Haleigh Cummings – Blogger News Needs Your Help/ Blogger News May 23 Broadcast of the tapes

We need someone in the St Augustine area of Florida to help us on Friday morning, there are a number of DVD’s being released concerning the Haleigh Cummings case. If you live in the St Augustine area, have high speed Internet, and the ability to pick up some discs at 9am Friday, please give Jan a shout Jannyo@gmail.com. You will also need $30 of hard cash on you, that we will reimburse you out of our own pockets, Jan and I make absolutely $zero from Blogger News. You will also have our gratitude, and of course a mention on Sundays program.

It is my guess that these 6 discs are recordings made at the time of the river search. They could be most revealing.

Our regular courier is not available, I am sure that CNN will have their folks out there at 9am, and there will be some ’sound bites’ tomorrow night. We prefer to publish the ‘whole meal deal’. We don’t go with ’sound bites’, we like to give everyone the whole story.

We have encountered a bit of a technical online issue, however we do have a solution. Hopefully tomorrow we will have the DVD’s at a location with super fast upload capacity, we will still need to render them, but data is coming your way as fast as we can process it.

I have not had an opportunity to watch it, but apparently on DVD 3 the whole Croslin family starts to unravel. On DVD 1 Hank Croslin Snr warns daughter Misty that she might be in for a rough ride. Brother Tommy has taken a polly and passed it. The statement is clear, if Misty has anything to bring to the table, now is the time. DVD 3 seems to tell a different story. I have not watched it yet, but apparently Hank Croslin does a 180, the story now is that Tommy Croslin FAILED the polly.

This once again puts everything back on the table.

You will not want to miss tomorrows broadcast, we hopefully will have some information that no-one else has.

We are still firming up the panel, but it looks like it will be Simon and Jan Barrett, crime writer and author Denny Griffin, investigator Peter Hyatt, and the director of news and programming for WSKY 97.3 TJ Hart.

We certainly have lots to discuss. I have a theory about these new tapes, I can’t wait to hear what the panel thinks.

Tune in tomorrow (May 23) at 3pm central. The search for Haleigh Cummings has become a war of attrition. I am not much of a gambler, but I would put my money on Law Enforcement. The Cummings and Croslin clan seem to unravelling at the speed of light. The Sheffield folks seem to be more capable of keeping their play book secret, but there have been some stories floating around that give me pause for thought.

Haleigh Cummings update – Misty Croslin & Hank Croslin Tape 1

Yesterdays data dump from St Johns is a treasure trove, it will take days to wade through all of the information. I found the phone conversations from Tommy Croslin http://www.bloggernews.net/124590 riveting listening.

We have just started on he video discs, and with 5 DVD’s that is a bit of a daunting task. We have rendered part of the first DVD which is a conversation between Misty Croslin and her father Hank Croslin. Using some things that are said by Hank I can date this tape as being made right before the St Johns river search. I base that conclusion on a snippet of conversation. To paraphrase the exchange:

I heard some stuff and its not good for you, your brother took a lie detector and passed

This tape is a glowing example of the family dynamics at work in this bizarre family. In the later part of the recording Hank lectures Misty about the evils of taking drugs!

He also points out that Tommy is pretty angry with Misty. Someone is telling lies, and the inference is that Tommy is pointing the finger at Misty. What is interesting is that Misty does not seem to offer any comeback.

I’ll also venture an observation, the PCSO’s red censors pen is not as evident as it has been in previous data dumps. The search for Haleigh Cummings is not covered by the Florida Sunshine laws, and yet much of this conversation concerns Haleigh.

If I was suspicious by nature I might suspect that this was an intentional move. Give the press some raw meat and let them go nuts. Another way to place pressure on the Croslin family. Of course that is just my opinion.

I've been listening to the two above tapes of Misty and her dad and it doesn't seem like a father/daughter conversation. They seem more like friends.

And, I find it sad that neither Hank or Lisa can read or write. How did they expect their kids to turn out with nothing to offer them? They keep saying they love each other and that they want to all be together but when Misty and Tommy were out on the streets, they were all beating each other up, putting dead/beheaded rats in their mailbox, getting restraining orders against each other and on and on and on. Now, Misty is reading not one, but two bibles.

I will say that I do feel sorry for Hank, Sr. He was in a bad car accident and has no insurance and the people that hit him had no auto insurance. I don't think he is a bad person. Now, the mother...she is something else. Completely in denial.

These two tapes are very telling about the family dynamics and what Misty now thinks of Ron. She feels used by the entire family and said she believes both Amber and Crystal. Hank told Misty he heard Crystal was in rehab. Interesting.

Why is Tommy and Lindsay mad @ Misty? I thought Gma Flores said Tommy called her first and told her what had happened with him & Joe. Then Misty called her later????????

Now Tommy wants to know why Misty pulled him into the story she told. I think Misty is finally over her devotion to Ron, and I also do not think she knows anything regarding what happened to Haley. So, maybe she wasn't at home the entire night. If she wasn't, she should just tell LE that she wasn't there. It doesn't matter if Ronald gets mad at her, he has already turned on her anyway. If they could walk out of the jail today, they would never be a couple again. JMO
