BJ, Most excellent! This is the video Lindamarie & I have been looking for. Bill Sheaffer is describing Hoover's video of DC looking for Caylee, cutting into the bags, & on the phone w/someone!

Shaeffer said it was the KILLER or someone CLOSE TO THE KILLER! HMMMMMMM!

All of the Legal Analysis that Bill Shaeffer has done has been excellent, imo, & I appreciate all the links posted.

JVM had Bill Shaeffer on her show awhile back & he was very good, I don't know why she doesn't have him more, he made a great presentation, calm, intelligent.

Will someone please explain to me how you can just "lose" your child who turns up dead later in clothing and bags associated with your home and they say its strictly a circumstantial case? Even the fighting over the forensic evidence aside, can you just have your child turn up dead and have not one scintilla of proof that someone else is involved and it be such a hard case to prove the mother guilty? What in the heck is going on? This should be a slam dunk for the prosecution. I dont understand why its not.

I completely agree, Artgal16..and her little Winnie the Pooh blanket that went with the matching set was also found at the crimescene. I think this is much more than a circumstantial case. I doubt the State would have brought the DP back if they didn't have some cold, hard facts - one being "rare" duct tape.

jmo, the State has a solid case. We do not know all the evidence they have & the releasing of the tape information is excellent, they have had that since March. IMO, there is nothing to worry about as far as a CONVICTION for the STATE, the problem is BOZO's lack of experience has wasted time.

IMO, it is possible that the closer to trial we get, A Lyons may suggest they try for a plea for KC for life in prison, but, BOZO will probably not go along with it. A Lyons is to defend KC for the DP, LIFE in Prison is a win for AL, if, imo, if she feels that KC may get the death penalty, she may consider a plea. She is lead attorney & imo, LKB, Kathy R., & others will suppport A L's decision.

The defense is struggling to come up with someone to blame this on. They can point fingers, but, imo, those people will have alibis. Wonder how hard the ANTS & BOZO are looking for the REAL KILLER?? Their NOT! They know who the real killer is, jmo.

The funny thing is, BOZO's legal incompetence is exactly what has gotten all of Padilla's audios released to the public & KC is even worse than I ever imagined.

I have never heard how large this Pooh blanket was that was found with Calylee and I'm still wondering if it was the comforter off of Caylee's bed and if Cindy noticed it was missing, from day one, and never mentioned it to LE. If the blanket was gone from Caylee's room the day that Casey and Caylee left the home for the last time, there should be NO doubt in Cindy's mind who was responsible for Caylee's death.

That's a very good question, BJ. I believe it was NOT the comforter as I think that the comforter was seen in interviews with Cindy when she showed Caylees' room. I think it was the smaller blanket - like a receiving blanket - that was found at the scene.

When Caylee was found, & LE talked to CA, she told them Caylee's blanket was missing. She also told them she just NEVER mentioned it before because she didn't think it was important. It wasn't a comforter, it was a blanket, I am assuming the size that would come with a baby pillow, a comforter, & a dust ruffle in a "bedding kit" to fit a baby bed. All of the pieces were Winne the Pooh.

I have read several times that the blanket found with Caylee matched the one in her bedroom & was exact.
