Unconfirmed report of Anthony defense attempting to falsely incriminate Jessie Grund as killler of Caylee Empty Unconfirmed report of Anthony defense attempting to falsely incriminate Jessie Grund as killler of Caylee

In what appears to be the worst possible attempt on the part of the Casey Anthony "dream turned nightmare team" to falsely accuse yet another innocent person, an uncomfirmed report says that a scandal may be emerging, that if true, will have long term ramifications for the defense.

There is no confirmation yet from WFTV, WESH, or other news agencies. Internet rumor?

We will update.

In an uncomfirmed report, it may be that someone on the defense team or within the family, perhaps private investigator, Dominic Casey, (or Lee Anthony?) under the direction of Jose Baez and/or Cindy Anthony, sought to plant DNA evidence from Jesse Grund, on to the body of Caylee Anthony, while her remains were yet to be found.

The report says that either Baez, or the family, sent the private investigator to to the place where Casey dumped Caylee in order to taint the body with some collected DNA evidence from Jesse Grund, former fiance of Casey Anthony.

This tells us that not only did they know where the body was (Statement Analysis previously concluded that Cindy Anthony knew where the body was the day she kicked Tim Miller out of her home), but that their planning was, perhaps, the reason why Lee Anthony refused to be polygraphed and urged his family to do the same.

Question: Are there any linguistic indicators to suggest that this report may be true?
Answer: See Cindy Anthony's statement on The Today Show:

Cindy Anthony mentioned FAMILY and DNA at crime scene:

Is this credible?

Cindy Anthony from The Today Show:

"They must by saying that Casey must have been so calculated that she was able to put Caylee's remains down there without any any any link to her. There's no fibers, there's no hair, there's no DNA there's no fingerprints of Caseys or anyone in our family. "

Why did "family" and "DNA" enter into Cindy Anthony's vocabulary while talking about the location of Caylee's remains?

In light of the latest report, the inclusion of DNA on Caylee's remains is haunting.

Note also that within this statement by Cindy is amazing details of what likely is exactly what Casey did. It shows an acute awareness of fibers, hair and DNA. Recall that Cindy Anthony boasted that she gave the FBI the wrong hairbrush, deliberately, in order to throw them off Casey's trail. Our words reveal us; Cindy is no exception.

What if the report is true?

If the report turns out to be true, we can expect to see blame everywhere: beginning with Dominic Casey blaming Cindy Anthony or Jose Baez, and should move on to Baez blaming others. Eventually, investigators will speak to Casey Anthony, herself.

Who would Casey choose?

Casey Anthony's hatred of Cindy Anthony is part of the comlex motive of the murder, but what has become of her relationship with Jose Baez?

When Baez was on Geraldo, he was asked if he had an "inappropriate relationship" with Casey Anthony.

He refused to answer the question.

Regardless of who she might choose, prosecutors will not likely believe her and will have to verify anything and everything Casey Anthony says.

Many have long felt that Cindy Anthony would face justice, one day, in her part of covering up, lying, and destroying evidence in attempts to save her daughter. These attempts include testifying under oath that Caylee is alive (and living in Brooklyn, NY) and that Jesse Grund was the killer. Richard Grund, Jesse's father, has struggled to maintain his composure in light of false accusations against his son.

Bloggernews.net should have more information as it breaks, and we will continue to cover the analysis of any statements.

I wonder if there is any truthfulness to all this? It would not surprise me. Nothing in this case would surprise me anymore.

Wasn't Jesse the one who spoke to Nancy Grace about how he loved Caylee (and Casey)? I highly doubt that he would have killed her! Casey needs to go back to her Zanny the Nanny defense... she may still be out there somewhere!! :lol!:

Unconfirmed report of Anthony defense attempting to falsely incriminate Jessie Grund as killler of Caylee Empty Re: Unconfirmed report of Anthony defense attempting to falsely incriminate Jessie Grund as killler of Caylee

This is an analysis of Cindy Anthonys statements
and where this story might have originated regarding
the Anthonys trying to implicate Jessie Grund.
Remember Casey took a shower over at his house.

On August 13, 2010, the Today Show did a special, "Remembering Caylee", at which time George Anthony said he didn't want to believe his daughter Casey had anything to do with it, but Cindy made this bold and surprising statement that was likely noted by law enforcement investigators in Florida:
“There’s no fibers, there’s no hair, there’s no DNA, there’s no fingerprints of Casey or anyone in our family,” Cindy Anthony tells Sanders. “Yet there’s mysterious DNA, there’s mysterious fingerprints that they haven’t looked at.”

