I am also frustrated over not having an arrest yet. I am certain Shawn is the main person of guilt in this case but I believe others, including Billie, are guilty as well. Either by participating or have knowledge of what happened.
I also believe it is more drug related than sexual assault. Could be both.
I have done a background check on almost every person that Billie and Shawn associate with. There was one thing in common with them all.
DRUGS.
The sports car that was at Billie's house in CC months after Hailey went missing was registered to a known drug dealer with a violent past. I believe he was from the Weatherford, Texas area.
I am just not sure local LE will be able to solve this case. Even with the help from the Texas Rangers and FBI.

I think LE dropped the ball early on once Shawn failed not one but what..2 or was it 3 poly's as did Billie. He even told the cops Hailey is in Scurry County. Now, how would he KNOW that or SAY that if he wasn't involved? Then, the porn stuff..then, Billie lying about him being in her house. BOTH should have been arrested on the porn stuff. Let them sit in jail and see who squeals.

ONLY differences are Hailey Dunn has been found..HaLeigh Cummings has NOT. cryingagain

HaLeigh Cummings father is in prison for gee...DRUGS as is the alleged last person to see her..the gf turned wife, Misty..also Misty's brother..ALL for DRUGS.

So, I have little doubt drugs were involved in this but I think he was raping her..maybe she was given meth and when Billie saw that..she blamed Hailey and they both killed her. my 2 cents

I have lost sleep over this case since it began. I just do not believe that Shawn Adkins committed this crime by himself and got by with it.
IMO, Shawn is not the brightest person and to believe he committed the perfect crime and has fooled LE including the FBI and Texas Rangers is unbelievable.
I firmly believe this was a drug debt that ended a child's life.
Billie has stood beside Shawn and even been arrested for lying and protecting him.
No mother does this if she believes he raped and killed her child.

MADISONVILLE, Texas (AP) — Authorities in Southeast Texas say two people have been arrested on charges they were among a group of 11 involved in the sexual assault of a teenage girl.

Thirty-five-year-old Sondress Lotts and 33-year-old Earl James Tyler remained in the Madison County jail Monday after turning themselves into police over the weekend. They're each charged with child trafficking and sexual assault of a child.

Lotts is the sole woman in the group of 11 suspects who authorities say were involved in giving the teen methamphetamine in March and then taking her to a Madisonville home where she was assaulted over several hours. Madisonville is about 40 miles northeast of College Station.

All but two of the suspects have been arrested.

Jail records did not indicate attorneys for Lotts and Tyler.

I have no idea when a child's life became suitable payment for a drug debt. And yes it does happen more than we know. The actions of these sick individuals is slowing being brought into the light.

I would like to know Specifically HOW or WHY this became a drug debt. Are you saying that b/c B&S (perfect initials for them

) owed money for drugs that someone other than the BS artists killed Hailey? And/or are you saying Shawn killed Hailey for drug money? This is WHY I feel Hailey was trafficked out..or should I say..I really believed she was trafficked out UNTIL and AFTER her body was found in Scurry County..just down the road from S's mother's home. Either she died in that house and S took her out to the boondocks knowing there was no cell service in that area (he could have easily turned his phone off) OR she was taken someplace where she was bound/gagged/trafficked out for the alleged drug debt and THEN S buried her in Scurry County. The ONLY thing that makes me think she Never left B's home alive is b/c Shawn told LE that Hailey was in Scurry County but would not elaborate. Hope I'm making sense here.

Gnreed, I hear you about losing sleep. You're right there. You know who these peeps are..know who their so called 'friends' are..know of their families. I truly feel for you.

And in cases with very few remains, it takes even more time.

"So a remains case with just a few bones, you're talking about microscopic examination and tissue samples and DNA sampling and all types of things that take months and months to complete," explained Sgt. Beard. There IS no tissue left. NOT after almost 2 years in the blazing TX sun? Who the hell do they think we are?

Regardless of the number of bones found or whether or not foul play is involved, every remains investigation follows the same process. And that's a process that takes time and meticulous examination.

"But to them, it's another case that they have to work, and it creates a back-log," Sgt. Beard said. "Especially in DNA types of situations. It's not uncommon for it to take two or three months to get a positive DNA test result back." I think this is

as this is a high priority case..or if it isn't, it Should be. These forensic experts can hone in on the COD pretty quickly. It took approx 2 mo in to not only determine that the skull found was little Caylee's but Dr. G had the COD down; 'homicide by undetermined means'. There were NO fractures or blunt force trauma to her remains. I don't buy what they are trying to sell.

Though it'll take time, many are anxiously awaiting the results in hopes the wait will yield justice. Shawn and Billie should already be locked up for the infamous porn. OMG, this case and these local yocals drive me NUTS!

It's interesting that Del Ostrander, BD's brother, is sitting in jail in Taylor County as of yesterday.

He was arrested for:
1.Criminal Mischief
2.Evading arrest
3.Man. and Del of CS

It appears he was arrested in Mitchell County and transferred to Garza County, then transferred to Taylor County.
For some reason they didn't want him held in Mitchell County. (Colorado City)

I will see what I can find out later today.

