Clackamas County Sheriff's Office, Molalla Police Department Molalla Police are asking the public's help in finding a missing 14-month-old girl who they consider to be endangered.
Custody of the girl, Mariah Nichols, had been awarded to the state of Oregon because she is considered to be in need of medical attention.
But before officials with the Department of Human Services could take physical custody of Mariah, she disappeared, apparently with her parents, according to Officer Aaron Christopherson of the Molalla Police.
He said authorities are operating on the assumption that the parents may have taken her into hiding rather than give her up to DHS.
He said her parents are Damien Lee Nichols, 37, and Dusty Ann Willman, 39. They were last seen in the Molalla area on Wednesday.
He said sores on the girl's face led to concerns about her welfare.
Christoperson said anyone who sees the girl or her parents is asked to call 9-1-1 or 503-655-8211.

I wonder if that is eczema on her face? I saw a larger photo of her and it kind of looks like when my grandson breaks out in eczema.

Apparently her parents aren't taking care of her very well if there are concerns about her health. Poor little soul looks so miserable in that picture. It's sounds crazy that parents would rather take their baby and run instead of getting her checked out by a physician.
