Anthonys To Mail Letters To Casey Despite Policy
Bar Clears Baez Of Ethics Claims

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The Orange County Jail said Tuesday that its re-emphasis on the ban for lawyers bringing personal letters into the jail has nothing to do with Casey Anthony's attorney.

Administrators have posted a sign strongly reminding lawyers visiting the facility that it is a felony to bring in contraband items, including personal letters.

Brad Conway, the attorney for George and Cindy Anthony, confirmed that Baez has a standing policy of controlling letters going between Casey Anthony and her family. Conway said his clients are cut off from their daughter.

Conway said the Anthonys are breaking that agreement and will begin mailing letters directly to their daughter. Conway said that defense team member Andrea Lyon agrees that the Anthonys should be able to have a video visit with Casey Anthony.

Officials deny that it was Baez or his actions that prompted the jail's re-emphasis of the rules.

Casey Anthony is in the Orange County Jail charged with murder in the disappearance of her daughter, Caylee. Caylee's remains were found last December in a wooded area off Suburban Drive near the Anthony family home.

Meanwhile, the Florida Bar said Tuesday that it has cleared Casey Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, of two ethics complaints filed against him earlier this year.

The bar said it can find no grounds to further pursue to complaints made against Baez by the Anthonys' former private investigator, Dominic Casey.

Casey at one time also worked for Baez.

In April, he complained to the bar that Baez had failed to pay for him for services rendered.

Casey also claimed Baez instructed him not to call 911 if he ever found Caylee Anthony's remains.

Baez denied both of those claims and this week a spokeswoman for the bar said they could not find any evidence to support Casey's claims.

So let me get this straight~!~ CA has taken CONTROL of the letters that SHE/GA/LEE send to KC.

Thus far, BOZO has taken letters back & forth, probably how KC was able to get word to D CASEY where Caylee was. It would seem to me that those letters that BOZO has brought in & out, HAVE NOT BEEN read by the prison.

It is my understanding that the PRISON reads all mail that comes in & out. Now that CA has taken control of her mail to KC, BOZO is probably pooping in his pants.

CA's letters should read: Your attorney is an absolute IDIOT! He may get you the death penalty or at a minimum LIFE/no parole, jmo.

JMO, this is too little, too late. KC got the word out & her letters were never monitored.

I bet YOU, dominic casey got letters sent by KC that were not monitored either.

Sure hope DC held onto them if this is true... cause he'll need them in his Civil Case against Baez.

Your right. IMO, D Casey has work product & records of when he worked for BOZO.

BOZO is a real scumbag! He wouldn't even pay his $500.00 per month childsupport for his ONLY child but bought himself a $600,000.00 home on one of the LAKES in FLA.

Your right, I hope D Casey held onto everything. It won't be easy getting money out BOZO!

Uhhh excuse me, but casey is not in prison, she is in a county jail. Things don't work quite the same in county as in state. County is far more relaxed. I can't explain way. Don't know. But have visited inmate in both county and stay facilities and there is a huge difference in the security.
