Bill Shaeffer was correct. Bozo and the dp lawyer were both on The Today Show and then tonight, Bozo was on JVM. Looks like he is doing the NYC circus.

As Shaeffer said, Bozo better be careful what he says about Kronk outside of court as he could be fodder for a civil suit for defamation. And, IMO..Bozo has already "gone there" by going on his media circus today.

Agreed!
I hope Kronk doesn't take this lying down!

p.s. I do want to say that I think Kronk is a bit strange and I have wondered why it took three times to call the police before Caylee's body was recovered. However, I in NO way, think he killed Caylee.

Anthony Motion Wants Kronk Treated As Suspect

Defense: Roy Kronk 'Ignored' As Suspect In Caylee's Death

POSTED: 6:05 am EST November 19, 2009
UPDATED: 7:58 pm EST November 20, 2009

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's attorney filed a new motion to treat Roy Kronk, the former meter reader who found Caylee Anthony's remains, as a suspect in her death.
The motion was filed late Thursday and came after Kronk spent the day giving a deposition behind closed doors to the defense. The motion asks the court to allow the defense to introduce "prior bad acts" by Kronk.
Claiming evidence that Kronk "is involved in an imaginary world of fantasy and violence," the motion concludes by stating that "Roy M. Kronk should have been a suspect in this case."

Kronk's ex-wife, Jill Kerley, provided damaging testimony to Casey's defense on Friday. Kerley gave her deposition on Friday, saying she believes that her ex-husband killed Caylee.
WESH 2's Bob Kealing watched portions of the video of Kerley's deposition.
"The more I think about it, the more my gut's telling me he had something to do with it," Kerley said.
Casey's defense team said it should be able to use the damaging testimony from Kronk's past.
Kerley, who said she spent four and a half turbulent months as Mrs. Roy Kronk, claimed he restrained her with duct tape twice -- a claim Kronk denies.
"I haven't done anything wrong, so I don't have a reason to be fearful or troubled by any of this," Kronk said after his deposition was completed.
Kronk's attorney, David Evans, issued a news release on Thursday.
"In their zeal to defend Casey Anthony, defense counsel has filed papers with the court that are filled with allegations that have no basis in fact and falsely accuse Mr. Kronk of various types of bad behavior," the news release indicated.

Casey Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the death of her daughter, Caylee. Kronk found Caylee's remains in December 2008 in woods near the Orange County home where the Anthonys live.
Casey's defense is asking the court to allow it to use what it has turned up in court.
The new motion included information collected from Kronk's two ex-wives, as well as others who know Kronk.
The motion asks the court to allow "evidence indicating":
"Mr. Kronk's possible history of inappropriate behavior with young girls."
"That Mr. Kronk has a history of abusing, restraining, and holding women against their will."
"That Mr. Kronk has, in the past, used duct tape for the purposes of restraining women against their will."

Casey Anthony's defense filed a motion to get the court to allow testimony that Roy Kronk, the man who found Caylee's remains, should be a suspect in her death.

Duct tape was found on Caylee's remains. The defense also claims Kronk told his son weeks before Caylee was found that he knew where her remains were located.
Before the motion was filed, an attorney for Kronk said there are some things in Kronk's past that he isn't proud of, but those things have nothing to do with his finding of Caylee's remains. The attorney said his client has always been honest about finding the missing toddler and how he made the discovery.
"He's become a witness and become a victim," said David Evans. "They just dumped a big pot of mud on his head and said, look at this guy. Having mud dumped on your head when all you did is find a young girl's remains is pretty hard for him to take."
"Jose Baez does not need to prove who killed Caylee Anthony," said Orlando criminal defense attorney Richard Hornsby.
Through the new, volatile motion about Kronk, Hornsby said that, for the first time, Casey's defense is making a credible attempt to point the finger elsewhere and raise reasonable doubt.
"This the first significant and credible shot the defense has taken at the state, and it has a high likelihood of success," Hornsby said.
A source close to the investigation said that the judge will not allow Casey's defense to bring in Kronk's past and effectively put him on trial. WESH 2's source called the new motion "jaw droppingly sleazy."

Anthony Family Questions Kronk's Story

Anthony family attorney Brad Conway said his clients know what it's like to be scrutinized by the public, and they don't want the man who found their granddaughter to be treated unfairly.
"Personal issues versus what happened in regard to the discovery of Caylee's remains are two different things, and they want to give him the chance to be full and complete about what happened," Conway said.

Defense attorneys Jose Baez and Andrea Lyon appeared to have their game faces on as the deposition began Thursday morning. Baez would only reveal that he expected the deposition would take all day.
The judge will still have to decide whether any of the allegations are admissible.
Baez Appears On 'Today' Show

Casey's attorneys were on nearly every national network on Friday to divulge their theory that Kronk should be a suspect.

