If there was an official fund set up and audited/monitored according to the regulations for non-profits and/or charitable donations and it was clear what large percentage was going to searches, I could see it as a positive thing to help the searchers who have been working tirelessly for almost 2 months (and possibly help fund future more technical searches).

CZ, I have talked to people who know her and have daughters that knew Hailey well. As I said earlier, most mothers would not allow a man back in their house if they were suspected of harming their child. Unless they know what happened.

I hope I did not offend by mentioning anything about WS or Trish. There are pros and cons everywhere. I really meant it on my 1st post when I said I have fallen in love with this forum and one of the reasons is because thus far I have not felt like I have had to walk on eggshells here with the posters or mods/admins/ ect. You let us post freely with links and our own opinions. That is proably not coming out right ugh!! so I'll stop there. I like some of the things at WS as well as other sites I visit but thus far this one has surpassed them all. I really do not know a lot about the case, just what I read in different areas. I read and lurk more than I actually post but I love to view all opinions as I feel all of us may have something to offer in the end. jmo.

I really believe there is more to MB(HD's friend) and her mother , Cecilia than we have been able to see yet. I think HD would have talked to her closest friends but they may be afraid to comment about what they know or saw for fear of getting into trouble ect. And I am sure they do not want to be by their peers as a snitch but one of the main ? have is if HD never stayed at MB's house overnight as MB's mom (CG) has stated then where was Hailey spending the night at or with whom all the nights BD thought she was over at MB's. She had to be somewhere. HD was not at home those nights and accd'ing to CG she never stayed over at MB's so just where did she go and what did she do during that time. Did HD have a BF no one knew about, even BD. Was he old enough to drive. Did HD have older friends that could get her to other places. It seems like a lot of her friends on my space were high school kids. They drive. Could she have gotten mixed up with the wrong crowd and harm come to her through thse avenues. Do the "teens" in that area have like a safe house they like to gather at, what do they all do in their free time, What was HD's likes and dislikes. I have more ? than answers.
But I think we may need to look in other areas as well as the adults. Can FBI or whoever put in a teen undercover person with HD's friends to listen to them , see what they know. It is my Honest beleif that Hailey's friends and aquaintances have more of the answers than even they know and someone needs to gain their trust to find out and listen to what they have to say.

One last thing, IMO there is something hinky about MB's mom also. She was very fast to say that HD had never spent the night at her house and that she would not let her daughter MB spend but 1 night w/ HD, after she found out That they were allowed to walk the streets at all hours of the night. It seems like she tried to distance herself and family awful fast and now I see she has quite an extensive record as well. On parole right now until 2019 for sexual misconduct and drugs. Anyway there is still of very ugly secrets to come out IMOO. see below just part of CG's record:

Interesting, but if Hailey never made it to MB's house it might be irrelevant. I tend to agree with many who feel Hailey never left her own home & the dreaded fact that implies.

But MB's mom, GG... the information on seamus's site, the wrap sheet - do we know this is hers? It says clearly sexual offender, violent offender, and lists an aggravation code for the offense. I can't find her on the CC's SO sites, and I can't find her listed as a SO if I search her name.

Is anyone more clued-in than I am, or is this piece of information saying that MB's mom is a VO SO on probation til 2019?

I know why people say they hope they don't find Hailey this weekend but if she is dead, it would give closure. Not knowing can't be a good feeling for family. It's not a good feeling for anyone. (if I'm rambling, sorry, it's been a long dayyyy)

I believe SA is guilty and I believe BD has something to do with Hailey's disappearance. BD has already contradicted herself and change the time line. And it is crystal clear she changed one of statements it to accommodate SA's "pings".

And, knowing that SA is the only named suspect in this case, BD is talking to him and answering questions? And then we hear that he was in the house ? She is at the very least enabling SA. This after he threatened to kill her, Clint and Hailey.

I really hope the truth is revealed this weekend. Then we will see arrests.

