The victim was found on the southbound side of Interstate 270, three miles southeast of Frederick, Frederick County, Maryland on July 31, 1991. The victim is said to be a white female believed to be in her late teens to early twenties, possibly 17-18 years of age. The victim is believed to have been approximately 5'0" to 5'2 1/2" in height, 120 pounds, with a build slightly greater than petite but perhaps not quite medium. The victim had shoulder length brown hair, dressed in shorts and a tank top. The DOB, Height and Weight fields are an approximation.
