IF we can believe what BD said last night, it appears the Grand Jury will only indict Shawn Adkins for the child porn.
I would not think LE would be showing evidence to a possible suspect. BD is not smart enough, but a suspect could work on alibis after being shown the evidence.

As far as SA on the radio tonight, I believe he will apologize to BD and beg for forgiveness. The radio hosts will be crying and talking about how sweet it all is. JMO

Not sure what the LE strategy is in terms of the Grand Jury. If I understand correctly, there are 2 Grand Juries addressing the possible porn charges - one in Billie's county and one in Shawn's mom's county. If LE believes that Billie is not involved, would they convene a Grand Jury in her county (presumably about the memory stick in her possession)? Would they be required to have a separate Grand Jury for each county where evidence was found (even if just one defendant is suspected)? IDK, but interesting to see how this develops.

I think showing Billie just a tad of the evidence was a very good strategy. She was mad. Not sure she was really mad at all about the deviant porn (or if she hadn't ever seen it before), but she was mad and wanted to get back at Shawn about the female adult images and the cheating, imo. I do believe Billie hadn't seen those particular images before (which aren't illegal). Billie was talking directly at Shawn in a lot of her interview, imo. She put him alone with Hailey for an hour and a half the day she went missing. Very incriminating. She stated publicly that Shawn told his mom Hailey was missing before Hailey was even discovered missing. Very Very incriminating. She also said she still loves him(?)... Something is very wrong with this picture and these individuals. Just hope some of these immature love-addict antics lead to Hailey. I'm so over Billie and Shawn (and more committed to justice for Hailey than ever before)!

Good question. It was just plain weird. What was Hailey snooping into? Drugs, porn, cheating? Who are these people that are saying Hailey stuck her nose in places she shouldn't have, and how do they know what Hailey was snooping into?. Imo, there is little possibility that Hailey's disappearance isn't connected to one of the many questionable adult activities going on in her house. I will be tuning in tonight to hear what the other adult with whom Hailey was living (Shawn) has to say . JMO...

Searchers are asking for volunteers to help them look Friday and Saturday mornings for missing Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn. They're expecting 30 soldiers from Fort Hood to help search on Saturday.
KTXS News talked with Kristy Lloyd, who's a search coordinator. She told us that volunteers are asked to meet at the search headquarters in the 100 block of Walnut Street in Colorado City at 9 a.m. both days.

Special guest - Shawn Adkins

Shawns childhood.....Born in Abilene TX on an Air Force base. School in Snyder and graduated in 2003. Had a great relationship with grandparents.....his mother and father didn't get married until he was 7 or 8. Didn't know his father until he was 7 . His mother was wonderful and did anything in the world for him. Couldn't have asked for a better mother. Favorite memory of her is when she took him to his first day of Kindergarten. He didn't want her to leave and she was sweet to stay there with him. Fell in love with his father when he finally met him. Worst memory of his father was when he was 10 and his father told him that he and the mother were divorcing and it broke his heart. Fears??? Shawn is afraid of failure. He wants everything to be more stable and work out for him. Past failure??? His relationship with Billie; then they overcame the problem and were strong and now they're going through what they are now.

Shawn was told that LE found child porn and beastiality on his mother's computer and the memory stick. It came to him as a total shock. Many people had access to that computer.....maybe 10?? There were pictures of him and Billy, pics from the computer.
Billie has a very caring personality, wonderful mother, sense of humor. Always there for him even when he was wrong. Most wonderful person he knew and God allowed them to be in each others lives. He doesn't know where Hailey is. Hailey is smart, athetic, loves her brother David and family. She and Shawn had farting contests, she knows that Shawn is afraid of grasshoppers. He sees her going far in life and being successful.

This afternoon he found out about the computer memory stick from Billie. Last time he saw Billie was THIS MORNING. He saw her at her house when he went to pick up a few things that belong to him.

Shawn's trying to get Billie to keep their secrets, imo.

The video The Slasher. Family member made it around Halloween.....for the season of Halloween. Cousin likes to make videos. Cory????? Yes, Cory. Little girl in the video??? He doesn't know who it was. Doesn't know who was shooting the video....it was 4 or 5 years ago. Probably Cory filming it.
What is fascination with masks? Not a fascination, just a hobby. Goes around the house wearing them. Likes comedys too. Some people collect Star Wars, John Wayne stuff.....he collects horror movies etc. Video says produced by Billie Dunn???? He doesn't remember that she was present when it was filmed. He's the only person named as a suspect because he's the last one that saw her, Shawn says. Billie said Shawn was with her for an hour and a half........on Monday when he last saw Hailey and she said that she was going to Clint's and Mary Beth's.
When did you get the call from David about Hailey missing. He called Billie at work and then he called the cell because she wasn't at work. He rushed to the house and the police weren't there. They came over later that evening.

Shawn said he never had an affair with a girl named Andrea. He only knew her for 3 days and she sasid she loves him and she's been harrassing him and causing problems. Found out that she's written on FB that they are getting married and it's not true. He tells Andrea, on ari, to leave him alone. He only loves Billie......
How is it that he has naked pics of her on the thumb drive??? He made a vdeo almost a year ago of Andrea during the 3 days that he knew her..(WHOA BJ)

He's worried sick that he might go to jail for porn.....and he had no knowledge of it. He prays to God to watch over him. He was shocked that porn was on his mom's computer and his mother, broter and he had no knowledge. So many people use the computer. Was Hailey scared of you??? NO, she wasn't. He doesn't know why classmates would tell LE that Hailey said she was. He and Hailey were good friends. He wasn't threatening to Hailey. He likes to go fishing......favorite place to fish is a creek across from his grandmother's house and has done it since he was little. Shawn's special place was always the creek. He would go there when he was upset and clear his mind. He hasn't been there for awhile.

