It seems wftv.com was the only one there today as they were tipped off to the State deposing Cindy Anthony - no George with her - but Brad Conway and
Jose Baez were there

this hearing seemed to slip under the radar only Kathy Belich was out there
at the courthouse - Cindy was deposed for almost four hours.....

Can you say "bombshell" Thanks for posting this. I hope they raked her over the coals and that Baez request a copy it will be made public due to the sunshine law. I am so glad to know things are moving along.

If By-ass was there, I doubt he'll request a copy of it. He doesn't want anything to be made public.

Thanks for sharing LINK. I am glad Kathy Belchi got the SCOOP. She is relentless, the ANT's haven't fooled Kathy with all their drama.

I wonder if the State Attorneys ask CA questions about D Casey? I wonder if she promised NOT TO LIE, but did anyway because lying seems so NORMAL to CA, just like it does to KC.

I also wonder if they confronted CA on the lies she has told on National TV. I wonder if they ask her WHY she gave the FBI the WRONG hairbrush & never bothered to call & make arrangements to get Caylee's hairbrush to them.

I understand why Conway was there, but I am surprised that BOZO was there. I wonder how many STUPID questions he tried to ask. In depositions, the attorneys CANNOT speak or ASK questions. Conway could speak to CA to tell her NOT to incriminate herself, but thats about it. LOL! I bet BOZO nearly POOPED!

I wonder if she smacked on that incessantly, driving everyone crazy! Sadly for CA, State Attorney's & LE have her number! IMO, they see CA as we see her, desperate to save KC & willing to lie or committ obstruction to prevent KC from taking any personal responsiblity for murdering Caylee, thus, denying Caylee JUSTICE from her grandmother, jmo.

I was on blinkoncrime and in the comments someone said Cindy might be back tomorrow - also there was some mention of Cindy's escort -a woman deputy dressed in civilian clothes -I wonder why Cindy was escorted in - if anyone finds out about this please post it!

Baez is probably the reason why she was there so long. And he probably recorded it like CA did before.
Why wasn't Bozo present for any of the other depos? Even if CA did make statements that incriminated his client... he wouldn't be able to do anything about it.
Maybe beforehand Bozo, CA and Brad worked out some sort of hand and face movements like cheating poker players!
The last depos just left me with more unanswered questions.
I hope Morgan demands the contact numbers that Cindy stated (under oath) she had for Zani.

I read on a blog tonight that Lee/CA/GA are scheduled to go back & answer questions for JM In September. I haven't seen ANYTHING stating when it would be, but, I knew they had to go back. I follow this case closely & I haven't read from any news sites that this is a fact.

Maybe JM has it on his website! LOL! I really like JM & hopefully the ANT's won't act as INSANE as they did in their last depos. It will be interesting to see if they have learned to behave themselves.

The scheduled date for the RE-DO depos w/J Morgan is Sept. 9th according to records w/Clerk of Courts. COOL!

230 more docs/pics have been released to the Defense. It is time for OUR doc dump on the last docs given to BOZO, they should include 800 pages, information on Jesse Grund & KC's car.

The Anthonys left the State Attorney's Office shortly before noon. They told WESH 2 cameras that they were hungry and heading to lunch, and that they may have a statement to give later in the day.

Well Cindy back again today - George expected to possibly testify later if time - but Baez looked mighty uncomfortable walking next to Cindy - actually keeping a little behind her. No love lost there! ha!

You made my day. I love hearing BOZO looked uncomfortable, perhaps CA is worried about a perjury or obstruction charge, & Conway warned her the "GAMES & LIES were over! As much as the ANT's love their daughter, they have run their mouths so much that they are in a position of having potential charges themselves. Just speculating!

There is another consideration here and that is that
the Ants now have their "foundation" to think of.
I wonder just how much they are willing to make themselves more hated by continuing to lie to protect Casey and have that come out in public. Both she and Georg are virtually unemployable due to their negative
images and they are trying to rehabilitate that by this foundation - and also give themselves a paycheck. Are they willing to sacrifice their future for Casey? Shes a lost cause even the Ants have to realize in the back of their minds that she will be convicted. I think there will be a change in their attitude especially if their foundation is receiving donations.

I think you make a very good point. The ANT's are walking a legal tightrope, there is no helping KC, she is a lost cause as you stated, her self destructive actions & behavior will be the "death of her."

It has to be apparent to the ANT's by now, that their behavior & lies are a detriment to the POSITIVE message they would like to get out with their FOUNDATION. CA stated in National Media interview "she couldn't understand why people HATE them." IMO, I don't think they are that clueless, surely Conway has explained this to them over & over & I am convinced CA reads the BLOGS,imo.

You are right, they are unemployable. IMO, once KC is convicted, their foundation will dry up and go away like I hope they do, imo.

Kathy Belich just reported that GA will do his deposition next week. ALso, the doc dump could be as many as 1500 pages.
