Jeanne, I had heard that race played an issue in allowing that juror to stay, but was not 100% sure of how I had heard that. Big, in fact could be a huge blunder on JA's part to not use mistrial as a reason for strike.

I bet the jury is "fit to be tied" for another delay! I wish there was some way for them to know that it is because of Bozo's shenanigans, not the State's. I hope that they can give JP an instruction to read that will help the jury to know that these delays are not the State's fault.

Jean on CNN... Judge Perry is not going to allow this witness to testify anymore today. He has ordered Baez to depose this witness this afternoon and the prosecution can be there and take their own depo. The Judge said he doesn't want to punish Casey Anthony. Judge might instruct the jury that wasn't forthcoming with this opinion originally. This isn't good for the defense.

Oh my, that was intense! JP is really nailing Baez!

This duct tape testimony is not good, BUT, JA can likely redeem the State's position...by bringing the questions in that are specific to Caylee's remains rather than his cases...such as the hair, etc.

I would think that based on the jury coming back and the defense witness being gone, they will have a good clue!

Personally I would not waste my lead on liars. The jury knows..they have to know.

Oh and by the way what did the ex wife say about George Anthony? Well she said "he was angry and a liar". So there you go.

Honestly I think Casey will have good reason to say her counsel was ineffective. Baez has given her the keys to unlock the door on a new trial on appeal.

The defense is showing us students of states witnesses and ex employees of defense witnesses.

Lots of ex's are unhappy campers and have an ax to grind.
