I agree with you. It would be great if Mr. Young actually pursued a civil suit. Billie Jean would have to testify about all of the statements and the analysis in court. It won't happen, of course. Mr. Young is looking pretty foolish in this case, but he has strong credentials. No way in hell he's going to file a suit that would require Billie to get on the stand and testify about her statements in this ongoing criminal investigation. I'm giving Mr. Young credit for having at least as much legal acumen as Terri Horman and her lawyer. I hope Mr. Young proves me wrong about that. I would love to see this civil suit filed (and, I agree, it could actually attract an investigative reporter with some teeth). JMO...

I'm seriously doubting that an arrest will be made regarding the child porn or anything at this point. I'd love to know if TR's or the FBI are still in the loop, I'm doubting it because I find it hard to believe this case seems to be stagnating if they are involved. JMOO.

I think it feels like a long time in this case because Billie talked (and revealed, imo) so much more than most POIs in the first 3 months. We knew a lot about Hailey's home life, inconsistencies and flat out lies by Shawn and Billie, illegal drugs... As a result,Imo, it was much easier to quickly form an opinion about who was likely responsible in this case than usual. Based on experience following missing person's cases, 4.5 months without a related arrest of a suspect or POI is not a long time. But, I agree, it feels like forever. I think LE has a lot of circumstantial evidence against Shawn and/or Billie, and they are watching and hoping for a body or new evidence to make the case air tight.

Regarding the child porn, I don't know what to think. At this point, we know there was A LOT of deviant porn. I'm starting to think that what appeared to be some images of child porn may be "barely legal" porn. Bestiality, believe it or not, is not typically illegal unless a specific cruelty or harm to the animal can be proven (based on earlier research on Texas bestiality porn laws).

P.s. Regarding the bestiality, I tend to disagree with Peter Hyatt's opinion that the bestiality porn involved "stomping" small animals to death. I know that sickening fetish exists, but I think LE would have loved to release that gem to the public, if it were true.

Surely Clint must have misheard. Mr. Young assures us that he and his client are avoiding contact with Shawn Adkins to avoid the appearance of impropriety. So, there's no way Billie could be hanging out with Shawn.

My fingers are crossed regarding the child porn.

SA is a freak--if child porn were to be accessible to him, I believe he would look and keep a "token" in a file. It would be too tempting for him to not "go there."

With all the images available to him (and these are the ones he kept), in all of the surfing, dealing with degenerate traders, etc., I believe there is no way he never came across any that he would not keep.

I was in CC early this morning and the only vehicle at the BD residence was the Red Sports Car. I ran the plate number and it is still registered to the drug dealer from Weatherford, Texas.
If I remember correctly, Billie said this car was bought for her son awhile back. It appears to be taking some time for the registration to be updated. Or maybe she wasn't telling the truth again.
Every window on the house has one of the new flyers taped to them. Kind of an odd sight.
BD or SA were not seen. Hopefully the driver of the red car is feeding and watering the dog that is chained to a tree in the back yard.

If they don't know you by facial recognition, I would go and try to give that dog some food and water.

It was reported that BJD spent most of the day Thursday at the Federal Courthouse with the Feds.

It was also reported that Shawn no longer has an attorney. Evidently Shawn was taken to Dallas to take private polygraphs and he failed, 7 times. (Not sure if this is believable. If it were private, how do they know) But, supposedly his Attorney resigned. ** He was on his second attorney so maybe this was the first attorney who quit?

Something is going on with Clint & Naomi. He reportedly left her Friday nite but because of Chloe he came back.

The last thing is the HDUD FB group (Hailey Dunn Update & Discussion) were praising Billie Jean for "working her ass off" getting the Girl Scouts of America to agree to hand out Hailey posters and flyers. She had to call alllllllllll the way up to New York to get this accomplished. Whew. Such work! And then the H-DUD's fanned out to other FB pages to share this info and at the same time admonish all groups to PLEASE stop denigrating BJD as she worked so hard and if any of the Girl Scouts (impossible the page is restricted to 18 & older) and/or their parents and GS leaders read all of this, they would lose the deal. They worked so hard after having so many doors closed in their faces and this was the ONLY national coverage they could get. (I guess they forgot about Nancy Grace, billboards, CNN/Fox running the stories) And when they received the response that this was BS (not GS) they became enraged and upset. lol sorry, this was just so ridiculous.

Today it turns out that Billie Jean had nothing to do with this deal. Imagine that! It was Cindy Glasco who is married to Brian Glasco (the pot smoking dude aka Clint's half brother). Are you following all of this? lol I've never seen so many "family" members.

One has to wonder why they are all about getting these flyers and posters out to the country after 5 months? Why not right from the beginning? Why did Billie say in her interview that the searchers had covered most of the area and this was all they were left to do. Turns out they haven't come close to covering all of the search area. And someone is threatening to sue one of the searchers. They haven't named the person but I'm guessing it might be Patricia Trichel.

Speaking of searchers, supposedly Stephanie Boyd was charged with breaking and entering/stealing items while searching. She can no longer search. And isn't it Stephanie Boyd who has the brother in jail for Child Porn? And she was one of the first searchers for Hailey. Such a mess!!

Info on Grimes. Remember when Billie said that she failed the polygraph, Shawn failed and her brother failed? At that times she also said "Some other guy I don't know had to take the lie detector test" It is allegedly this guy, Grimes. And he passed allegedly.

So I think that tells us that Billie was lying about the quiet evening on the 26th. If her brother Del and this guy dropped by, it wasn't just the 4 of them.

Also WOTS is reporting that David was "ordered" out of the house at 9pm on the 26th. This is different than David went out at 9pm. They are also reporting that something happened between 1am and 5am. They seem to have some inside info about all of this.

I can't say anything other than this is coming from locals and they don't offer anything to back it up.

The other HUGE news is that allegedly CPS has been involved with Clint/Naomi and the kids. Clint did not pass a u.a. for drugs and he was told he had to leave the house or the children would be removed. This ties back to Clint leaving Naomi on Friday nite. Supposedly went back.

This is such a giant cluster f**k .

The first I heard of Clint Dunn I said "loser". Others said he was searching for his little girl. Give him a chance. He only smokes a little weed.

Man I saw through that loser from day one. Living with a girlfriend who just had his baby in her government subsudized housing. No job, bad back. Where is Hailey..who knows?

Clint knew what "his little girl" was living with. Hell I am in Indiana and I know. He knew and he did nothing. Why because he was a big loser and the state probably had to decide. Loser #1 or Loser #2. They chose Billie. I can hardly type this but Billie seemed like the better of the two. Imagine that.

Honestly I think this will play out the say way Ron Cummings and Misty Croslin played out.

They will strut their stuff until LE has enough information to arrest them for either drugs or child porn.

I have not heard of any sightings at the library. If they are, I would imagine it may be in another city where they would be less likely to be recognized.
I believe BD is going out of her way to stay out of the public view, except for a TV interview now and then.
I am hoping for a a blow up between BD and SA so maybe one of them will slip up. Doubtful but still a glimmer of hope.
