Says she was also embarrassed and was in relationship then and at same time as in one w/George. Eventually told truth to LE.

Where are these letters and other texts that George sent her? If they support her story, why are they not being presented?

Sister got paid for the interview. She told her story to tabloid because they promised an unedited interview

Did she sell her story to the tabloids. She said NO but she was offered the chance to tell her story in full. She didn't talk to the media because she was worried they would edit the story and make her look like trash.

JA is not afraid to show the letters so they must not be a big deal.

Testimony that is collateral like this you have to kind of take it for what it is -a side issue thats not particularly relevant to the case. Weiner resigned from Congress telling lies about his sexting but I dont think he lied when he was doing business for the country, men lie about sex we know that!

JA asked if her story would be more interesting if she said she was sleeping with G. She said she WAS sleeping with him.

I wonder how many letters GA sent her. They must not have been "love letter" types or Bozo would have asked her about them...

In Jan she received a letter from G about his attempt to leave messages for her through her husband, daughter etc. She said she's not married. She was in a relationship then. Did she reference the man to G as her husband? She says G knew she was in a relationship with someone. The letter said the relationship between River and Cindy and George was very important. Relationship between the THREE of them. The letter was sent to her after Caylee's body was found.

She is going to come off as not credible. I also know how the Enquirer works -when the OJ trial happened we were very close to many people who knew OJ, his son and daughter as we all lived in the same area - everyone sold stories - they pay about $5000.00 for an inside story up to $25000.00 for an cover story - they take the "bones" of your story and then embellish it or if you will, print a lot of lies all around the essence of the story to make it better more sensational - they skirt the law very well, using quotes from people that cant or wont dispute them.

I am thinking at this point that George is the one telling the truth.

I am not sure how far the relationship went...but gratefully Ashton will do the best possible job...and regardless, EVEN if it all is true, it is not enough to present reasonable doubt.

LE asked her if she and G were romantically involved and she said NO under oath in Feb 17, 2010. Then her sister went to the media with news about the intimate relationship within a few days. She said she had no choice but to tell the truth about her and G a few days later. About the same time she was contacted by the Natl Enq.

JA: Did George say "I really believe that it was an accident that went wrong and she tried to cover it up". She said yes but he also said that it was an accident that snowballed out of control. Did G say he was present at the accident???? She said NO.

Did G make this staetment about the accident when he was making media appearances and talking about Caylee being missing and searching for her. She said yes.

River said she has NO criminal background.....she wasn't even asked. Just blurted it out.

I dont see how this is really helping the defense.

Bozo doesn't want her to read what she said in her original statement to LE...I think that he was clarifying what he meant when he said: "It was an accident..." and then said: "I believe it was an accident..."

River is reading her statement to LE. Statement says that G never said that Casey told him that it was an accident that went wrong. She agrees that G made it clear that he didn't have any first hand knowledge about any accident.

The big question seems to be whether George KNEW or THOUGHT it was an accident that was covered up.