Just finished reading the new posts. Good grief what is going on in that town? Are all these people associated with this case on drugs and parole or probation?
I think eventually whatever is going on there is going to end in arrests not related to Hailey disappearance as with the bunch at Satsuma who are all now in jail for drugs and with very long sentences. Those phone records they dont want released mean that the police are working on something and maybe it has to do with drugs and not Haileys disappearance. My personal belief is that BD knows a great deal more than she is saying. Even if she had nothing to do with Haileys disappearance she has an idea of what happened.
This is my opinion only not based upon anything but a feeling.

No offense taken. It's odd that someone would do something so thoroughly and quickly and not mention it to Billie. If the intention is to fully benefit searches for sweet Hailey, one would think that would be encouraging for Billie to know and maybe something she would like to participate in. It's not that people are being unjustly suspicious, imo. Non-profit and charitable endeavors are typically keenly aware of the need to state their purpose and percentages clearly to assure their contributors that the cause is being supported when they donate/purchase. It's a reasonable expectation that should be met with no objection, imo. Look forward to hearing the details.

I agree Sweets that MB's mother definitely throws a curve into this. I don't know the law but if she was a Sexual offender, would she be able to have her kids with her? And, if BD knew this mother, and her record, would she really knowingly let Hailey stay at their home? Drugs, Violence, Sex? And if she didn't know MB's mother, why would she ever let Hailey stay there? It just doesn't make sense either way.

It appears that almost everyone around Hailey has been arrested at one time or another. Drugs being the top reason.

I personally think there has been so many inconsistancys and so much dishonesty anything anyone does is going to be looked at more than once. I dont think everyone and everything associated with this case is bad, but its really hard to sort it out at this point.

Perhaps MB's mother is one of the unnamed POIs. She did an interview and talked about how her daughter was grilled by the FBI. I bet both MB and her mom were grilled extensively very early on, especially if any of the criminal records being attributed to her are actually true. I would be surprised if they were not given polygraphs and/or thoroughly investigated when the FBI and SS were on the scene. If she is under suspicion by LE, they're keeping it well guarded. Personally, I think LE is primarily focused on Billie's house for good reasons, some known to us and some unknown. I don't think Mrs. Garcia or her daughter had any interaction with Hailey on Monday 12/27, but still open to all reasonable possibilities.

Excellent points truth and I'm needing clarification of this huge long rap sheet..who is this? how are we sure? is there anything substantiating there being any type of link at all? or are we just grasping at all who've had any troubles with the law hoping to find a link to the case?

I don't know..so I will just wait for further clarification before I even attempt to let this marinate in brain as it being even possibly linked to Hailey..JMO..tjho

No I can't say this for a fact and I thought I had added a few jmo's too so it would not be considered fact. It is my opinion that CG and GD are tied into this case via the drug connections but w/especially MB's mother via MB was HD's BFF. If she (HD) even visited MB Not staying the Night ) just a visitor she is walking into another dangerous sitiation w/ both of these ppl being known to be into drugs and documented sex offenders, But again this IS ONLY MY OPINION. I don't like dragging innocent peeps through the mud either but if I were a betting person I would bet they are associated with this case somehow. Something just is not right IMO.

ok so starting with Cecilia Garcia{MaryBeth's mom} why are we having probs linking to her on any Texas RSO list? This makes me unsure that its 100%accurate that CG is a Sex offender..why would she not be on that list? Does anyone know why or if there cases that would not be listed? I would have to research this aspect because I do not know personally..
And also has anyone since been abloe to locate Cecila Garcia on Texas RSO list I know earlier we were not able to..Has someone since found her on it?

Let us all say a prayer or a chant or do a dance or whatever we can do that the searchers tomorrow will find Hailey and we can all stop speculating and get some answers instead of asking the questions.

That is fine w/me but if you see a lot of confusion or griping ect. pls remove. I would hate to be the one that started confusion and hard feelings on a board that has been so pleasant to post on and do not want to accuse anyone of wrong doing no matter what.

