I have no doubt that if Dr. G had allowed Dr. Spitz to be present at her autopsy that his testimony would have been different...I think that he has resentment that he, with his ego-driven jealousy, allowed to color his testimony. After all, he has done this for 56 YEARS! How dare that young upstart deny his presence at the autopsy! Sarcasm

Art, the first witness this A.M. was Bill Rodriquez, a forensic anthropologist. Bozo started eliciting testimony about the duct tape from him that was not in his report...JA objected because JP ordered, when Bozo's reports were turned in late, that the experts could only testify to what was in the reports. The jury was sent out. JP agreed with JA and stated that he thought Bozo was deliberately violating his court order. He could have totally excluded this witness, but didn't feel that KC should suffer because of this action. His solution was to stop questioning Rodriquez for today, allow the state to depose him this afternoon, and allow him to return Monday. JP is strongly considering a contempt charge against Bozo at the end of the trial. When the jury returned, they were just told that Rodriquez would be returning Mon. and that they were going to go on to another out-of-town witness.

I was reading that Dr. Spitz "had a fit" when he was being cross-examined in the Phil Spector trial, starting yelling at the DA. I wonder if JA is going to get under his skin like that...
