Florida Bar clears Casey Anthony's lawyer of ethics charges

The Florida Bar has cleared José Baez, Casey Anthony's defense attorney, of ethics allegations made by a private investigator who worked on the case, according to documents obtained Monday by the Orlando Sentinel.

Members of the Bar's Grievance Committee found "insufficient evidence" that Baez did anything wrong, according to a letter from the Bar.

Dominic Casey, the investigator, alerted the Bar about two issues involving Baez, who represents Anthony in the murder case that arose from the disappearance last summer of her daughter, Caylee Marie.

Fred Goldman WAITED for 10 yrs. for OJ to screw up & get sent to prison, I can wait a little longer for BOZO & his merry band of scumbags to screw up again. It's just a matter of time. At least ONE thing is for sure, I am glad he represents KC as her MAIN attorney, she has the exact attorney she deserves.

Not really surprising news to me. Besides if he got removed for any reason all it will do is delay this trial even more. As Art said KC deserves Bozo.

I read the letter to D. Casey from the Fl. Bar
Are we to think that the extent of the investigation conducted by the Bar Association consisted of them asking Baez a few questions and just taking his word for it. There must have been more to the investigation then that. This just reads like they are taking one man's word over the other's.
What about Strickland's complaint. Are they taking Baez's word over the Judge's?

The BAR suggest that Mr.Casey contact an attorney about the ethical and economical issues that he has with Baez. I take this to mean that there's no proof of the allegations.

This is the letter to John Weiss from the Fla. Bar Association telling him BOZO was cleared. This also pertained to Dominick Casey.

Who is John Weiss? I can't remember. TOO many players.

In Dom Casey's letter it says that John Weiss is counsel for the respondant...that must mean he's Baez's atty.

John A. Weiss is a Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibilities Lawyer.
So I'm guessing he is either D.Casey's Lawyer, or Baez's.

JMO, BOZO wouldn't sound so stupid if he just said,
"KC deserves her day in Court," as opposed to HIS CLIENT IS INNOCENT! jmo!
