Never fear the networks will pay and pay bigtime for those interviews with Casey, Cindy and George and even brother Lee as goofy as he is.
They will go around to the back door just like they did with the paying for th pictures but not the interview. Yeah right.
They got caught with their pants down and now they come out with this new one.
Shame on them. But they lie and they interview a liar and like I have said all along A Liars Convention.

I hope after you read the stories/interviews that interest you if you would post how you felt about the book or interview. I will be interested in feed back. Being rich won't bring Caylee back or make any of them happy. I am going to get past the wanting to puke on blood money being made.

So true. If Cindy's book is in the library I'll probably read it. I know I will not buy it.

Song Dedicated To Caylee Going Viral
George, Cindy Anthony Thanking Writers of 'Goin Places'
ORLANDO, Fla. -- George and Cindy Anthony have reached out to a popular country band after hearing a song dedicated to their 2 year-old grandchild, Caylee, said their attorney.
The song, "Going Places" has gone viral, and is becoming more commonly known as "Caylee's Song." It was a collaboration between Rascal Flatt's singer Gary LeLox, another singer, Cletus T. Judd, and was performed by Shane Hines.
The Anthony's attorney, Mark Lippman, said they they were touched when heard the song not long after it was released. Lippman said as soon as they heard the song, George sent an email to the Rascal Flatts. They hope to say thanks in person, but have not yet heard back from the group's manager, said Lippman.
The song talks about the toddler's life and what she may have become had she lived.
The reaction to this song is clear. Lyrics and responses have lit up across the Internet. On Youtube, tribute videos accompany the song that many are calling a tearjerker.
The song is available across the internet and on iTunes.
The lyrics, as taken from various internet sources:
You see she wanted to learn to play guitar, Be a ballerina or movie star She could've gone so far
She can be anything that she wants to She can ride her bike every afternoon She can laugh and play With her dolls and games Just like all little girls should get to do Too young for her life to be taken She's going places
I bet she'd spend her time skipping rope Drawing rainbows on streets that are paved with gold Get to ride a big wheel jumping curbs In a parking lot of a great big church And I wish I could see it all
But her memory will live on right here Till i get over there And see her again
She can be anything that she wants to She can ride her bike every afternoon
She can laugh and play in those backyard games Just like all little girls should get to do Too young for her life to be taken Shes going places
She can play kickball Go swim and see-saw Just like all little girls should get to do
We will sing sweet Caylee's praises She's safe in the arms of God's good graces She's going places
Caylee RIP

Baez says she wants to get on with her life. My take is that she thinks this would be a good PR move....she wants people to welcome her at the mall and at Fusion........and on a PAID interview. I'm not buying it.lindamarie wrote:  BJ

Yep...total PR move. She thinks we will accept her once she's gone through therapy. Listen to the tribute song for Caylee "She's Going Places". We will NEVER forgive KCA. Never.

Jean C on NG also said the Ant's want back the items LE took from their home. Even the CAR!!! They say they don't want these items available to be sold on Ebay. As if LE would auction them off!!
I wouldn't want that damned car near me!! It needs to be destroyed! These people are sick!

Networking holds value for Casey Anthony’s lawyer
BY DOUG CAMILLI, SPECIAL TO THE GAZETTE JULY 25, 2011 10:01 PM
MONTREAL - After being found not guilty in the death of her daughter, Casey Anthony has become the holy grail for U.S. TV interviewers, but her lawyer says she won’t talk to any of them for at least six months.
Accordingly, says the N.Y. Post, the networks are now trying to cozy up to the lawyer himself, Jose Baez, offering to hire him as an on-air legal analyst. The idea is that in due course he will steer his not-guilty-at-all client to whoever is paying him.
“Everyone is trying to buy him,” an “industry source” told the Post. “He’s the key to Casey Anthony.” And he’s listening attentively to offers: “He wants to be the next big talking head,” Unnamed Insider told the paper. “They need him down the road to score an interview with Casey when she’s less radioactive.”

