I notice that when all the A's raise their hand to tell the truth and the whole truth, their hand is spread instead of fingers together... does that have anything to do with the finger family not sticking together on their stories?

That is how I heard it. But it is being reported he said that it was he that sent the PI to that area.

Dominic Casey went into the woods in November and Lee said that this happened in Oct. What is going on here?

Lee was angry that his folks decided to "do that" and that he could not believe that they considered that Caylee was no longer with them. I feel sorry for him.

LA I was quite angry. 1st time heard in my family they were willing to look for deceased Caylee.

There has been a following out between LA and his Parents.

LA says he was very angry about parents not discussing with him. Couldn't believe they considered that she was dead

I think that it could cause the jury to think that GA and CA did indeed have knowledge that Caylee was dead and possibly at that location...And how would they know that?

The Anthonys are double-teaming on this. One says one thing the other says something else to confuse the jury
Im confused the jury must be too, but I would tend to believe Lee over Cindy as far as what the jury perceives.

Did Cindy Anthony tell you her people had walked the area where remains were found a month prior? Yuri: yes.

By Lee contradicting his mother's statement, it causes the jury to wonder why she would lie about this...They will think: Did she know that Caylee's remains had been placed there and wanted them found? or Was she trying to provide through video-taped evidence that the remains were not there and had to be placed there later while KC was in jail?

Kronk told CrimeLine it appeared to be a skull, but did not say it was near Anthony home.

The jury is paying attention and taking notes during per insession

On 8-13-08 Officers met Kronk on Suburban Drive. From street he pointed at what he saw.

He saw a white bag laying there.

CM was wrong about Kronk calling 911 on Aug. 11...He called a non-emergency number as LDB had to point out to him.

I hope that the jury notices that LDB has to give the defense documents out of her notebook because they don't have their own...This has happened several times...I don't know, though, it might make them doubt that KC was properly represented...

I remember somebody talking about seeing CA and Lee whispering together in the elevator..Maybe it was something like this: "Hey, you say this, and I'll say this, and that will really muddy the water for the jury..." I think Lee was truthful about believing that his mother had sent the PI's out to look for Caylee's remains and that it upset him, but I'm not sure that it was in the same time frame as the video-taped search...

Krystal orignally told investigators there was no sexual relationshio, then went back and said there was.

Contradiction, Confusion, that is the game plan of the defense. I think there is a novel about several family members, one at a time, admitting they committed the murder. Several years ago two friends told conflicting stories about the beating murder of one's wife, thinking neither could be charged but our fantastic sheriff arrested and charged both with the crime. They are both in prison.

I think george is the only one telling the truth without twisting it, but IDK??

Why don't the Anthonys realize this trial is on behalf of Caylee, a baby who was murdered and dumped like garbage in the woods and left until there was nothing left of her (here on earth) but bones???

They might think that Caylee is beyond help now and in a better place, and if justice for Caylee means death or life in prison for Casey they don't want to contribute to that cause. Not that it's "right".

I think LA is so upset NOT because he finally realizes Caylee is dead, but because he finally realizes his sister murdered her. However, why are he and cindy trying to benefit the defense of kc with their testimony instead of honoring Caylee with telling the truth????

I think Lee Did tell the truth. And, Melich backed it up.

Tuesday marks day 41, including jury selection, of Casey's trial. Casey's accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.

The meter reader, Roy Kronk, who found Caylee's remains, was questioned on Tuesday, a day after Casey's attorneys sought a mistrial and Judge Belvin Perry ruled she was competent to continue the trial. Her attorneys had asked that she get a mental evaluation.

Casey entered the courtroom just before 8:50 a.m., wearing grey pants and a white sweater over a yellow shirt. She had her hair pulled back. Her parents, George and Cindy Anthony were present in the courtroom.

Kronk discovered Caylee's remains in December 2008 in a wooded area near the Anthony family's Orlando home on Suburban Drive.

Casey's attorneys began questioning Kronk about an August 2008 visit to the same area when he thought he saw something suspicious in the woods. Kronk had called authorities three times over the next three days, but they found nothing at the time.

Kronk returned to the area in December 2008 and discovered the bag containing Caylee's remains.

George Anthony took the stand and was questioned about his alleged former lover, Krystal Holloway, also known as, River Cruz. George denied ever having an affair with the woman or sending intimate text messages to her.

Cindy Anthony was next. Cindy told the defense that she never sent private investigators to search for Caylee along Suburban Drive.

After Cindy's brief testimony, Lee Anthony was called to the stand and contradicted what his mother said. Lee stated that Cindy did send two private investigators to the wooded area to search for Caylee's remains, after a psychic's advice.

The first witness called Tuesday morning was, Joe Jordan, a former team leader of Texas Equusearch volunteers who searched for Caylee.

Jordan testified Tuesday that he emailed John Allen and Yuri Melich from the Orange County Sheriff's Office and told them that the remains had been moved.

While defense attorney Cheney Mason was questioning Jordan, he asked if Jordan was threatened with felony prosecution, but Jordan tried to assert his 5th amendment right to silence and the state objected. The judge then asked Jordan to step outside the courtroom. The prosecution issue had to do with an illegally recorded conversation. It is illegal to secretly record someone in Florida.

"I did not expect him to take the 5th Amendment,” said Mason.

The state then moved to have the response stricken.

Judge Perry instructed the jury to disregard Jordan's comment about the 5th Amendment. Perry said the defense can inquire about Jordan getting limited immunity over the recording in exchange for truthful testimony, but cannot inquire what he did to get that immunity.

On Monday, Casey Anthony's attorneys asked Judge Perry to select a new jury. The attorneys sought the mistrial based on a ruling by a federal judge in Miami last week that declared Florida's death penalty unconstitutional. Judge Perry has yet to rule on the defense's request for a mistrial.

We are listening to Roy Kronks 911 calls. I still get that Caylee was not found in August when I hear these recorded calls.

2nd call - RK tells operator about swampy area, says behind tree was gray vinyl bag like pool cover, further up fallen tree.

And, they tell him to call the damned crimeline..and it does NO good!! How dare Baez and the defense accuse this man of hiding the body.

Kronk did't want to call Crimeline because he wanted to remain anonymous. Operator tells him he can.