I believe they do not want him in the Mitchell County jail. This could be for a variety of reasons. The main being they are concerned about who may visit him.
Taylor County has the video visitation which means no contact, and the conversation can be monitored.
In addition, this could be a major investigation.

There are a number of reasons. Small jail in CC could be at capacity, or they may want him kept away from other inmates.
In small jails, it's also easy for visitors to smuggle narcotics in to inmates.
Taylor County does not allow face to face visits.
Not saying this is the reason, but could be.
Also, most manufacturing and deliver of controlled substance arrests are related to meth labs.

I would not be shocked if we find that Clint and others are involved in this drug ring as well.

Drug Charges?
This worries me because in my mind if they had anything that tied him to Hailey's death they wouldn't be jacking around with a drug arrest.

gnreed do you think they may have arrested him on drug charges just to keep him from skipping off the radar?

Sadly so much time has past I don't know how anyone can be held accountable for her murder, unless a gun was used and ballistics tied someone to a gun or something found with her remains that link a connection to someone.
No DNA, no witnesses placing a vehicle or anyone with her at the time of her disappearance.

Del was interviewed by Ktab TV last night in the Taylor County Jail.
He stated he believes Shawn Adkins kidnapped and killed Hailey.
He also said he doesn't believe his sister (BD) had anything to do with it.

Del had a partner in crime when arrested earlier this week.
Christopher Johnson is charged with attempted capitol murder, possession of a firearm by felon, and numerous other charges.
I am assuming he shot at LE when being busted on the drug charges.

"The day she went missing, I was in county jail," he said. "I got out of jail that day."

"When I seen her on Christmas, she asked me to come spend the night with her," he explained. "I should've spent the night there because she went missing, I think, that next day."

I read the report again. It's not certain if Mr. Johnson was with Del or was arrested on seperate unrelated charges.
What I do know is that both are out of Mitchell County (Colorado City)
Why they are in Taylor County Jail, I have no idea. Could be a large drug bust has the jail full in CC and/or they want to keep them seperated.

It was an "attempted capital murder charge. That means he probably shot "at" LE.

I am not sure if he was associated with Del or not. I just know both were transported to Taylor County for charges out of Mitchell County.
The media for some reason is not asking or giving details.
I could be wrong but I believe something may be going on. Normally when there is an arrest for evading LE, shooting at LE, and being busted for delivery of drugs, it makes the news.

It IS odd both are in Taylor County if their crimes were committed in Mitchell County.

Re: 'making the news'..ya, that's a small area..would bet lots of things 'make the news' that wouldn't in big cities..but even someone shooting at LE would most Definitely make the news in any city..large or small.

I come from a very small community. It really isnt strange to have someone sent to another county jail if the jail is over crowded or if there are 2 or more involved in the same crime they will keep one in this county and one in another.

Two arrested for delivery of meth

delostranderkevinruthColorado City Police Officers arrested two males on May 26th after finding drugs and packaging materials in the vehicle that was stopped during a routine traffic stop.
Del Ostrander, 26, and Kevin Ruth, 25, were arrested and charged with manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance. Both men also had outstanding warrants, one in Mitchell County and one in Scurry County.
While on patrol in the area of the 1200 block of Westpoint Avenue, an officer saw a pickup belonging to an individual with an outstanding warrant. After a brief pursuit of the vehicle, a stop was made in the 300 block of Austin Street.

Both Ostrander and Ruth were arrested and methamphetamines were found during a search of the vehicle, along with materials used to divide and package the controlled substance.
According to the Mitchell County Sheriff’s Office, Ostrander was charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, a Class 1 Felony; criminal mischief and evading arrest, a Class 3 Felony. Bond amounts were set at $50,000, $7,500 and $1,500.
Ruth was charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, Class 1 Felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, Class C Misdemeanor; and Theft by Check. Bond amounts were set at $50,000, $500 and $1,500.
Both suspects remain in custody at Mitchell County Jail.

she answered with, "attempting to locate a signal off a tower." i understand what info she is talking about, therefore i understand what she meant by dead zones. it may show NO SERVICE, but it looks for service by trying to connect to other towers. it is a spot that service cannot be picked up, blocked somehow, electromagnetic interferrence and even large building structures, down in a ravine..... will cause you to lose signal. close by towers will try to find your phone signal. ping ping ping

dead zone??? wtf? there are no pings in a "dead zone" , how did they get pings from his phone if it couldn't communicate with a tower? lmfao. define what you mean by "dead zone" please.

The information is 100% accurate and confirmed with multiple sources within law enforcement. Cell phones can ping inside dead zones when they're attempting to locate a signal off a tower. But the person who posted that is obviously far too uneducated to realize that. Perhaps she should go back to her bon-bons and leave this to the professionals.

ok so i am seeing a new pattern going on here.

erica exposing what i was told by many to be confidential info about cell pings from the dead zone.
someone exposing what i was told to be confidential photos of evidence on WOJ page.

at the same time, strong supporters of LE, and those who strongly believe Shawn and/or Billie were responsible for Hailey missing/death.... they seem to have disappeared.

various "Shawn and billie are guilty" bash pages have become inactive.

so am i to think that, Shawn is no longer a suspect and any evidence on him is no longer confidential... and Billie is no longer a POI either?

just asking, cause i didnt get the memo.