News networks are reportedly angling to get the first television interview with Casey Anthony, the woman whose trial for the murder of her two-year old daughter touched off a national media firestorm.
The New York Post reports that network representatives met with Anthony's defense attorney Jose Baez a week after the verdict in early July to negotiate a possible interview with Anthony. Networks are reportedly attempting to gain access to Anthony by offering Baez, whose star has risen considerably with his victorious defense, a position as a legal analyst. Baez stated that Anthony would not be making TV appearances for six to nine months, according to the paper.
Baez denied the reports in a statement on Friday, asserting, "I am not negotiating paid interviews with anyone."
However, the Post reports that Baez has met with Matt Lauer in New York City, where NBC is footing the bill for "steak dinners" and his stay at the Mandarin Oriental hotel. An NBC spokesperson confirmed that the network talked to Baez about interviewing Anthony, but specified that a potential interview would only happen "under NBC News standards and conditions -- no payment, and absolutely no job offers for any member of her defense team."
Representatives from ABC and CBS have flat-out said that their networks are not bidding for an interview with Anthony. ABC faced criticism for paying the Anthony family $200,000 to license video and photos in 2010.
The report comes after TV producer Al Taylor claimed to have scored an interview with Casey for $1 million last Tuesday. Taylor announced the alleged deal over the phone on HLN's Dr. Drew, but Baez has since issued a statement saying that neither he nor Anthony have met nor intend to meet with Taylor.
Paradigm, an entertainment talent agency, signed Baez earlier this month, but reportedly unsigned him five hours later because of a negative backlash.

Journalism has really gone down the tubes. The fact that there is a demand for interviews with a woman who killed her child but got away w/ murder because of an inept jury reflects how shallow society really is. It makes me want to

I haven't heard much talk about the special on Lifetime last evening. It was Casey Anthony..
I watched it and it was quite interesting. Author Fanning who wrote Daddys little girl and a PI were the moderators.
I think it is on tonight. Check Lifetime.

Some [ahem] lucky person out there — maybe from right here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, because we need a local connection — this year could sport one of the scariest costumes in the history of Halloween dress-up.
Scary at least to 3-year-olds. Adults might just find it tacky.
Someone who goes by the handle “prophunter” offers a latex mask of Casey Anthony’s face to the highest eBay bidder.
Prophunter, in the eBay listing, said the mask — one of nine, and numbered “6/9” — came from “a parody video by enigmatic pop artist/sculptor Torro.” [shrug]
The auction remains open for another day or so, and the high bid at this writing, $182.50, fails to meet the reserve of $185, so jump on in there.
Prophunter displays his or her opportunism — which is a nice way of saying “abject exploitation” — in the mask description with the line, “Let's never forget poor Caylee.” Yeah, that sounds real sincere from someone trying to capitalize on her death and mother’s trial.
Beyond the questions of taste involved with wearing the mask, though, it might be a matter of good sense considering the threats to Anthony, her family, and the jurors who found her not guilty. Sure you want to wear that thing in public with all those revenge-seeking nutjobs running around out there?

You knew it was only a matter of time.
A mask of Casey Anthony is up for bid on eBay , in plenty of time for Halloween.
WESH reports the seller, who goes by the username prophunter, claims to be based in Los Angeles.
The auction runs until Wednesday at 9 p.m. ET.
WESH.com says according to the seller, nine such masks were made for a parody video.
By Tuesday evening, bidding was up to $600. According to the seller the mask "fits most heads sizes comfortably."

Why don't the news organizations interview our soldiers, marines, sailors, air force and pay them for the time? They are all heroes and deserve honor, encouragement and thanks.
The money would be put to better use than giving to the murderer of a 3 year old baby.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Offers are rolling in
for one of the most iconic pieces of evidence in Casey Anthony's murder
trial -- her white Pontiac Sunfire.
The car is still in the possession of the Orange County Sheriff's
Office, which says the car can be picked up anytime by George and Cindy
Anthony, who own the car.Their attorney, Mark Lippman, told WESH 2 News he's been getting calls from people interested in buying the car.The
car was thought to be key to proving the state's murder case against
Anthony. Numerous witnesses took the stand to say how the car smelled
like it had at one point carried around a body."There are collectors of macabre things. Apparently this falls into that category now," Lippman said.
The Kelley Blue Book lists the normal value on a used Sunfire at
about $3,000, but Lipman said it could go to a collector for more than
that. The money would be donated to the new foundation the Anthonys are
establishing in memory of Caylee Anthony."I've had multiple offers to purchase it, but George and Cindy do not want to profit off it by any means," Lippman told WESH.Where
would the car go? Not to the National Museum of Crime and Punishment in
Washington, D.C., the museum's CEO told WESH. The museum has items
like the so-called Bonnie and Clyde car riddled with bullet holes and
vehicles belonging to Ted Bundy and John Dillingers.
"There wasn't any proof it was part of a crime. It's not a true
historic artifact, so its value should diminish in the wake of that,"
said museum CEO Janine Vaccarello. She said she can understand why plenty of private collectors want to call the car their own.Lippman
said Tuesday the Anthonys have not yet made a decision on what to do
with the car. He said he isn't ruling out sending the car to scrap if
that's what his clients want.