Last time he saw his dad was a month ago. His dad drives truck. They are on good terms and speak alot. His dad is supportive of him.

Horrible things said about him have ruined his life. Csan't go out in public.....people talk behind his back. Life is upside down. He's not happy.

Why haven't you searched for Hailey. He passed out flyers and did interviews and took a poly. His lawyer told him to stay out of all of it now. He's had death threats. He got a lawyer because of what LE said and the harrassment of them. They were trying to get him to confess to something he didn't do.

Why didn't Shawn let David in the door??? When David knocked on the door at Billies house Shawn was in the restroom....didn't hear him knocking. David startled him when he came in the window and he saw him in the hallway. (deer in the headlights look)

Cellar at his Grandmothers house......
He doesn't know about any issues with the cellar. He was in it once during a tornado.

In a video the doors to the cellar are open....Shawn doesn't remember why they were open. The doors were open for show to make the video look creepy.

His grandmother didn't like the videos....she's hard core Baptist and doesn't like the horror movies. It didn't scare her but thought they were evil or whatever.

X-Box......is it still at Billies? Shawn said David took it to his uncles house. David gave Shawn his old X-Box. Shawn never used thumb drives in the X-Box. Shawn wouldn't say that he had actually had several affairs as Billie stated.....he just talked to other women.

The caller almost sounded like law enforcement to me. They did talk a lot tonight about fishing, Shawn's favorite creek, the video where Shawn's in the boat with his cousin tokin' up. Wonder if there's some kind of theory there and the host ladies are working with LE? Probably not, but the whole thing is surreal.

Help Find Hailey Dunn Clarification: When they lost the call, several listerners heard a woman in the background say, "Oh, please!" When they called him back, another listener heard a woman in the background say, "Call Billie!".

The talk show tonight was a cheap way for SA to talk to the media without anyone seeing him and attempting to gain sympathy. Once the tough question was asked, he bailed.

The only named suspect in the disappearance of missing Colorado City 13-year-old Hailey Dunn appeared on an internet radio show Thursday evening to discuss the case and recent discovery of child pornography and bestiality.
Shawn Adkins spoke out about the developments on the "Bring Them Home Now" radio show with hosts Rachel Englehart and Bee Herz. This was the first time Adkins addressed a media agency since an exclusive interview with KTAB's Tiffany Tatro last month.

Adkins said he was told that child pornography and bestiality were found on a computer in his mother's home. He said this came as a shock to him and he's still trying to deal with it. Adkins said as many as a dozen people have access to that device.

"There's a possibility that I might be going to jail for something I never did," said Adkins. "I just pray to God that he watches over me."

Adkins noted the case will likely go to a grand jury and their decision could result in time behind bars. When asked whether he expects to be arrested, Adkins says he honestly doesn't know.

"I have faith in the grand jury," said Adkins. "I have faith that they'll do the right thing."

Adkins also said he was told there was no child porn or bestiality discovered on the jump drive taken from Billie Dunn's home. Adkins says Billie informed him of the development. He admitted there may have been illicit images of he and Billie on the memory stick.

Adkins said he's seen Billie as recently as this morning and that he still loves her. He also noted that Billie cheated on him in the past but that the pair had "worked through it."

When asked if he was aware of Hailey's whereabouts, Adkins said he did not. He went on to describe Hailey as someone who will get very far in life and be successful.

Early in the interview, Adkins discussed his childhood, family and greatest fears in life.

"I'm afraid of failing," said Adkins. "I'm just scared of everything falling apart."

Last night, Hailey's mother Billie Dunn appeared on the program.

Sounded like LE to me. That caller had all the facts. This is the same boat that Shawn said earlier his uncle owned and had sold several years ago.

The caller said that identical boat was on Craigs List a week after Hailey went missing and was at that same phone number and address.

Just two days after the mother of missing Colorado City teen, Hailey Dunn, canceled a live web chat, she agreed to speak on an internet radio show about her daughter.
For well over an hour, Billie talked with Rachel Englehart and Bee Herz, hosts of a group called "Bring Them Home Now." She answered questions about former boyfriend, Shawn Adkins, child pornography, and most importantly about Hailey.

"Do you think Hailey is buried," asked the host.
"No, I hope she's not," responded Dunn.

Billie spoke candidly on Blog Talk Radio about nearly everything surrounding her daughter's disappearance on December 27, 2010.

In an interview with KTAB last week, Dunn said she didn't know much about the pornography discovered on a jump drive and computer from Adkins' mother's home. This time around, she revealed investigators had showed her images of bestiality and child pornography that were discovered. Dunn said she had never seen images like that in her home.

Although she paused at times before answering tough questions about her past relationship with Adkins-the last person to have seen Hailey alive and the only person law enforcement have named as a person of interest in the case.

In previous interviews with KTAB, Billie said Hailey and Shawn had had their disagreements but to her knowledge there was no reason why she should feel uncomfortable being alone with Shawn in the house.

Billie continued to say although she's still not 100% sure nothing happened between Shawn and Hailey the day she went missing, she is still in contact with him.

"I still love him right now," said Dunn. "I can't turn off my feelings."