NOW THIS IS A RUMOR but has anyone heard or know if shawns cousins or brothers or something are truck drivers?I have but am not sure, but if so they could have hauled her out of state...not being rude but it could happen...and we will never find her. just wondering,,,

I agree, Wrap! I thought that I was the only one who was getting confused by all the intials. This case is getting way too complex - so many people involved & possible scenarios. LE must be going crazy trying to get it all sorted out!! However, I still consider SA to be the main suspect, and hope that both he & BD stay off the Ativan (and any other drugs), and re-take their polys. This would help immensely, IMO!

Thanks to gnreed & czgtz who are closer to the case than most of us - we appreciate your views & insight. Hopefully the searchers will find Hailey tomorrow!!

I thought I would bring this up here also. I am not sure if anyone knows of or has seen before any info r/t Andrea Sandoval (or Andrea Catano, not sure which last name is correct), but according to her on her my space pg. she is an ex gf of Shawn and apparently is still in love with him ,iirc, and was still seeing him up to 8 mo. ago. I am not sure if SA and BD were broke up at that time or if he was seeing her on the side or what was going on there but she may have helped Shawn in some of his escapades if she was ask to. She sounds like she would do anything for him , even now. Just thought I would get everyone's opinion/theories on this tidbit of info, lol.

Does anyone remember the name of the woman who was claiming to be Shawn's ex girlfriend? I think this could be her,jmo. I remember reading her myspace and she mentions going to work at a HOTEL. I am "wondering" since there was a hit by the prison dogs at the Western Suites hotel if this person worked/still works at that particular hotel. JMO, but this woman would never win mother of the year looking at what I read on her myspace a few weeks back. And by all appearances, I could see her assisting Shawn in some sick twisted way.

I am not sure why Cecilia Garcia is not showing up on these lists that you mentioned. I am like you in thinking she would show if she is indeed a "registered" sex offender. I am trying to search this out too as well as a lot of others. I know that I have read on other sites where a few locals have had run ins with her in the past and she is someone that they are afraid of for some reason . I have never seen it spelled out tho why they/she/he are afraid of this woman. The poster I am thinking about right now uses the nic "straycat" at topix but this is all hearsay and not a fact at this time. I will go back and see if I can find the pg. and link I read this on but until then I am stating this as JMO.

If Cecilia Garcia was a RSO, it would most definitely show up. Since it doesn't, we have to come to terms with the fact that there is an error somewhere and stop looking at some point.

As far as SA's ex, yes..the Twitter page is quite interesting; however..we have no proof that is the ex posting her undying love for SA. And yes..it is possible the ex could have assisted. Anything is possible in this case it seems. I have never seen anything like it. I thought the Caylee Anthony case and the HaLeigh Cummings case were mind boggling. This case takes the cake.

Unfortunately, Texas is not like Florida where everything is for the public eye. Therefore, we must practice discretion while getting our point across. Bottom line: I WILL NOT ALLOW VH TO BECOME A PLACE WHERE ANYONE CAN COME HERE AND DEFAME OTHERS. It seems we've heard about many, many people in CC and surrounding areas that MAY have been involved or this person knew that person who said the other person MAY have been involved. It is getting out of control here. And the reason is because it is almost 2 months and no Hailey. So, we all get tired and cranky and search for others who have rap sheets to be involved in Hailey's disappearance. I don't want the opinion of a member of another site brought to VH. In fact, I do NOT care for VH members bringing posts from other sites here. If it is absolutely crucial to the case, that is fine. As a suggestion, you can always give your summation of what was said and then post the link w/the correct page.

Is it possible for us to take a step back during the search for the next two days? If Hailey is not found by Sunday and the searchers go home, Then I think we can resume with our thoughts and opinions.

I think it is great that so many people are here!! You all are working tirelessly to find Hailey or at least figure out what transpired. And, the fact that CZ comes here and answers our questions is great! Bottom line w/Cz: she w/Never change her mind about Billie. OK, now I am rambling..I hope I have made some sense here. It's going to be a long weekend. I know grneed is out there and possibly other members of VH. Let us all hope that Hailey is brought home dead or alive. Typing that is hard but it must be said.
