#3 - Hailey Dunn Missing in Colorado City, TX/ Search Affidavits - pages 4 and 21/ Billie denies knowledge of images of bestiality and child pornography on computer of Shawn Adkins, primary suspect, and memory stick found in Billie's home

Billie has never stated that Hailey was told not to leave the house on 12/27. She held a press conference on 1/31 expressly to tell the public what she told LE, what she thinks happened that day, and Shawn's new version of what he did that day. Not a word about this was ever mentioned. In fact, Billie is on record stating that she did't think Hailey was a "bad kid" , she didn't have to worry about her, and it was normal for her to be out and about freely (thus, she wasn't worried until a day and a half after Billie last saw her daughter).

This is another attempt to deflect attention away from Billie's house and explain why no sightings of Hailey on 12/27 can be substantiated by LE, imo. We are to infer that Hailey stayed inside as she was told and then left after Shawn got home, only to be snatched before anyone could see her. This comes just before Billie and Clint attend the sex trafficking conference.

This new version of Billie's bothers me for two reasons:
1. Hailey disobeyed her mom in this new version; if only Hailey had listened to Billie that day, she would still be here...
2. Hailey lied to Shawn in this new version
Billie says she could have been walking to a store or to play basketball, old unsubstantiated sighting claims that occured earlier than 3:15 p.m. when Shawn claims Hailey left the house. So, Billie must mean that Hailey could have been snatched going to the store or to play basketball sometime after 3:15 p.m. when Shawn claims to have seen her. So, Hailey lied, not Shawn. Shawn says Hailey claimed to be going to Clint's and then out for the night to MB's... If only Hailey had obeyed her mom and not lied to Shawn and just gone to her dad's, she'd still be here...

Wondered when we'd start seeing Hailey become at least partly responsible in Billie's accounts.

P.s. If I was LE and I knew that Shawn Adkins was now "hanging out" in CCity again, with the assistance and comfort of Billie Jean, I'd be beefing up security too...

I don't think Clint is in anyway involved in Hailey's disappearance. There is nothing to indicate that LE suspects him of anything. He publicly stated he'd take poly on 1/4. Either LE didn't deem it necessary, or he took one and we don't know about it. Billie and her brother leaked their own poly results and those of Shawn against LE's wishes; no one else has publicly talked about poly results.

I feel for Clint because LE cannot possibly share information with him. He's in contact with Billie. Billie is in close and comforting contact with their prime suspect. They can't tell Clint anything without risking tipping off Shawn (or risking Clint going apeshiitte on Shawn)... I think Clint is totally confused and that's why he keeps wavering regarding Shawn's involvement. Right now, Billie and Shawn are Clint's sources of information about what happened the day Hailey disappeared. He either believes them, or he wants very badly to believe them... JMO...

Listening to the BringThemHomeNow radio interview with Clint's mom (Connie Jones) and Clint's sister (Mary) right now. Notes of what Connie Jones said.

Shawn carried around a club with nails all the way through it in his truck. He was reaching into his truck to get it after he had a fight with Clint on Clint's mom's front yard.

Billie stayed with Clint's mom a few times because she was afraid of Shawn. Shawn had threatened an ex-girlfriend and held her hostage or something like that..He was threatening Billie, Clint and Clint's mom..

Clint's sister does not understand why Billie is still with Shawn, the suspect. She does think drugs could be involved in Hailey's disappearance...

David told a preacher that he didn't like Shawn because Shawn was mean to his mom.

Hailey told Clint's mom that Billie did in fact burn the "UFC" branding into David's back.

Clint's life mission is to find Hailey and he won't give up.

Clint's mom and Billie's mom are best friends (both named Connie). Billie's mom is torn apart. Billie's mom says Billie cries in bed every night.

Clint doesn't want to believe Shawn or Billie could be involved or know anything. Clint's mom doesn't think Billie wants to believe she could bring someone into her home that would hurt Hailey.

Clint's message to all parents: he never thought it could happen to his daughter; all parents need to careful, watchful, of their children...

NN you are correct. Instead of all of this BS..BD needs to clear herself and SA with polys. Until they do everything to show they are "clear", the public will eat them up alive.

Why won't they do that? My opinion. They are guilty.

True this never happened to me but you can believe I would be an Amber rather than a Billie if it ever had happened.

I would leave no doubt in anybodys mind I had nothing to do with my childs missing. They could strap me up to a poly 24/7 to prove anything I said was the truth.

I needed to hear what was said mainly by Clint's mom in this interview before I could form a clear opinion of why we have an article with Clint stating that he does not think that Shawn Adkins is involved in Hailey's disappearance.. and after reading what was said by Connie my gut instinct upon first reading where Clint says this..I believe is most likely the case{of course IMO}..

I think that what Clint is saying in the media is because of 1 0f 2 things.. Clint is either playing it cool{as personally I believe that I would attempt to do..if I could stomach "acting" like I believed them}I think that he has possibly seen where outwardly taking a stance against them{it was obvious that around his BTH show that he was feeling as tho quite possibly it was Shawn..and didn't wanna believe the Billie that he knew could hurt Hailey}..followed by the nightmare that I believe ensued for Clint after Peter Hyatt duped Clint into really opening up to him in a phone convo and spilled quite a bit of beans of who the real Billie is.. As my detailed post in Hailey's Thread #2 goes into extreme detail of my thoughts and views on what Billie's reaction was to Clint after this happened{am not going to repeat all of the detail its in Thread #2}..I think that it was because Clint saw that this stance{being "against" Billie Jean} was not getting him anywhere as well as had stirred the sh*t pot with BJD and she was lashing out with definite threats against Clint{and as my theory details its anyones guess what she could have over Clint to use to threaten and manipulate him with}.. It's because of this why I think we now see Clint trying a different approach{keep your enemies closer}...