This statement, not surprisingly, went unchallenged by the NBC show.
NBC repeatedly played softball with the Anthonys, flying them, wining and dining them, while claiming to "not pay" for "interviews" but gave them a small fortune calling it "licensing fees" for pictures and videos. Under any name, the Anthonys have been well paid; neither working a single day since Caylee's murder, yet being able to keep their home, pay their bills, travel, get tattoos, and keep themselves well fed: all off the blood of an innocent.

Cindy Anthony's statement made that day may reveal much into the deviousness that went on behind the scenes.

Oft-sited is the now infamous hairbrush switch, where Cindy boasted in an email that she switched hairbrushes given to the FBI, in order to deceive them.

Not only does it ring of folly, as Cindy believed that this would some how help the cause of Casey, but it begs reality for her to think that she could put it in writing and not have it become known: this is what reveals much to the public regarding who Cindy Anthony is.

Cindy Anthony is the mother of Casey Anthony.

Cindy Anthony holds the world in contempt.

Liars believe that they are smarter than others, and have an expectation of belief. This reveals something highly personal about the liar:

The liar believes that her intellect is such that she can "put one over" on others. Casey got up each morning and got Caylee ready for a non-existing nanny, while she made ready for a non-existing job at a non-existing office, making non-existing money.

The strange thing about it is that for quite some time, Cindy fell for it.

Cindy never saw a pay check. Cindy did, however, see that Casey was stealing credit cards and petty cash around the house, even raiding Caylee's piggy bank. Where did Cindy think the money was going to?

Much has been said about the Nanny; Zanny the Nanny.

We learned what George and Cindy really thought about Caylee Marie Anthony.

From the time Caylee was only 6 months old, until the time of her death, Caylee Marie Anthony was not only dropped off with Zanny the Nanny, but was having sleep overs.

How old was your child on his or her first sleep over? Moms and Dads, do you remember the fretting, the phone calls, and all the making sure your precious little one was okay?

Not so for Caylee.

Casey told her parents each time they asked about Caylee that she was "at Zanny the Nanny's" and wouldn't be home for days.

Did George and Cindy ever meet Zanny?
Did George and Cindy get Zanny's contact information in the case of an emergency?
Did George and Cindy read Zanny's letters of reference?
Did George and Cindy see Zanny's apartment, check out the sleeping arrangements?
Did George and Cindy ask local law enforcement if they knew Zanny the Nanny?
Did George and cindy even speak to her on the phone? Even once?

George and Cindy didn't give a damn about Caylee Marie Anthony and any suggestion to the contrary is as equal a fabrication as is the existence of a Zanny the Nanny.

The guilt that Cindy, especially, felt, on the day she smelled Caylee's rotted corpse in the "damn" car has, apparently, led her to lie to police, law enforcement, attorneys, news broadcasters, and the American public.

"It smelled like pizza"
"An ER doctor saw her in an airport."
"Casey didn't like; only a few mis truths"
"Casey was a good mother"
"Casey was a good friend"
"Casey gave financial advice to her friends"
And lastly, under oath:

"Caylee is alive and living in Brooklyn."
With this in mind, think of what Cindy Anthony, the woman who raised the monster, Casey, said regarding the remains of Caylee Marie Anthony in the woods, down the block from her home:
“There’s no fibers, there’s no hair, there’s no DNA, there’s no fingerprints of Casey or anyone in our family,” Cindy Anthony tells Sanders. “Yet there’s mysterious DNA, there’s mysterious fingerprints that they haven’t looked at.”
Note first that Cindy tells us what is not at the crime scene. When someone tells us what didn't happen, what wasn't said or thought, it is highly sensitive and likely deceptive. Then after telling us what isn't at the crime scene where Caylee's remains were found, Cindy Anthony tells us what is found there.

1. How does Cindy Anthony know what isn't found at Caylee's remains on August 13, 2010?

2. How does Cind Anthony know what is to be found at Caylee's remains, on August 13, 2010?

Before Statement Analysis even begins, we ask where Cindy would get such knowledge.

Answer: Dominic Casey was there before the remains were found.

We know this because he video-taped himself at the remains, talking on the phone.

Perhaps Cindy is bluffing and just making up all of this in hopes to free Casey.

This would be a hard pill to swallow knowing a few things that we know:

1. Cindy sent private investigator Dominic Casey to a spot a few yards from where Casey dumped Caylee. Cindy claimed Caylee spottings from New York, to California to Porto Rico, but where did she send her private investigator?

down the block a few feet from the body. He was video taped on the phone...with someone.

2. When Cindy sabotaged the search efforts of Tim Miller and Texas Equasearch, Cindy said, "George and I don't bWho said anything about the woods?

Cindy did.

Where was Caylee found?

in the woods.

