Isnt this the same night they rented movies? so if this man is being honest, and its also that night they rented movies...that means whatever she did to caylee would have been done within that hour period of time.

Interesting. I still wonder why did it take a year to come forward with this information? If he would have come forward right away the surveillance tapes would have showed KC and Caylee in Wal-Mart. In the end it won't matter what the prosecutors believe but what the jury believes.

I just find it terribly sad. If this guy is being honest, we have a time of death. Whatever Casey was so upset at Caylee about at walmart, is probably the trigger like i said in the other thread. She would have died only an hour or two later, for Casey to be renting movies with Tony, alone...

Caylee could have been alive in KC trunk still while those movies were being rented. Does anyone know Tonys interview with LE state what vehicle Tony and KC took to Blockbuster video that night? Tonys jeep or KC car. I am so curious.

oh god...a fit of rage is one thing..but to throw caylee in the trunk to go rent some stupid movies? that poor little girl was probably so confused as to why it was happening to her..first her mom might have been ignoring her and leaving her behind..then to throw her in a trunk to go upstairs to be alone with her boyfriend..

I hope Caylee was sedated and just never woke up. It is way to awful to think of it any other way.

I dont believe one word of what he says - it was not believable to me from the beginning. It never sounded credible. Why people insert themselves like this but they do - (remember all the psychics and people who swore they saw Caylee when she was already dead?)

I believe him. Does this hurt the prosecution? No. It gives us a time-line. If this is the case she died btwn. 4 and 5ish PM. She was at Blockbuster at about 8 PM w/ TL. I have felt that she tried to get a baby-sitter for her date w/ TL-that was prob. the flurry of calls. Does anyone rem. the time of the flurry of calls? When she failed to find one she put tape on Caylee to silence her cries, knowing d*#n well that she would die. She put her in the trunk probally still alive. I don't think she would want to be bothered seeing her daughter struggling for air. She then went on w/ her life.
This as many of you know is so haunting to me, I never wanted to believe it was true, but I have to say I do. This is what I feared most happened to her as the case unraveled. And, to me a death like this would be the most terrifying as it is not quick. It is laden with suffering...not being able to catch one's breath or get air in. Pure panic. And to know that your mother did this to you.
I see Caylee's little pic on the home-page and it reminds me of a pre-school pic. Words cannot describe the grief I feel for that precious baby.
I will be out w/ my own kids and think to myself "wouldn't Caylee love to be here doing something like this now".
I have learned a personal lesson, I can never get attached to a case like this again. I think it stems from having watched NG almost every night...the pics, the last video...it made it so real...I felt as though I knew her. And, having a daughter a year older that shares similar looks.
If I ever told my friends how much time I've spent on this case, reading and crying they would think I was nuts. It is nice to be able to vent my feelings here with you all. It is the "all in the same boat phenomena".

Do we know what Casey's activities were on Wednesday June 18th? what day did she go home for the shovel?

Cheryz, I loved your above post!! I have this sick feeling in my gut right now. I too have always thought, but hoped it wasn't true that she used her trunk as a baby sitter! So sad and horrifying to think a mother would ever put their child with duct tape around their mouth in a trunk in hot Florida weather! Poor Caylee... may you rest in peace, sweet Angel Baby!!

No way. KC cell phone pings where within a 3 mile radius of her house until 4:20 pm.

Maybe he is mistaken about the date of June 16th?
If people think hes credible, and Im not sure about that, but its possible that he is telling the truth but

As of now we have 2 eye witnesses-GA and this guy seeing Caylee alive on the 16th. Can we believe them--who's to know for sure--but, it is 2 not 1. So if he did see her at 4ish--how far is the WM from the A's house? Up above it says less than 4 miles. I never looked at at map about this. Would it still ping from the same tower? So, if we believe them it happened btwn 4ish and 8 PM. Again, if credible witnesses did she have time to take her mome after WM--didn't CA get home from work at 5 or 6ish?

The Article referenced above says that there are cell phone tower pings around 5:00 around Tony's apartment less then 4 miles away from that Walmart. If in fact this guy is telling the truth and he did see a live Caylee around 4:00 on the 16th, then she would have NO time to go home to get duct tape before going to Tony's house. So my thinking is that she already had the duct tape in the trunk and after leaving Wal*mart the flurry of calls happens (where are the cell phones pings coming from during this time?) She couldn't find a baby sitter, so she then put precious angel baby in the trunk to keep her date with Tony!! IDK..

The guy says about 4PM. Could it have been more like 4:30? I know I usually estimate times and to me 4:30 is around 4. If she's still pinging at the A's house till 4:20 did she then drive to WM for a quick stop and then get to TL's at 5? So many questions. Mommyof3...she very likely could have had the tape in the car...she seemed to have an awful lot in that car. The flurry of calls could have been looking for a sitter, or begging for help for fear that she was about to lose it. If there is truth to both of these witnesses, then LE must be close to a time-line.

Yes, that is plausible..Although the traffic at that time of day would be bad.

Oh no! I think this was totally premeditated. Why else the twisted comp. searches, the telling her friends the house would be hers soon, the search on the comp. for ZG. She stayed w/ friends and Caylee since 6/9--she was seeing how hard it is to be a full-time mom. The fight the night b4 w/ CA, her new friends-esp. w/ TL not caring for little girls hanging at his house, CA threatening legal custody of Caylee--all of that compounded and she blew up. She didn't want Caylee anymore--she saw w/out her parents help babysitting, etc...it just was not the life she wanted anymore. So she just did it.

