AMBER ALERT – 6 year old Elijah Reczek..found Safe in Lubbock, Texas

Roswell— In cooperation with the Roswell Police Department, New Mexico State Police is issuing the following Amber Alert in New Mexico based on information that the child may have been abducted at gun point by his mother.

Roswell Police are looking for 6 year old Elijah Reczek. Elijah is a white male. Elijah is approximately 3’6” tall and weighs 45 pounds. Elijah has hazel eyes and short brown hair. Elijah has a small mole on his left cheek.

Elijah was last seen wearing black shorts and a light colored t-shirt.

Elijah was last seen at approximately 12:00 a.m. today at his residence located at, 2711 S. Emerald, Roswell New Mexico. Elijah was taken from his residence by this mother, who resides in Montana, by gun point. Elijah’s mother’s name is Miranda Ann Aguilar. She is 30 years old and is described as a Native American female who stands 5’4” weighs 115 pounds and has long black hair. Also with Aguilar was a female friend whose name is Renee Denke. Denke is a Native American female who stands 5’7” weighs 140 pounds and has light brown hair. Denke was last seen wearing jeans and a light colored sweater. There was also a male accomplice present, either Native American or Hispanic descent with short black hair.

Aguilar and her accomplices were last seen a little after 12:00 a.m. in the Roswell area driving an older dark in color minivan. Aguilar may be headed to Montana, her current state of residence.

It is believed that Elijah Reczek is in danger due to the circumstances involving his abduction.

ROSWELL, N.M. —Elijah Reczek, 6, was found safe and unharmed Monday morning in Lubbock, Texas nearly 10 hours after police said his mother and two others abducted him at gunpoint.
Police confirm that three individuals are in custody in Lubbock. The Amber Alert for Elijah is now over.