ORLANDO --
Casey Anthony wants to be released from attending a deposition scheduled in her civil case for Oct. 8.
This involves the defamation case brought by Zenaida Gonzalez.
Attorneys for both sides had a short hearing with Judge Lisa Munyon on July 15.
Late Monday afternoon, Anthony's attorney Charles Greene filed court papers asking the judge to strike the deposition.
Greene said he doesn't want the time and place of the deposition to be released.
He wants the deposition to take place wherever Anthony ends up living.

Lippman isn't fooling me. They will sell that car to the highest bidder. And the money will go into a fund that they are the directors of and write themselves a bonus check.
Do they think we were born yesterday or fell off a turnip truck. Really.

I think everyone should read the 13 page Order to Release the Jury Names. It's extremely interesting reading.
Personally, I do not think waiting until Oct to release their names will be a "cooling off period." People are So adamant about this jury Not doing their job and looking at the evidence that nutcases w/hunt them down like dogs once their names are released.
As far as the Casey mask, that is despicable! I'm afraid to click on to Ebay to see what the highest bid is at this point. WOW! This is really getting out of hand. How many people w/actually purchase those masks and wear them on Halloween? LM is right. Someone could get hurt and it won't be Casey Anthony.
She is probably Relishing in all this glory..all the hoopla about her, her, her! I bet she is eating lobster and living it up. I picture her in Puerto Rico most likely at GR's place, no matter what he says. She is probably starting to get "cabin fever". I wouldn't put it past her to be driving Bozo and Mason nuts, wanting to "come out". I also wouldn't put it past her to sneak around and get some public attention. She was locked up for almost 3 years. This is definitely not her style. I wonder who is watching over her. Probably some female friend of Sims' or Sims herself.
The car: Who would want this car? I cannot even imagine it. My goodness, there are some sicko's out there!
The FBI tore that car to shreds. I can't believe the Ant's are "thinking about what to do w/it." Any other parents would say, "keep it." But, not them.
Jeanne, I completely agree with you. The Ant's are all about making as much money as they can at this point. It's truly despicable!
p.s. Art, how are you getting that link for the PDF? I really like that! Please share!

I hope that order is DENIED!!
Re: Thread #1 (07/ 17 ~ ?) Out of Jail... No Probation Discussion on this thread, please.
Is it a law that the juror's names have to be released? If I were on a high profile case and decided I did not want to go public with it I would be outraged that the judge was releasing my name! I agree with you Wrap, October just isn't enough 'cooling off time', there are many nuts out there that would just as soon shoot someone as not. I hope the judge decides not to release that info.
Re: the car - no way would I want it. I wouldn't ever even want to see it again if it were my grandchild. I can understand if it had to be released to the Ant's and if they said junk it instead of them receiving it. That is the ONLY way I could understand it.
The Casey mask is sick. I cannot believe what people will purchase, all the things I've read that are on EBay. I'll never understand.
I too see Casey tucked away somewhere and being hard to keep inside after three years in prison. I hope she's giving Baez AND Mason a hard way to go. She makes me sick and I so wish no one wanted her attention.
As for Cindy and George, I'm trying to reserve judgement until I see WHAT they do. I so hope they just write a book or something instead of cashing in on every talk show, movies, etc. If they do cash in on anything and everything then I will judge them harshly. I'm really just trying to think that they've gone thru' something unimaginable for the last three years and they just need some time to recoup. I sure hope so.

Re: Thread #1 (07/ 17 ~ ?) Out of Jail... No Probation Discussion on this thread, please.
That's why I suggest reading the 13 page Order. It explains everything. Very interesting read.Is it a law that the juror's names have to be released? If I were on a high profile case and decided I did not want to go public with it I would be outraged that the judge was releasing my name! I agree with you
I am trying to reserve judgement on the Ant's as Yes..what they have been through I would never wish on anyone. But, their track record is horrible. I hope they learned a lesson with this trial, but I doubt it..especially since she was found Not Guilty.

