The Houston County Sheriff’s Office is searching for Jordan Malik Simpson and Nevaeh Kimora Simpson. Police are looking for Bonnie Benton Miller in his/her abduction.

The suspect is driving a Silver, 2005, Honda, Accord with a TX License Plate Number of CYX069. The suspect was last heard from in Kennard, TX .
Law enforcement officials believe this child to be in grave or immediate danger.

HOUSTON CO., March 7, 2013—An Amber Alert has been issued for the following missing children:

Nevaeh Kimora Simpson age 2, (06/17/2010) and Jordan Malik Simpson age 1, (05/17/2011) were allegedly abducted by their maternal grandmother, 48 year-old Bonnie Miller. Bonnie is a black female, 5’6” tall approximately 190 pounds.

The mother had recently passed away due to an illness in late December, 2012. The father has custody of the children and took the children to the grandmother’s house for Christmas visit. When he returned Christmas Day to pick up his children, the grandmother refused to give the children to the father.

A court order was issued listing the father as the sole managing conservator. During the time when the court proceedings initiated and were being finalized, the grandmother allegedly absconded with both children.

Two Felony Warrants have been issued for the arrest of Bonnie Miller for Interfering with Child Custody.

Bonnie may be driving a Gray 2005 Honda Accord EX 4 door, TX License Plate CYX-069. The car has tinted windows and a rear spoiler. Bonnie has friends and family in the Houston, Texas, area and possibly some family in Garland, Texas, area.

The Amber Alert issued Thursday night for two small children abducted from a small East Texas town was just canceled after the children were found safe at their maternal grandmother’s house in Fort Worth. Police have also taken the grandmother, 48-year-old Bonnie Miller, into custody.

Officer Sharron Neal, a spokesperson for the Fort Worth Police Department says 1-year-old Jordan Simpson and his 2-year-old sister Nevaen are now in police custody, awaiting the arrival of their father who, says Neal, is four to five hours away.

Initially, it was believed the children might have been taken from Kennard in Houston County to Garland, where Miller has family. But Neal says that earlier this afternoon that Fort Worth officers located her car, a 2005 Honda Accord. About half an hour later, Neals says, officers located Miller. Fort Worth police say Miller didn’t give officers any trouble when she was arrested.

I have to wonder if there is a good reason why this grandmother took her grandchildren. I think there is much more to this. MOO.

Missing Texas Children Found; Amber Alert Discontinued

HOUSTON COUNTY (March 8, 2013)—An Amber Alert issued Thursday afternoon for two young Texas children last seen on Feb. 21 in Kennard between Crockett and Lufkin was discontinued late Friday afternoon after the children were found safe and their grandmother was arrested.

Fort Worth police found the two children, Jordan Malik Simpson, 1, and Nevaen Kimora Simpson, 2, and arrested Bonnie Benton Miller, 48, at around 3:30 p.m. Friday.

Media reports indicated that Miller refused to return the children to their father after a Christmas visit.

The father was awarded sole custody of the children after the death of their mother in late December, and Miller left with the two youngsters while the custody arrangement was being finalized, media reports indicated.

The children’s father was en route to Fort Worth Friday afternoon.

I think it's her daughter who died and the husband got custody. Wonder how her daughter died.
