for this, i agree, these are the details. everyone, please dont read this unless you are ready for it. i had to skim over some of it. will read it again later.

So, let me get this straight. Melissa, Jada's mother, allows these two drug addicts to keep her child for days on end with the reason being to "potty train" her?? She is not capable of potty training her own child and would prefer her 2 year old stay night after night with drug dealers? She does not see her daugter nor talk on the phone with her for days.

She is a poor excuse for a mother who left her child with two pieces of shit and she should go down for this crime as well as the two scumb bags who are already in jail.

This is a sickening story. Beat an innocent child to death, stick her in garbage bags, attempt to burn her, go home and do heroin, go back out and encase her in cement, take her out to the woods, go home and do even more heroin. Unreal!

I have heard 3 different reasons that Jada was left with the cousin and her boyfriend.

1 To be potty trained
2 The mother was going out of town
3 The cousin had requested that Jada stay with her for a "fun filled" two weeks.

Whatever!

I am sorry wrap that I am not keeping up the posting on this case. As you have read it is unbelievable. I thought we had heard it all with Caylee but poor, poor little Jada.
Mom has four more children in the home. DFS has made a visit..hello. There are sooooo many in the Gary area I am sure they don't keep up with those sooooo in need.
Two more of the children are with this daddy and the other two, who knows.
This woman had five children and I am sure at least two dads and maybe three. I am sure they were all being supported by our great welfare system. Throw away kids we call them

They are only brought into this world for the money they will bring to the welfare mothers.

Very sad.

Truth be told nobody wanted little Jada. Not mommy, not daddy and his new wife and not the "babysitter and her boyfriend".

I hope Jada is in a better place. But then anyplace would be better than what that baby had.

So many eerie similarities once again: June 16th, 2 yr. old who would have turned 3 in August; 3 trash bags.....
makes me think maybe KC was planning to 'burn the evidence'...that seems to be how that mind-type works.

I get that same feeling, but is it the coverage bringing out copycats or giving people ideas, or has it always been so prevelent and we just didn't hear of it, or is the whole damn world gone mad for real???

Once, when my granddaughter was ill with high fever we brought her to emergency room where they took her temp electronically. As I saw the number get higher and higher my first instinct was to say "STOP take it out it's going too high", when I realized it wasn't the thermometer that was the problem.

BTW, in my experience the whole damn world has gone mad, everything is upside down and I have no clue how to right it. :(

Butters, I tend to agree w/you but they also know they can be killed by another prisoner or guard at any moment. "Lifer's" really don't give a crap. They may get 3 hots and a cot, but would not want to eat the food they are "served" or sleep on those cots. Can you imagine knowing your entire life consists of those prison walls??

Thats true wrap, but these people are not norml, and I think could careless, most who do get out reoffend. Most are use to living the life style of fear, thats how thier life in the real world is to, most are on drugs and live lifes that are scary to most anyway, but anyway we are getting off topic here, maybe we could start a thread on this.

How in the hell do they plead not guilty but lead the police to the body and descibe in great detail how she was killed and then plea not guilty. F***ing idiots!!!!! I know the girlfriend is still sticking to her story but saying Jada is with God now, but good grief, do these idiots really not have brains?

If they are charged with First Degree Murder, and plead guilty, they will automatically get Life w/o parole. Even though they know they are guilty, describing details of how they did it, if they plead Not Guilty, they get a jury trial, and could be found guilty of a lesser charge, even Vol. Man. by admitting to be high on drugs at the time. My SIL's atty told him to plead not guilty, and to admit to being drunk and on drugs, so the jury had a choice of 2nd degree, Vol/Man or InVol/Man. He was found guilty of Vol/Man. and only served 8 years.

I've been trying to see the affidavit for days now, but there's a load error.

I can't understand these birthvessels and sperm donors...makes my head hurt. I've seen THAT suggestion in EVERY parenting book I've ever read--sending the baby to be potty-trained by drug addicted hellions is the number ONE way now?!

So many times I see these cases, especially now. I just want to bring them all home. We'd probably live of Top Ramen and chicken voila...but at least there'd be no more Elisa Izquierdos, Nixzmary Browns, or Jada Justices. :(

BeautifulN, the sad part is, if we really researched ALL of the cases of our little angels, the list would be so long it would take days to write the list. Just like you, I would like to bring them all home. They would be so filled with our love and caring, I'll bet Ramon Noodles would be just find.

CROWN POINT, Ind.— Prosecutors have filed neglect charges against the mother of a toddler whose body was burned, encased in cement and dumped in a swamp by her babysitters, saying the woman knew she was leaving her daughter with known drug dealers.
Melissa Swiontek, 29, of Portage, has been charged with one Class A felony count and one Class D felony count of neglect of a dependent, the Times of Munster reported Saturday.
