Unfortunately, Ottis Toole died in prison in 1996. The video above occured on December 16th, 2008. It is presented here as information for those that even after a year of the case being solved, may not even have known this event took place. Ottis Toole was never charged with Adam's murder, nor did he ever serve one day in jail for this crime. MissingKidsTV is merely offering this video as a means of informing the public that they can make a difference. Every single person watching this can help.
