oh, wonder where this vigil is? I might go just to see what's what. Have never been to a 'VIGIL' before. I will check my local paper and see if I can find it.
Danielle Colson-Unglesbee of Carroll County, Md., sister of Robyn Gardner, still believes she's alive one year after vanishing in Aruba

I think it was held in Carroll County which is quite a drive from me, plus I don't know my way around there. I looked at our newspaper and there was no mention of it, but our paper sucks and I really didn't expect to find what I was looking for. So, I wasn't able to make it to the vigil.

Gary Giordano Indecency Case Dropped
Friday, Aug 3, 2012 | Updated 12:42 PM EDT
A lawyer for a man suspected in the presumed death of his traveling companion in Aruba says prosecutors in Maryland are dropping an unrelated indecent exposure charge.
A lawyer for Gary Giordano told The Associated Press that a prosecutor informed him of the decision Friday.
Giordano was arrested in May after Annapolis police say he and a woman were found naked in a parked car. Giordano was charged with indecent exposure and the case was set for trial next week.
Attorney Steven Kupferberg asked for the case to be dismissed, saying no crime had been committed.
State law makes it illegal to be naked willfully or intentionally in public. Kupferberg says that wasn't the case here.
Giordano was held in Aruba for about four months but never charged.

Insurer sues over life policy taken out in Aruban disappearance case

The Maryland man suspected in the disappearance of a Frederick, Md., woman in Aruba last year now faces a legal action from the insurance company whose policy covered the woman’s life.
Gary Giordano, who was detained in Aruba after his partner, Robyn Gardner, was reported missing Aug. 2, 2011, is being sued by AMEX Assurance Co., according to media reports.
The insurer filed the federal suit in Greenbelt, Md., asking a judge to void the accidental death and dismemberment coverage or that Giordano be ordered to pay damages for fraud and/or misrepresentation.
Giordano denies any wrongdoing, saying Gardner was swept into the ocean while they were snorkeling.
Giordano lacked an insurable interest in Gardner’s life because the pair were not relatives, married, or involved in business together or had joint property, according to court documents. Therefore, Giordano committed fraud when he named Gardner as his partner on the $1.5 million AMEX Assurance life insurance policy, which he bought a few days prior to the trip.
In television interviews after his release in Aruba, Giordano said he met Gardner on the Adult Friend Finder website, adding that their relationship was casual and non-exclusive, according to court documents cited by media organizations.

Wrap, didn't want to quote your long post but it is your post I am replying to...
To be fair, everyone loves Clyde's. But if he never frequented it before Robyn "disappeared", that's creepy IMO.
That he is wining and dining women (and lots of them) and going to other places Robyn frequented, is sick also, IMO.
And indecent exposure, really could he not afford a freeking hotel room?
I live in Frederick and this case really interests me. Its very frustrating that it appears nothing is being done by Aruban authorities. I think they do not know how to investigate a crime (thinking back to Natalee, also). This creep appears to be a sex addict, or something. I would NEVER go out with such a creep and anyone dating him or having a sexual relationship with him REALLY should google him and get smart.

Thanks, Hippy. I forgot you live close to him. Robyn wasn't very smart when she took off w/him. But, she did NOT deserve this and Yes, I completely agree that Aruba has not and will not do one damned thing.
Dismissal Denied in Lawsuit Over Policy on Woman Missing in Aruba. Gary Giordano sued over a travel insurance policy he took out in Robyn Gardner's name
Friday, Mar 1, 2013 | Updated 10:34 AM EST
A federal judge has refused to dismiss a suit filed by an insurer against a Maryland man jailed over the suspected death of his traveling companion in Aruba.
An American Express subsidiary is suing Gary Giordano of Gaithersburg over a travel insurance policy he took out in Robyn Gardner's name before their Caribbean vacation. The suit says the policy isn't enforceable because the two weren't married, business partners or related otherwise.
Giordano, 51, sought dismissal on multiple grounds, including whether the challenge should be filed in federal court.
Giordano was arrested at the Aruba airport in August 2011 after reporting her missing. He has said Gardner, of Frederick, was swept out to sea while they were snorkeling.
A judge later ruled prosecutors didn't have enough evidence to hold him, and he was released in November of that year.
“Needless to say, our family is very disappointed that even after all this time, we are no closer to finding out what happened to our Robyn,” Kelly Reed, Gardner’s cousin, said in a statement at the time of Giordano's release.
In June 2012, Giordano, 50, sued American Express for $3.5 million, looking to cash in on the policy.
The policy was one factor that made police suspicious of Giordano in Gardner's death.

That poor family will probably never know what happened to Robyn. And that POS will get away with her murder. I sure hope he never makes a dime off those policies.