Visit msnbc.com for Breaking News, World News, and News about the Economy

The team was grilled by a skeptical Matt Lauer on NBC's "Today" show on Friday, and an Orlando defense attorney said it's the best move that the defense has made to date.
"This is a situation where law enforcement never looked into this witness who is a critical witness in this case and never investigated this man's background," Baez said. "All we're frankly doing is bringing this to the attention of the court."
On the show, the team suggested that Kronk is just as much a suspect as Casey.
"What we think is that there's as much circumstantial evidence implicating Roy Kronk as there is implicating my client and that the state and the police should have investigated him as a suspect," Lyon said. "He's the only one who has been with the body. He's the only one who magically discovers it. He takes a day off before he discovers it again in December."
Baez said he's not saying that Kronk is the killer, but he said that his testimony was questionable and that his background should be investigated.

Kronk's Ex-Wife: I Thought He Probably Killed Caylee
Casey Anthony, 23, Charged In Death Of Daughter

POSTED: Friday, November 20, 2009
UPDATED: 12:52 pm EST November 20, 2009

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An ex-wife of the former Orange County meter reader who discovered the remains of Caylee Anthony told the CBS "Early Show" that she thought her ex-husband was responsible for or involved in the girl's death.

VIDEO: Ex-Wife | Motion | Roy Kronk

MORE IMAGES: Former Meter Reader Deposed

In a taped video interview that was aired Friday on the "Early Show," Jill Kerley was asked about her former husband, Roy Kronk, who found Caylee's remains in December in a wooded lot near the Anthony family home in east Orange County.

Kronk was deposed Thursday by the defense team of Casey Anthony, who is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.

"When you learned that Roy Kronk had found the remains of Caylee Anthony, what went through your mind?" a representative of Casey Anthony's defense team asked Kerley.

"That he had done it," she said.

"'Done it,' meaning?" the representative asked.

"He probably was the one that had murdered Caylee Anthony or had something to do with it," Kerley said.

Linda Kenney Baden, an attorney on Casey Anthony's defense team, said on the "Early Show" that Kerley's statements prove that authorities have not done their job in investigating Caylee's death.

"These people have no reason or motive to lie," said Kenney Baden, referring to Kerley, another ex-wife and a daughter of an ex-girlfriend of Kronk's.

"But it's an ex-wife, who may have an ax to grind," said Maggie Rodriguez of the CBS "Early Show."

"Listen, one ex-wife is dying of cancer. This is like a death-bed statement. It's incredible," Kenney Baden said. "The point about this is that no one investigated any of this."

Casey Anthony lead defense attorney Jose Baez filed a motion following Kronk's deposition "to introduce prior bad acts and other circumstantial evidence pertaining to Roy Kronk." The motion included DVDs of the interviews with Kronk's former family members.

The motion claims that Kronk has a history of abusing and restraining women with duct tape as well as holding them against their will. The motion also alleges that Kronk could have a history of inappropriate behavior with young girls.

"Sometimes he would, you know, walk in while I was putting clothes on," the daughter of Kronk's ex-girlfriend said.

She also claimed that Kronk would make comments about videotaping her having sex with animals. Kronk denies the allegations.

One of Kronk's ex-wives said Kronk kidnapped her and held her for two weeks against her will using duct tape to restrain her. Duct tape was also found on Caylee's remains, according to documents released in the case.

The defense also claimed Kronk knew the location of Caylee's remains and may have had possession of them in November 2008.

The defense said the prosecution only has circumstantial evidence against Casey Anthony in the first-degree murder case against her, and according to Florida law, for circumstantial evidence to prevail, all other options must be ruled out.

The motion asks the court "to allow Anthony to introduce at trial circumstantial evidence tending to indicate that a third party, and not Miss Anthony, is equally likely to be responsible for the death of the child Caylee Marie Anthony."

Kronk's attorney, David Evans, said his client has become a target of the Casey Anthony's defense team.

"Roy is the guy who has been selected, apparently, by the defense to be the guy to be dumped on, and they dumped on him big time today," Evans said.

Evan issued a news release Thursday evening stating his client is a witness, not a suspect.

"Shortly after adjourning the deposition, the Anthony defense team filed a motion, memorandum of law and accompanying materials suggesting that Roy Kronk, the individual who found Caylee Anthony's remains and repeatedly reported his find to law enforcement agencies, should be considered a suspect in the murder of Caylee Anthony," Evans said. "He voluntarily appeared today and truthfully responded to all questions asked by Anthony's attorney. He has cooperated fully with law enforcement from day one. He has nothing to hide, and has hidden nothing."

Evans said Kronk has always understood he may become a target of the defense.