If we believe that the duct tape is the murder weapon, then yes that is a fast death--about 4 min. Not fast enough for the victim.

I personally think all the searches on the computer back in March 08 was because Casey was planning to off Cindy. Thus..saying the house would be hers. She figured after Cindy's demise..George would give her the house due to Caylee and move out. When she realized she could not get away with killing her mother..she offed Caylee.

Wrap, but "missing children" was one of the searches.

i think that if tony is like normal people he could consider 5:30 still a kind of 5 pm, meaning that she very well could have been at her parents until 4:20ish, drove to walmart, and then this guy saw them leaving about 5ish..and then she went to tony's...im just saying that we've always been missing a piece of information in this case as far as figuring out what day it really was...and this guy, IF its real, gives us a solid timeline

I think casey had the tape in the trunk from whatever..who knows what it was for at the time..but it was an easy 'cover up' at the time when she wanted to silence her daughter who may very well have been crying about not wanting to be left alone in the car while mommy went upstairs to have her date.

Remember, people say caylee had a huge attachment issue with casey, and would often cling and cling to her until casey could hardly take it. I bet being thrown in the trunk was scary to that little girl, and it was THEN that she decided to tape her mouth shut.

i dont think she meant to kill her. i just dont think she cared if it DID kill her..i think all she was thinking about at the time was "well, this will work"

one of the big things with people as mentally ill as casey is that they are VERY impulsive. You want an impulsive murderer? give someone with the lack of empathy an hour to take care of things.

my mother could also be right though, and caylee was actually still alive in the trunk at the time they left to go get movies that night. wasnt alive for long, but still.

any of the above scenarios make me ill to think about. esp in the florida heat, in a dark trunk. Nothing is bad enough for KC, nothing . If she gets the DP she should be murdered the exact same way...

Remember our Facebook chat on this.. what they should do to her is duct tape her mouth shut and leave her in the VERY same trunk Caylee died in and let her suffer in the Hot Florida Heat! Then Peanut had an even better idea... we should all take turns sitting on the trunk lid so there is no way she can escape... ((evil laugh inserted here)) :lol:

Artgal...that is just what I am leaning on...of course it is my opinion...and subjuect to change as we get more info. But, as it stands now, going by what we have--evidence, eye witnesses, KC's psychological profile...everything, yes this is what I think. And, I truly believe she is a psychopath. Narcistic, uncaring, impulsive. Pure evil. Not a good combo.
I would be curious on what you think may have happened based on what we know. But, if you would rather not say I totally understand and respect that. I like to hear others thoughts. You just don't seem to think that she would be capable of this. I just totally do. I see a pure evil person in KC.

I believe she is capable of it, because Caylee is dead
and no one else could have killed her. She is a habitual liar, a sociopath and also has narcissistic personality disorder as well. I think her method could have been impulsive but also cold and calculated murder as well. At first I thought it was possible it was an accident, but Casey is not the type of person
who ever does anything without a reason and without it benefiting her. This is something Cindy taught both Lee and Casey which is something that is the opposite of what I was taught, which was try to help people and be selfless and not think about yourself all the time. Therefore an accident would have benefited Casey in the long run, because she would figure she could wheedle out of being blamed and also
get her wishes - i.e, to be rid of Caylee. Therefore it had to be murder. If she wanted to murder Caylee
she did it IMO, methodically planning it out. She had it in her mind to do it, but possibly the fight on June 15th was the catalyist to finally bring it into fruition.
I didnt particularly buy Thompsons story because for one, he didnt speak for almost a year and for another, part of it could be true, but the date might be wrong.
Still for some reason, that story smells wrong to me.I
believe that Casey returned to her home after George saw them leave. I think that solves the mystery of where Casey was all the time she said she was working. She was probably doubling back and going home to use the computer and talk on her phone or text. If either George or Cindy had come home unexpectedly as she said she had a pretty flexible job as far as hours, she could have easily concocted a story as to why she was home early. Therefore whatever happened to Caylee happened that afternoon
at her house. I dont really have anything else beyond that except for I think that she wrapped the child in garbage bags and put her in the trunk using the duct tape to make it look like a kidnapping and the bag either broke or just started to leak through making the impression. Because of the smell, she decided to go back home maybe a couple of days later and possibly used the shovel to move the body (hence the dogs picking up a scent from the yard where the shovel might have been brought back to be cleaned) and with the shovel placed her in the double
laundry bag and back into the trunk and then buried
shallowly where they found Cayees remains.
The time between she put Caylee initially into the trunk and the time she came back and used the shovel and buried her,she could have been driving around looking for a place to dump the body and that would explain the cel phone pings near the airport and other further out locations.

I want to belive the man who claims to have seen casey and Caylee, is one of those people who didn't feel seeing them at that time would be of any value. Now he realizes he should have reported this.
At least I hope this is why he has shared this event (?)

So hard to read all of the above posts. I think I am near the breaking point on this.

Artgal, thanks for your response. I think most everyone is sure that KC is responsible for sweet Caylee's death. And, I know that we all want justice for that sweet baby. RIP precious Caylee.

A week before Caylee disappeared, Maitland computer store owner Jim Thompson said Casey Anthony came in looking to buy a monitor.
