JMHO, A. Lyons looked unprofessional, like an "unmade bed" in Court today BUT she has a strong voice & is very articulate.

She HINTED that she would be filing motions "about the DP being put on the table, then taken off." IMO, DUUUUUUUHHH! ONCE they got the forsencis back on Caylee/autopsy too, it was a different Ball GAME.

Do you think it is REMOTELY possible she could succeed in having the DP taken off the table?

The Death Penalty is her EXPERTISE, I worry that it may be VERY POSSIBLE for this to happen.

Two thoughts: The arguments would be FASCINATING to watch as the STATE would have to reveal somethings IMO that we have not been privey to as of yet.

The second thought is: SHE MIGHT BOW OUT since she was ONLY ON BOARD to help BOZO defend against the DP. IT would be great to see BOZO as the ONLY attorney, KC would surely be at least looking at LIFE IN PRISON/NO PAROLE due to his incompetence.

I am a little disturbed by L DRUNE's voice projection. She is no doubt BRILLANT, but, imo, her weak voice projection sounds not confident. Did anyone else notice that?
