The reason why the Defense keeps filing motions to dismiss and now to have the Death Penalty removed is because Casey's case will mess up Andrea Lyon's winning streak. Big Time.
:study: Andrea's book just recently hit the stands. Her claim to fame is "I've Never Lost A Death Penalty Case! EVER!"

I can just see her book sales plummeting instantly. Her publishers will ask her to pen a second addition... "I Never Lost A Death Penalty Case Until I Met Casey Anthony"

I predict that if the Death Penalty stays in place, Andrea will remove herself from the case.

She'll make better money off the 2nd book anyway!