Or #2 would be the fact that Clint Dunn is that scared of what BJD is capable of doing in retaliation for going "against" her..Out of pure fear he's taking that new stance of being on their side...

Personally I lean toward #1 being the case..a mixture of trying a different approach with regard to looking as tho he's in BJD's corner combined with him being a passive man that is like the abused dog that we see cower when a person even raises there hand with no ill intention..They have been lashed out on so very many times that they cower and give in out of pure fear of retribution.. I definitely think BJD is a manipulator of the worst kind..the kind that play real dirty and don't hesitate to dole out punishments as she sees fit..I think its a combo of both why we now hear this stance from Clint..and to be honest I think the poor guy doesn't know what in the hell to do?? who in the hell to turn to? I think he is as confused as hell and that Billie's BS is just adding to that stress and confusion..

Ya see I personally believe that MK is strictly playing the game to get Hailey home..mk knows that if he were to be there attempting to tell Billie that she must get her name cleared.and things that he is known to always stand by as rules of thumb...MK knows that if he were to play his regular role Billie would buck and he'd be in the same position as LE and the entire community and that position is on BJD's sh*tlist..How would that in any way help to find Hailey and to see justice for this child? BJD's ally..Marc IMO knows that BJD full of sh*t regardless whether she has direct involvement..she's full of sh*t where SA is concerned and MK is doing what he has got to do ALL FOR HAILEY..All to find Hailey first and foremost..

So I think MK's position with BJD adds loads more confusion to Clint..He doesn't understand why it seems as tho these legitimate orgs are buying Billies BS[when IMO MK is only doing whats neccessary to find Hailey and truly doesn't buy BJD's BS..but Clint doesn't know thats whats being done].. And theres no one there to guide this man to tell him whats really going on.. LE knows IMO but they can't talk to CLint about these type things its just too dangerous because they know what a manipulator BJD is and they fear that she would pull any info they told right out of Clint Dunn and of course feed it to the masked lover boy-toy.. So here's Clint all alone and not knowing what the hell is going and just compounded with more and more confusion..No one to sit him down and talk to him..let him in..let him know whats really happening..And damn it I think this is exactly why my heart hurts so damn much for this guy! I just explained it.. Thats exactly why..

Billie Dunn is not a named suspect in her daughters disappearance. Adam Baker is not charged in Zahra Bakers death though everyone knows he lied to police and had to know that Zahra was dead. I bring this up because I believe that like Adam Baker, Billie's involvement in her daughters death is all after the fact.
She is covering for Shawn and her lies and her actions are motivated by trying to divert suspicion from him.
What was the motivation of Adam Baker to ignore the fact that Zahra was abused and killed by Elisa? What is the motivation of Billie to cover for Shawn? How many others have we read about, one passive the other the abuser/torturer/murderer of the child? Too many. Billie Dunn lies and cant pass a poly or keep her stories straight for a reason.
She cant tell the truth.

That makes a lot of sense artgal16. I still think Billie is directly involved, but I do think your theory is very viable too. I can see the similarities in Adam Baker's behaviour and Billie Dunn's behaviour. Never noticed that before. Hmmm.....

Yes Sam that surprised me as well to hear that the "Connies"{BD's mom and CD's mom} are very close friends.. at first I felt disturbed by it..as in that it felt like that would mean something negative..but after thinking on it..it actually now makes me believe that there's hope for BD's mom{meaning that she may not have drank the kool-aid}..IDK but for some reason it gave me hope that even BD's mom does know SA's guilty and that her daughter is not ok{supporting SA}..who knows for certain..but just a thought{more like a hope that this is the case}..KWIM?

It was kinda confusing. If I understood correctly, Grandma Connie Jones indicated she believes Shawn is guilty. If it's not Shawn, she thinks Naomi's mom could be involved because of a previous threat she allegedly made on Billie's life. Grandma thinks she might be able to hurt Hailey to get at Billie. I don't even know if Grandma really thought this could be true, only because she seemed less sure of herself, to me, when she was describing it. But, I need to listen to the show again, I missed the first part and just came in on the tail end of this bit. JMO...

I wonder if Clint's stmt has anything to do with Marc K being there this weekend.......remember how adamant he was on NG when he was at Billie's house about all the scenarios that would mean Hailey is still alive, how BD is pure as the driven snow (cough cough and paraphrasing of course), it just hit me that obviously Clint want to believe it even though we heard him on NG when he stated his first suspicion was Shawn.....now all of the sudden after Klaas Kid searches, he has renewed hope and realistically that could only be the case if Shawn and Billie are innocent? Just tossing it around in my head.....

ETA~also they fact they encouraged Billie and Clint to go to Dallas for the sex trafficking {thing}

I pretty much agree with that stmt, and do think he appears naive to some extent but am a bit curious as to why he isn't preaching the normal lines we hear, "take the poly and clear yourself" and "the truth NEVER changes". That being said I have seen him judge ppl on NG that refused poly's when their loved one was missing but what turned me off was when he attacked Tim Miller. Granted taking Misty C under someone's wing who turned out to be a lil off herself backfired but if I was Crystal Sheffield I'd have been for anything that would have revealed where my child was and what happened, who was involved etc., I see Tim as so extremely passionate about these kids that he is willing to step outside the box and again if my child were missing, there is no telling what I would do to get information {legal or otherwise}......

Just reviewing today's interviews with Billie and Clint.

Does anyone think Shawn might actually be attending the sex trafficking conference this weekend? I've only read that Billie and Clint are going, but Billie's new version of events and Clint's new claim that he thinks Shawn is innocent have me wondering... I didnt know that Mark had anything bad to say about Tim Miller. When it comes to these organizations that all have the same purpose in mind, its best not to criticize the good works of others even if sometimes
