FBI Docs Turned Over; Casey Hearing Monday, Sept 26, 2010

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Court records show that the state attorney’s office has turned over almost 50 pages of documents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the Casey Anthony Case.

It’s unknown what is in the documents. They are now in the hands of Anthony’s defense team.

There are now well over 12,000 pages of discovery in the case.

A status hearing will be held in the case on Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Orange County Courthouse.

Anthony is not expected to be present at the hearing.

Baez still hasn't deposed the entymologist...He is making excuses...Ashton objects to allowing defense extended time, says that his failure to do so is interfering with his preparation...

Bozo is saying that his entymologist could not finish the job when he was here because he was unable to examine the same thing that the state's entym. examined...Judge Perry is asking Bozo which expert witnesses he did not have scheduled for depo...

JP just gave Bozo an extension to Nov. 19 for deposing expert witnesses

Jose Baez spoke first in front of Judge Belvin Perry Jr. about rescheduling expert witnesses in the case. Judge Perry allowed Baez to reschedule seven expert witnesses.
"The folks that you listed will be extended until 19 of November," said Perry.

There is a discussion about deposing distant witnesses through something called WebX.
Bozo does not seem very clear on who he needs to depose as of yet...LDB is proficient in calling the names of exactly who was not deposed and who needs to be...
JP seems to be getting very frustrated with Bozo...

Mason is complaining that they shouldn't have to arrange their deposition of Amy Huizenga when the cruise ship that she is working on docks in Miami on Sat. mornings...Tony Lazarro is now in New York, Richard Cain is in Pennsylvania, Anthony Rusciano is now in Massachusetts...witnesses are scattered everywhere now.

Linda Drane-Burdick makes Bozo look like a BOZO!

Bozo filed a new motion this morning that JP hasn't even seen yet...Jeff Ashton is letting him look at his copy that Bozo gave to him...I think it is something about the DNA testing...

The motion is about sending the laundry bag and shorts that Caylee was wearing and found with the remains outside of the country to be tested for touch DNA..hen the issue of DNA evidence came up,

Judge Perry made it clear that testing needed to stay in the U.S.
"I will not be authorizing evidence to be shipped outside of the United States," Judge Perry said.
"We can have it tested in the United States; we just want our experts to be the ones that test it," Baez stated.

I don't see any representatives of the A's in the court...There is a slim brunette woman that I don't recognize...Does anybody know who she is?

Bozo wants KC to be able to attend the depositions of some witnesses in the corrections system so that she could tell him who they are (because she can't remember them by name and needs to see them ) JP reminded him that that was "against the rules", but Bozo said that he knew he would have to file a motion about it...JP just moved on...I don't think he was inclined to grant such a motion (He just kinda smiled.)

Tru TV pundits were discussing how shocking it is that the duhfense has not deposed such critical witnesses as Amy Huizenga and Tony Lazarro (and others) at this stage...The way that Bozo performed in court today, I would not be surprised if KC is granted an appeal because of incompetent counsel...I just hope that will not happen, but he sure seems to be a bumbling fool...

lisette what would we do with out you? Baez if you want to dispose a witness who only docks on Saturday then you better plan on working some Saturday to get it done. Geez. This is his job. When will he get serious about this?

So Amy works now on a cruise ship and she is available on Saturdays when the ship docks. But Cheney doesnt want to work on a Saturday! Wow, he thinks so much of his client! Also I understand Tony Lazzaro has left town but not clear if he left the state - does anyone know?
CBS news reports Judge Perry says no way to sending
Caylees shorts out of the country - testing must be done in U.S - but why only the shorts? Are they going for a molestation charge if other dna found on the shorts?
How can they test the shorts after all that time underwater and with all the activity that went on there? What happens if they test and no other DNA is found but Caseys and Caylees do they have to report their findings? Questions nothing but questions!

I had no idea they were all so scattered! I hope someone lets Casey know that Amy works on a cruise ship!
