Erika Ann Whaley, 25, of Ooltewah, recently went home to be with her Lord and Savior.She was a lifelong resident of the North Georgia and Chattanooga areas and was of the Christian Faith. Erika was a graduate of Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe class of 2004 and was a loving mother to her children. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Calvin A. and Sandra Faye Harris; grandfather, Bobby R. Whaley; great-grandmother, Hazel Harris; and cousin, Rhonda Morgan. Erika is survived by her parents, Bobby Whaley and Letitia Curtis; children, Nickolas, Daniel, Michael and Little Jimmy; sisters, Sandra (Tom) Lowrance, of LaFayette and Trisha Whaley, of Ooltewah; brother, Zach Whaley, of Ooltewah; stepsister, Kelsey Curtis; stepbrother, Adam Curtis; grandparents, Pat and Jim Smiley; aunts, Kim and Sara Harris; uncle, Marvin Barbee; and several other aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, Jan. 20, 2012 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Fletcher Farris officiating.Interment will follow in Lee Cemetery.The family will receive friends after 1 p.m. today and prior to the service on Friday.Arrangements by W.L.