"In their zeal to defend Casey Anthony, defense counsel has filed papers with the court that are filled with allegations that have no basis in fact and falsely accuse Mr. Kronk of various types of bad behavior," Evans said. "The state will respond to these papers in due course in the criminal proceedings. As for Mr. Kronk, he vehemently denies the allegations against him and is confident that he will be vindicated. In the meantime, as he stated early on in this case, no good deed goes unpunished."

Kronk first reported finding something suspicious in the woods near the Anthonys' home on Aug. 11, 2008, but after three phone calls, a deputy came out and said he found nothing. That deputy, Richard Cain, was later fired from the Sheriff's Office for lying to his superiors about his encounter with Kronk.

None of the new information will be heard by the jury in Casey Anthony's murder trial unless the judge rules for the defense on the latest motion and allows it into evidence.

The state has yet to respond to the new information, but Kronk is expected to be a key witness for the prosecution in the Casey Anthony case.

Casey Anthony, 23, has pleaded not guilty, originally claiming that a baby sitter had taken Caylee.

Hearings in Casey Anthony's check fraud and murder cases are scheduled for Dec. 11.

I do not for one second think that Krunk killed Caylee.
Even if they do call his character into question with the duct tape (someone should ask the ex if he ever used it on her head and face) I think this info would be considered inadmissible because he's not the person on trial.

Krunk is no different than any of the other people who went out searching for Caylee feeling with all certainty that she was dead. Krunk's motivation from the very beginning was the huge reward that Padilla was offering.
I could seriously care less whether it was his bladder, his bounty hunter background or the daisy chain that took him there. I think he used his past experience to speculate where the body might be and he went looking. Once he located it his continued persistence was always about the money.
Law Enforcement messed up the payoff because they kept blowing him off and the weeks and months went by.
I also don't think Krunk knew that the reward had been taken off the table. Does anyone remember the announcement that it wasn't being offered anymore?

If the allegations that the EX Mrs.Krunk made are falsehoods then he needs to SUE HER for defamation of character.
IMO he'd be wasting alot of time, money and energy going after Baez or Lyons. We are getting first hand knowledge from those 2 on how to tie up the Judicial process with PAPER!

According to the judge that is on the panel on JVM the motions are incorrect. The one motion to bring former bad acts or behavior in against a witness is asked for by the State - not the defense and also she said the rest of the motion was also going to be thrown out. Shaeffer said the same thing - they dont know how to file a motion. Shaeffer also called the defense despicable! Pretty strong words. What I dont understand is why all these things are being said by Kronks ex's (wives and girlfriends) and his son. He may have found Caylee, but I guess hes not a nice guy. But so what? Because he's not a nice guy doesnt mean he had anything to do with Caylees death.

They go on TV to "taint" the jury pool. Ive been on juries here in L.A. and most of the time, people truly try to put the things that they heard outside the trial
aside to make a decision based upon presented evidence. I think with the preponderance of evidence
against Casey they will forget about Kronk as this will not be allowed into the case and convict her. The evidence is overwhelming that she killed her child.
Since this case, we have seen many horrific cases of mothers either killing or be responsible for the deaths of their children. Casey Anthony unfortunately is not an anomaly. There are many more out there like her.

Proving no good deed goes unpunished - Anthony defense to focus on Kronk killing Caylee!

New post by artgal16 Yesterday at 10:18
Casey's Defense Wants Focus To Stay On Kronk
ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- New motions in the case against Casey Anthony show the defense is still trying to pin Caylee's murder on former meter reader Roy Kronk, who found her remains on December 11 in a wooded area near the Anthony family home.
The defense wants to depose one of his ex-wives, who claims Kronk bound her with duct tape more than once while they were married. Caylee's body was found with duct tape over her mouth.
Meanwhile, prosecutors in the case are once again requesting that Casey's lawyers disclose the witnesses they plan to call and begin questioning the investigators in the case.

Both sides are aiming for a trial in the summer of 2010. end

There are new motions wftv.com will post them soon

.......what the He** is this?

THIS is what i dont get. How do they explain kronk having caylee to begin with!?

New post by artgal16 Yesterday at 21:16
Good question! Maybe BJ can use Casey description of Zenaida (a 10!) with Kronks face. I forget KC's
description - taller than KC, med length hair - very pretty, even white teeth or something to that effect.
Even in drag, Kronk wouldnt make a 2!
It ridiculous and so is the defense. Two court dates
on Monday at 1:30 Eastern. Monday KC is expected
stand up in court and declare she is actually guilty
of something! This I gotta hear! She is expected to enter a plea deal on the fraud charges. There is also a court date at approximately the same time on Tuesday as well. Im wondering what face the defense has told her to make downcast eyes, contrite expression, or
angry stare and looking defiant. Justice first for Amy and then on to justice for Caylee!
