Tim Miller believed that they were searching for a tiny little skeleton and the area was under water during their search.

lindamarie,

did you read while NeJames/Tim were having their press conference, BOZO was filing more motions.

In the past, he shows up in court with these NEW motions when the JUDGE doesn't even have time to read them. He is just a moron, jmo.

Yes I did read that. What a waste of peoples time and money. The judge already said no once to this request for volunteer information. With what NeJames submitted proves that area was under water when Equusearch was there. No matter what one of those 32 volunteers will say if deposed will all boil down to the fact the area was under water is why they did not find Caylee. He called the search off to not destroy evidence. That makes Tim Miller one of Caylees hero's

Defense Files Motion Demanding EquuSearch Docs Empty New motion filed Nov. 23 rd 2009

Post by Guest Tue Nov 24, 2009 10:58 am

Attorneys for Casey Anthony want a nonprofit volunteer search group to turn over all of its records regarding the search last year for slain toddler Caylee Anthony.

Jose Baez filed the paperwork in court Monday asking the judge to order EquuSearch founder Tim Miller to turn over information — such as names and phone numbers — for the thousands who volunteered to look for the missing 2-year-old Orange County girl.

The nonprofit has given Casey Anthony's defense attorneys information about 32 people who searched in the area between Hidden Oaks Elementary School and the area near Suburban and Hopespring drives, where Caylee's body was found. The group is represented by Orlando attorney Mark NeJame.

The child's remains were found Dec. 11 less than a mile from her home in a wooded lot near Suburban and Hopespring drives.

Casey Anthony was indicted in October 2008 on a first-degree murder charge in the death of her daughter.

Casey Anthony waited 31 days to report her child missing to police, and claimed the girl's nanny kidnapped her. Investigators determined the nanny does not exist.

EquuSearch scoured several hundred acres throughout Orange County on two occasions to search for the girl last year.

EquuSearch claims none of the thousands of volunteers ever searched the exact area where Caylee's remains were found, according to court documents.

The motion was filed after Casey Anthony's defense attorneys found two people, not listed in EquuSearch's documents, who stated they searched the exact area where the skeletal remains were found.

Searcher Joe Jordan claims he searched the area on Sept. 1, 2008 with five or six others, including a dog handler named Danny Ibison and another dog handler from the Panama City Sheriff's Office, court documents show.

Another woman, Laura Buchanan, of Mendham, N.J., said that on Sept. 3, 2008 she searched "near the privacy fence and worked my way towards and then beyond the spot where the body was found," according to a sworn statement.

Both Buchanan and Jordan said there was no indication a dead or decaying body was in the area when they searched.http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news/local/breakingnews/os-casey-anthony-equusearch-records-20091123,0,6785687.story

This is the kind of thing that makes me afraid that this is going to turn into an OJ Simpson-type fiasco....when everybody with any sense at all KNOWS she did it, but all the sideshows muddy the water, giving occasion for INJUSTICE to be served :pale:

Defense Files Motion Demanding EquuSearch Docs

Posted: 5:51 pm EST November 23, 2009Updated: 11:07 am EST November 24, 2009

ORLANDO, Fla. -- There was more action in the case against Casey Anthony Monday. Late Monday afternoon, Casey's defense team filed another motion (read) demanding all Texas EquuSearch paperwork regarding the search for Caylee Anthony.

DOCUMENT: Motion To Obtain EquuSearch Paperwork

The organization claimed no volunteers searched the woods where Caylee was found, but the defense claims it found EquuSearch volunteers who did. Still, prosecution experts say Caylee's body had skeletonized as early as two weeks after it was placed in woods and before she was even reported missing.

Also, a former volunteer with Texas-based EquuSearch, who's been a well-known Anthony family advocate since the beginning, says she was questioned by detectives Monday. Joy Wray claims she has information on her home computer that would prove Casey's innocence.

NEXT IN THE CASE AGAINST CASEY

The case against Casey will be back to court next month. A pre-trial hearing is scheduled in her check fraud case for December 11.

Casey is facing charges for stealing checks from her best friend. The fraud trial is set for January 25.

There's also a pre-trial hearing in her murder trial on January 21.

This Joy Wray is an alleged nut case that is all over the crime boards but thank goodness...not this one!!

bozo is going to find someone in that volunteer group who has unpaid parking tickets or spent a night in jail for disorderly conduct, and hes going to use that as an excuse to create reasonable doubt.

What angers me most about this is that either of these people could have just over looked the small body and surrounding stuff. It looked like trash, i imagine, and from what i remember it was a dumping sight practically full of stuff not even related to the case. So of COURSE they wouldnt have seen anything.

But of course, they'd apparently rather create reasonable doubt for a murderer, than admit they might suck at doing their job.
