TruTV is saying that this is not really a Frye hearing on this motion. Don't know why it is being heard today. Bozo is just trying to say that this evidence is unreliable, not say that it is not generally accepted.

When they were talking about some of Caylee's bones missing, I couldn't believe that Casey just kept writing like they had said nothing important at all.

I would bet at trial, we will see her with her "tears".

Got to watch the tail end on In Session. Seems like the Defense tries to put words in the witnesses mouths. Almost trying to wear them down. KC should be in her jail attire. An ill-fitting sweater in a bright, happy color. Wrong! And, yes she does think she is a brain, as she turns pages on her book with no purpose or meaning. As she ferociously writes...I bet she is playing tic-tac-toe w/ herself. Surely a defense tactic so the public won't see all of her facial expressions and incessant grooming. "Let's keep her head down and her hands busy".

If I was on the jury I would be wondering during testimony..whatever is she writing?

That is the strangest thing to me.

Last evening I watched the proceedings on InSession which I had recorded. Is JP napping during all this testimony. ? His eyes appear closed and he is off to one side. But he immediately responds when needed.

Gosh this is going to be a long trial.

I did notice that last night when they discussed it the brown haired attorney on NG said it is the hair that connects Casey to the murder. Without it..she could get off because they have no other evidence tying Casey to a dead Caylee. Huh!!!

Anybody else hear that?

Casey getting off...that made me sit up. Does anybody think there is a possibility Casey could walk out of that courtroom a free woman?

I pray not, jeanne, but I never thought OJ would walk out either with all that DIRECT evidence that they had against him!! So, who knows?

I don't even want to think about her getting off, but if for some GOD offal reason she does, They better CASTRATE her Woman parts so she has NO chance of ever getting pregnant AGAIN!

I am listening to the second half here at work and they are comparing the scent of the decomp to the scent of a skunk, OMG, Here goes BOZO!!

This is not a hearing about how he got his PHD! OMG, BOZO is such a TARD!

Casey will never "get off" - she is responsible guardian of her daughter as her mother -there must be some explanation for Caylees death therefore, there is no getting off there is only lesser sentence possibly of manslaugher, second degree,
child abuse ending in death, etc Baez's questioning of Dr Vass is absolutely ridiculous he is accusing him basically of making a "pretty penny" if the machine he has invented gets sold to law enforcement across the country. Hes trying to make it seem that Dr Vass, a respected professional would lie to sell his machine! Dr Vass just said he was "frazzled" by the questioning and JP said take a 15 minute break!

As there is a break, I wanted to clarfiy about a lesser sentence. You cant just have a child of three in your care one minute and the next the child ends up dead and you "walk free". Can you imagine the consequences of that? The judge will instruct the jury as to all possible conviction choices. Id like to know if anyone knows the charges in total against Casey, such as murder in the first degree, or child abuse ending in death, etc. Anyone know? Wouldnt it be foolish of the State to only charge her with first degree capital murder? Then I guess if they couldnt prove that I suppose she could get off. After all, the State is aware most of the case is
circumstantial. Of course, so was Scott Petersons and he was convicted and there
was no cause of death given for Laceys death.

Dang, finally I have someone to talk to Art and I have to go run and errand on my lunch break.. GRRR! BBL!!

There is a five minute break - JP very patiently having to explain again the meaning of the Frye hearing.
Apparently Baez signed a stipulation regarding some evidence and now wants to question Dr Vass about it.
Ashton strenulously objects. They leave for the 5 minute break and a heavy set attorney sits down next to Casey. He looks like the Ants attorney, but is he allowed to speak to her? Im not sure who he is.
Once again Casey came in without acknowledging her mother. Amazing. Cindy apparently is providing her clothes and again very inappropriate hot pink tight sweater low cut. What is Cindy thinking? Dont they give her advise. She should be a white or grey blouse
buttoned to the neck. Oh, well I hope that Cindy doesnt read her, I wouldnt want to give her any tips!

I'm back but can't listen yet.. (Clients in the conference room ) I might just try and keep the volume down to min! :study:

Poor Dr. Vass, he looks like he is DONE with Bozo!

Dr Vass has really had it with him. Hes bascially called him a liar basing it upon Dr Vass's patent on the device used to measure air samples at that its in Dr Vass's interest to say that the device detected cholorform! They are going to get no where with a jury with this type of questioning.

Man, Baez is REALLY over his head with these compounds.

Yet another day in court where he shows us what a complete moron he is.

being the basis for the decomp rather than the liner of the truck - as Dr Vass says its goes from stronger to weaker not the other way around - only very small trace on the bad but heavier on the trunk liner.

If its this contentious during a hearing what will the trial be like!

JP is really aggravated...Bozo asked if JA was serious when he made an objection...That riled JP, I believe. He told them to take a 5 minute break...I think HE wanted a minute to get his temper in check...

I can see this is going to make for a long and aggrivating trial.

I was just reading during the short break that CM has filed a motion to rehear the suppression of statements to LE because JP based his order on factual errors and showed "a clear bias" in his ruling. No wonder he is not in court today! LOL.

If Bozo was going to use that article, why didn't he have copies for JP and State? What a moron! JP said that he is stopping at 5:30 today and they can finish next Friday and Sat. if they don't finish today...He is really "put out" with this drug out mess of Bozo's.

Lisette please provide link for that about CM new motion! Are these people determined to piss off everyone in this case! They are actually accusing in writing that Judge Perry is biased? Or am I reading this wrong?

I don't think that the defense wants to get on JP's bad side...(They probably already are, though)

Bozo is such a scumbag...He is obviously reneging on some agreement (stipulation) he made about what he was going to address in this motion...JA is objecting, but JP overruled.

Dr Voss is unable to dumb it down far enough for Baez to understand. WTF Baez is bringing up the stupidest things. Voss's exasperation is showing and Baez thinks he himself is the smartest guy in the room.

Everyone in that court room look so tired of BOZO, all the while miss Nasty Pants, writes away like she is SO important, looking up every so often, as if she is interested in what Bozo is saying!!

If Dr. Vass is a drinker, I can bet he is going straight to the local pub after this day of HELL!
