She is ultra professional. I love the way she talks, her voice. The command she shows. She talks with purpose. She very rarely is sustained when there is an objection. She is poles apart from the likes of Jose Baez.

I agree. And from what I heard last night from attorneys on JVM, if she wants to testify, they cannot stop her.

The jury and witness were removed for these arguments.

Absolutely--it MUST be, as of the points that can support incompetency, that is the only one that seems it would apply to Casey in a "confidential communication". I think that this is the only reason that they would bother with that motion. Oh my, can you see it now? Casey testifying against council advice? Who would do the direct? Can the defendent be a hostile witness? hahahaha

I do not think that JP will let it in.

The gain for defense is that he claimed in December 2008 to have searched where body was found in September and saw nothing. Then he "changes his story" to say he never got to exact site AFTER GETTING IMMUNITY FROM STATE FOR MYSTERIOUS CRIME. It adds to any intrigue a juror may suspect is going on here.

LOL, BJ...I care and she also has my blessing. I think the public and media would be salivating to see her on the stand. And, LDB would rip her to shreds in less than two minutes.

LDB says that she will give Jordan use immunity for any statements he makes today in court as well....

Color me confused. Is this going to be let in or what??

If defense goes too far state could ask why Jordan recorded.. (He was concerned defense would twist his words)
