Amber Alert Issued Tyler Neal from New Elm, Texas/ FOUND SAFE!

The Little Elm Police Department has issued an Amber Alert for a 5-year-old boy allegedly taken from his school by his biological mother.
Police said Tyler Neal is a black male who is 3 feet 11 inches tall and about 59 pounds.


He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a green and blue button down plaid shirt, black and white Nike sneakers, a blue and gray Nike windbreaker and a SpongeBob backpack.

He was taken by 31-year-old Cynthia Neal. She is described as a black female, 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 180 pounds. She is known to wear wigs, police said.


The suspect may be driving a yellow 2006 Chrysler PT Cruiser with the license plate CC5-K500.
Anyone with information is encouraged to call 911 or the Little Elm Police Department.

A Little Elm boy who was allegedly taken from his school by his biological mother has been found safe.
Police said 31-year-old Cynthia Neal checked her 5-year-old son Tyler out of school Tuesday morning saying they had an immigration hearing.
Although Neal has visitation rights to the boy and was previously approved to pick him up from school, police said they were worried about his safety. His custodial father filed a stalking complaint against Neal on Monday because of some threatening remarks she allegedly made over the Thanksgiving holiday.
The pair was spotted in Denton shortly after a regional Amber Alert was issued. Police said her yellow Chrysler PT Cruiser made her easy to find.
Neal now faces charges for interfering with child custody.

Thank goodness that he was found safe and sound. Hopefully his mother would not have harmed him. She sure would have stood out in that yellow PT Cruiser.
