Bill Sheaffer stated about Jesse Grund:

He will be used for the Prosecution for:
1. His truthfullness that KC is a liar. (this can be validated by 6 or 7 other State witnesses.)
2. KC's lack of concern for Caylee, claiming she was at the beach with the nanny. ( can be validated by 6 or 7 witnesses.)

Sheaffer stated the DEFENSE would be crazy to attack JG because his testimony is going to validated by many other State Witnesses. He also said that much of the info in the DOC DUMPS won't be used in trial because

Sheaffer also said it will be difficult for the defense to blame someone else because:
1. they would have to have motive.
2. they could have an alibi
3. they would have no association w/the items found w/Caylee that were taken from the ANT house.

Sheaffer said the STATE could OVERCOME the fingerpointing.

BOTTOMLINE: due to KC running her mouth incessantly, the defense will have to OVERCOME the NANNY story & that is going to be nearly impossible to do. KARMA!