Man sent to jail for actions during Casey Anthony trial
By Barbara Liston
ORLANDO, Fla | Tue Jul 26, 2011 6:08pm EDT
(Reuters) - Casey Anthony is no longer in jail, but an Orlando man landed there on Tuesday for violating rules designed to manage the large crowds drawn to the courthouse during her murder trial.
Mark Schmidter, a 64-year-old roofing contractor, was found guilty of two counts of indirect criminal contempt for handing out leaflets on June 29 seeking to sway members of juries and for doing so outside of specially marked "free speech zones" created for Anthony protesters and supporters.
Judge Belvin Perry sentenced Schmidter to 151 days in jail after a brief trial.
Perry had also presided over Anthony's trial, which became a national phenomenon carried live by television networks and endlessly debated by media personalities. During the trial, the judge limited free speech at the courthouse to two taped-off areas.
Anthony, 25, was acquitted on July 5 of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee in 2008 but was convicted of lying to the law enforcement officers who searched for Caylee.
She received a four-year jail sentence, and was released on July 17 after getting credit for time served awaiting trial and good behavior while in jail.
Schmidter's lawyer, Adam Sudbury, said his client belongs to a group that believes in jury nullification, or jury pardon, which occurs when jurors decide to find someone not guilty because they believe the underlying charge is unfair.
Sudbury told Reuters that Schmidter had been handing out brochures regularly at the courthouse front door since 2010, and did not encounter the Anthony jury which, under tight security, did not use the front door.
"This has everything to do with he got wrapped up in the circus that was the Casey Anthony trial. He got swept up in the whirlwind rather than he sought out the whirlwind," Sudbury said.
Sudbury said the special restrictions on free speech during the Anthony trial were "highly unusual," sweeping and confusing. The attorney said he would appeal the verdict against Schmidter and seek bail for his client in the meantime.
Asked for Schmidter's opinion on the Anthony verdict, Sudbury said he had no idea.
"Mark? I don't know. To be perfectly honest, I've never discussed it with him," Sudbury said.

Re: Thread #1 (07/ 17 ~ ?) Out of Jail... No Probation Discussion on this thread, please.
I'm angry as hell that Casey was found not guilty of anything. I'm angry at her lawyers, all of them, especially Baez and Mason that they could LIE and it just doesn't matter. They are as bad as she is. I am angry with the jurors because I do not think they did their job. I think they wanted to go home. They did not spend time going over the transcripts, evidence, nothing and I am angry.
I'm not angry that Cindy lied on the stand because I have to be honest and say I do not know that I would not have done that myself, to keep my kid from the death penalty BUT not to get her off scott free. If it ever comes out that Cindy and the defense had a deal going to get her off scott free then I'll be the first one to judge Cindy very harshly. As far as George goes I have a real hard time judging him much at all.
But Casey, Baez and Mason? I could care less if they jumped off a bridge tonight.
Where is the link to the 13 page Order? I do want to read it.

Casey Anthony's lawyer, Jose Baez, eyes book deal
By correspondents in New York From: NewsCore July 26, 2011 4:53PM
MEDIA hot property Jose Baez, the defense lawyer for Casey Anthony, met with top literary agent Richard Pine of Inkwell Management last week.
Sources said Mr Baez, who is in talks to become a TV legal expert, is working with Pine on landing a book deal. Pine's authors include Arianna Huffington and James Patterson, the New York Post reported today.
Talent agency Paradigm signed Mr Baez after the trial, but quickly dropped him over negative backlash.
Mr Baez told the Post, "I have met with various people. Just because I meet with someone does not mean that I plan on signing any agreements or taking any job offers. I have a job, and I feel the wisest thing to do right now is just listen.
"I have not made any decisions and probably will not until I have had the opportunity to discuss things with my family and my closest advisers."
Pine did not return calls from the Post.
Florida mother Ms Anthony was released from jail July 17, in the culmination of a case that captivated the nation - her trial over the death of her two-year-old daughter Caylee.
Ms Anthony was convicted of four counts of providing false information to law enforcement but found not guilty of aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and first-degree murder.
Her whereabouts are currently unknown.

