Casey Anthony’s Family In Private?

Have you ever wondered what George and Cindy Anthony talk about when they are not on National TV? This picture came across my desk… I will let the readers decide.

Re: Casey Anthony’s Family In Private?
Actually, I doubt they are doing much talking to one another these days. If what I suspect is true, they are probably sleeping in different counties.
In the beginning, I think the chatter between them was fear that Casey had done something with Caylee. This turned into denial because like George said, they didn't want to believe that their child could do something like that.
After denial, they probably talked again about the possibility that Casey had somehow caused Caylee's death, but in the direction of an accident. I'm sure that is when they decided that no matter what happened, they would defend her because if it were an accident, she should be set free.
Then there was George's suicide threat. It wasn't an attempt imo, but just a threat. I'm sure Cindy was pissed off that he did that, and their discussions probably became combative over who was suffering most.
There was a long silence from the Anthonys and when they came back out, they were bitter about the civil suit, and I'm sure that was their main subject of discussion. It was probably followed by ups and downs as we heard that George had had an affair, that they went on a luxury cruise, foreclosure on the house, losing a good attorney, etc.
What are they talking about now? Oh, probably on the rare occasions that they talk, it's probably combative and bitter. Even when they've appeared together in the past year, there has been little, if any, interaction between them. They sit stoicly in the courtroom, not touching, not even looking at each other most of the time.
The end of that marriage is just a matter of time, and probably sooner than later.

Casey destroys anything and anyone in her path.

I agree, Lilone...I believe for all intents and purposes that CA and GA are already separated, and that a divorce will occur very soon after the trial.

I agree. In one line you said it all.
I do disagree with those that say George and Cindy divorcing. I think they will continue on. Almost three years and they are still together.
I am not sure what it is called but some kind of dependency that keeps them together.
I don't see them divorcing.

Lilone you write so well. It does appear that the Anthony's are not "together" and never will be again. Way to much damage done to salvage any thing.

Jeanne..."co-dependency". It is a twisted need to hold on to something/someone. You feed off of each other.

Re: Casey Anthony’s Family In Private?
Co-dependency is absolutely correct. It is where one feels a need to control everyone around them so that "everyone" will be happy. The controller wants the controlled to be dependent upon them, thereby insuring that they will always have each other. (Sound like anybody we know?)
They think their loved ones need them, when in reality, it is the other way around.
What happens is that those being controlled come to resent the one who tries to control them. This sparks anger, spitefulness, conflict, etc. between them. Kids who have co-dependent mothers are especially affected, but all victims of the co-dependent person suffer.
Thanks, Linda... I appreciate the compliment!