Then, on last summer's NBC memorial, Cindy said:believe Caylee's in the woods or anything."

“There’s no fibers, there’s no hair, there’s no DNA, there’s no fingerprints of Casey or anyone in our family,” Cindy Anthony tells Sanders. “Yet there’s mysterious DNA, there’s mysterious fingerprints that they haven’t looked at.”

Note that in this statement, Cindy tells us what is NOT there:
fibers
hair
DNA
Fingerprints

of Casey's. But she did not stop there. The additional words give us additional information and the information is shocking. Not only does Cindy herself say that Casey, the ONLY one accused of killing Caylee, does not have DNA at the location, but Cindy herself adds the words "or anyone in our family".

Cindy, no one said that anyone in your family was at the crime scene. Why did Cindy Anthony, via negation, place her family at the crime scene?

Lee Anthony refused to take a polygraph in order to help locate his "missing" niece. Reports of immunity or limited immunity are not fully known at this time.

Cindy herself suggested that Zanny the Nanny (see above: the nanny that Cindy had no contact with) could have been former fiance, Jesse Grund.

Cindy wasn't finished. Not only did Cindy tell us WHAT WASN'T at the death scene, but she then informs us that mysterious DNA is there.

Cindy, how do you know this?

Cindy, do you know this because you, the boss of the home, orchestrated Lee to meet with innocent Jesse Grund and plant DNA evidence on the body?

Cindy, did you have Lee tamper with the body?

Cindy, what have you done?

The pieces of the puzzle are falling into place and the puzzle is leading us back to August of 2010 when you told NBC's love fest Caylee Remembered:

“There’s no fibers, there’s no hair, there’s no DNA, there’s no fingerprints of Casey or anyone in our family,” Cindy Anthony tells Sanders. “Yet there’s mysterious DNA, there’s mysterious fingerprints that they haven’t looked at.”

What mysterious DNA are you talking about, Cindy?

What mysterious fingerprints are you talking about, Cindy?

Cindy Anthony, are you willing that innocent Jesse Grund die in the place of Casey?

Cindy Anthony, are you willing to swear under oath, and send Jesse Grund to his death?

The apple did not fall far from the tree.

If you wish to understand how it is that Casey Anthony could look into the face of such a cute, innocent, vulnerable and trusting toddler, and snuff the life out of her, all you need to do is listen to Cindy Anthony.

They are, as Cindy's own letters say, one and the same. They are cut from the same cloth.

They are both liars. One tells the story of a phony nanny, and the other says, "If the nanny has a dog, she must exist!"

One took checks from her elderly grandmother to buy beer.

The other took money for ghostly pictures of the dead and uncared for granddaughter and bought tattoos.

One strutted with a smirk on her face in handcuffs, loving the attention, while Caylee rotted in the mud.

The other dined on king crab legs and sipped champagne while Caylee rotted in the mud.

One wrote letters of taking a trip while th eother took a cruise.

One went dancing and partying while strangers searched in vain for Caylee;
the other tended her garden and spewed insults at those who were outraged at her lack of care for Caylee.

One refused to make an X on a map to help Tim Miller find Caylee;
the other threw Tim Miller out of her house when he came to help find Caylee.

One drugged Caylee so she could be forgotten and kept out of the way;
the other never bothered to meet the stranger who was alleged to have been raising Caylee.

Cindy gave Casey a "mother's day card" and wrote to Casey that when she gets out, they will go to Brooklyn to find Caylee.

They both smear religion with their pompous and narcissistic claims; molding and painting "god" into their own vile images.

They both now employ religious language, yet drape it around their continued lies born of reprobate hearts.

Each paycheck they cash on Caylee's blood only causes them to move that much closer to the sleepless judgement that awaits them; fattened for the slaughter, more prideful and haughty.

They both believe themselves smarter than all others. They hold the world in contempt.

Strangers loved Caylee more than they did.

Neither will get away with this.

The trap they set for Jesse Grund, perhaps the only decent human in the Anthony's lives, will sprung shut tight and hard upon them.

So much evidence was lost as Caylee remains were exposed to the Florida elements to long. I don't believe there was an trace evidence found like DNA or finger prints. I am sure both CA and KC would love to pin this on Jessie but I doubt anyone will buy it or that there is evidence.

ABC is the television company that wined and dined the Anthony's and paid (I believe) $200,000 for pics of Casey and Caylee, set them up at the Ritz in Orlando, etc...NOT NBC.

I remember that August interview and yes, the person interviewing them did not question Cindy but again, O'Riley is incorrect. It is ABC that paid the Ant's a large sum of money.

As far as setting a "trap" for Jessie Grund, I believe that wholeheartedly.
