If the court so rules Tim Millers group will give the defense the paperwork of the 32 volunteers that searched that area. But request not all volunteers names not be released.

lindamarie,

I pray that with M NeJames releasing the DVD's (visuals) of the land where Caylee was found showing the water that maybe BOZO will get off that rant.

I had a hard time interpreting the pictures but as LONG as M NEJAMES & Tim know whats up, I am more than pleased.

BOZO wants to claim Caylee wasn't there for the 6 months. It sounds as though the defense is so desperate to try to create any doubt, I hope the visuals NeJames released shut BOZO down.

Liindamarie,

Wonder what BOZO wants those names for? To try to blame a volunteer for putting Caylee's body there?

The thing I worry about the volunteer list is that I guess there could be a convicted felon out there looking for Caylee. From the looks of the searches, people just show up, get instruction, sign in, & help search.

The responses to this motion are carefully worded (and yes it amuses me)
page 2 item 4) Deficient Application
(definition: defective, inadequate, un-necessary, unsubstantiated)
In other words there really is no good reason for the Defense to request this information, it's totally irrelevant.
Casey's attorneys do more harm than good by making this information public (if its granted)

Volunteer searchers aren't automatically granted anonymity. The assumption is that if the privacy of these volunteers is publicly invaded, people will be less inclined to come forward when Help is Needed. Thousands of people came to help look for Caylee and less then 35 were anywhere near where her body was found. Texas Equusearch is willing to submit the personal information on these individuals only.

Either way, Texas Equusearch is requesting that the Defense pay in advance for the cost this request will incur. Stipulating they must pay in advance and divulge where the money came from.

Good take on that nitespin. I was going to add that myself and spaced it off. Yeah make the defense pay for the legal expenses as Equusearch is a non profit group that should not have to be involved in the defense of KC.