I am talking about G&C's track record of going on national TV, all expenses paid..doing that thing w/Kidfinders, the infamous boat and all that b.s.
As far as GA, I do feel for him. How could we not? He went through complete hell and I am wondering WHY Lippman isn't beating down the door to sue the pants off Baez & Mason for AT LEAST "defamation of character". Something isn't quite right w/that.

Casey Anthony: Protest planned at ‘Today’ for Monday
Caylee and Casey Anthony, George and Cindy Anthony, Jose Baez, NBC, Today, WESH — posted by halboedeker on July, 26 2011 4:46 PM
Viewers unhappy at the prospect of a Casey Anthony interview plan to converge on NBC’s “Today” on Monday morning.
“We heard they were No. 1 in the running for an interview,” said a Pennsylvania protest organizer who asked that his name not be used. “Everybody is protesting about NBC paying Jose Baez money for food and a hotel.”
NBC has acknowledged that it put up Baez in a hotel. The New York Post on Sunday reported that Baez “has been living like a king in New York City, eating steak dinners with Matt Lauer and sleeping at the Mandarin Oriental — while network reps jostle to sign him as a legal eagle to eventually score the big interview.”
The big interview would be with Anthony, who was acquitted July 5 of first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.
The protest organizer predicted that more than 600 people will attend the “Today” protest. He said some protesters will carry signs and others will have duct tape over their mouths.
But is the organizer concerned about tipping off NBC?
“No, that’s fine,” he said. “We want the media to know.”
And wouldn’t it make for more interesting television if Lauer or Ann Curry talked to the protesters?
The organizer credited social media, especially Facebook, with stirring interest in the protest and said people were unhappy to learn NBC was putting up Baez at a posh hotel.
In other Anthony developments, TMZ is reporting that George and Cindy Anthony, Casey’s parents, were not impressed by a $250,000 offer for an interview from a syndicated talk show. TMZ didn’t identify the show in question, but headlined the story: “Casey Anthony’s Parents — $250,000 Doesn’t Cut It!!!”
In the days after the verdict, George and Cindy Anthony were causing a lot of talk in network circles. Sources at two national TV organizations said the Anthonys were shopping an interview to the highest bidder. What do you think of that?

I WILL NOT watch and WILL NOT buy anything put out by the Ants, KC, Bozo, or anyone associated with the defense team...In fact, I think we should follow blinkoncrime's suggestion that we start using code words (such as C-word) for them so that when media outlets are evaluating the interest in them by searching for their names on the internet, we won't be contributing to their continued "popularity", and encourage the media to pay them huge sums for interviews, books, etc. Don't know if it will help, but I want the media to think that they are not worth anything...

I agree Lisette! The C-word is what she is from now on. "C" could stand for lots of things.

Cheryl, you are cracking me up! It's WAY too early for "The C Word".
But YES, I most Definitely Agree. Only problem is there are 4 C's and one of them is our sweet Caylee.
The other two you can guess and the last one is one of her idiot lawyer's first name.
So, I would prefer we call them Kac, Cde, and CM.
Wonder if we can remember that?
For G, call him G.

Perfect! Count me in for coded names. Can someone compile a list of coded names for the main "characters"? I will be taking the internet meta tags off as well.lisette wrote:I WILL NOT watch and WILL NOT buy anything put out by the Ants, KC, Bozo, or anyone associated with the defense team...In fact, I think we should follow blinkoncrime's suggestion that we start using code words (such as C-word) for them so that when media outlets are evaluating the interest in them by searching for their names on the internet, we won't be contributing to their continued "popularity", and encourage the media to pay them huge sums for interviews, books, etc. Don't know if it will help, but I want the media to think that they are not worth anything...

Compiled list of code names. NOTE: last time the real names w/be used here:
Casey - Kac
Cindy - Cde
C. Mason - CM
Jose Baez - (would still love to call him "Bozo" but everyone and their brother knows who that is - Job.)
George - G
Lee - L
Caylee - Caylee (I see no need to change her name).
Can't think of any others at this point in time that I would consider main characters. Please let me know if that works for you all.
Art, whatever you're doing, it looks Great! :cheering:

I think they want the mask so they can try to fool photographers - Dress up a girl of the same size and weight put the mask on and then photograph her

That mask is creepy. The eyes look almost crossed like she's looking at a bee on her nose. Hope to hell it stung her before it flew away.
