LOL ... I said it wasn't purty ! As far as who leaked them, I'm not sure. But, they were sent to LE from the married man. Married man is Cwtxnm Snyder on FB. If I can find his entry on FB, I'll share it with you all. But basically he was not trying to come onto Billie Jean. He sent her texts saying he was sorry to hear about her daughter gone missing and she returned with all the sexy stuff. He said he immediately sent it to LE and closed the door on Billie Jean. He was disgusted with her behavior.

He gave LE his email password and let them have at it. So it could have been him leaking to FB but Peter Hyatt had them too. No idea who leaked first.

Hopefully LE is closing in on Billie Jean and Shawn. I think they have been free much too long.

I think he knew her earlier in her life. May have dated him? But don't quote me on it because there are so many rumors out there. People are getting mean. Well some were mean to start with but even meaner ! I left one of the FB pages because although it was entitled updates & discussions, that wasn't what they wanted. They only wanted people to agree with them. If you didn't, it got ugly. I don't have the energy for that kind of bs.

Some are so blind on FB. They will not believe or even look at the crap that Billie Jean has been caught doing. They think she is the poor suffering mother of a missing child. I'm not saying she isn't affected but she sure does have a strange way of showing it. It's not typical unless she is Casey Anthony!

Another sorta kinda rumor out there (well that some believe) is that Billie Jean must have been under duress from Shawn when she lied to police. Because, after all, she opened the door and let them in knowing he was there.

Hmmmmmm. Not exactly what I got from that fiasco. I think Billie Jean thought she could lie and she would be believed. Or, she told Shawn to go hide and he sat on the couch with a blanket throw over his head and pretended no one could see him.

If she was so afraid of Shawn, she certainly could have let LE know and have him taken out of her house. Or even when she got to the jail. Did she? I'm thinking no because it was that weekend where they were seen together.

Craziness.

Ok. Maybe I am obsessed with this case but I did a little digging into older articles on Big Country. They have a wealth of info stored there. I came across this Yahoo article from 1/8/11 which was pretty early on in this case and it is from a psychic contributor to Yahoo. I don't typically subscribe to this type of "stuff" but it is interesting to see what she said and what we now know. Hailey Dunn disappeared December 27, 2010 from her home in Colorado City, Texas. This is very important. The last person that saw her and spoke with her was Shawn Adkins the mother's new move in boyfriend. I have
seen this scenario so many times it stinks. Why would any woman allow a male, complete stranger from a Myspace profile move in with her and her children without thoroughly checking this person out??? It is Shawn that said Hailey said she was going to her dad's and a friend's house, not Hailey directly. This is third party information. He saw her last. He becomes the main person of interest in this case to me. Then it is reported that Hailey did not pack anything. I had a daughter and raised two grand daughters. Sleep overs include lots of packing and plans. It sounds like this mother was also more concerned with her life than the children's lives.

I am called to work on cases and this case is calling me. Hailey needs help. Hailey is North. There are two planets that suggest danger North through an older male. He held her, abused her and confined her. This may be a teacher, a person who promised her work, or classmate, father type figure. Somehow a father figure is involved.

The number of the day is 6, so 6 will be involved in the case. I also noted that the motel was 0.6 miles away. The letters of the day are F, O and X. Route 141 is involved, also known as the Farm Road. 6 miles is very important. She seems to be within that area. Is there a military base or building south?

There are drugs and alcohol involved in this case again. No surprise to me. Hailey is in trouble. Her birth chart indicates that she could be head strong, but would be interested in older males. Hailey's friends know more than what they are saying. There is strong deception by an older male. This I believe is the boyfriend.

Boston_Lady, I actually found that Big Country article very interesting. I firmly believe something took place in or near that motel.

Also, in reference to Billie lying to LE, I think they MAY have been either having sex , doing drugs or both. Either way, it certainly was a surprise to Billie. Maybe Shawn dawned a mask and sat on the couch. Again,

I cannot read those FB pages..they give me an enormous headache...don't know how you do it, but I am glad you do.

There is very little, if any, new info on this case..I w/post what I got on my Google alert for Hailey this am but it sure isn't much.

Frustrating waiting for something to happen. It's been too quiet.

Wrap, it's been silent here. No news updates on TV, no sightings of BD or SA that I am aware of.

The fires have taken most of the local news air time but it appears the reporters are not asking questions about the case.

I have stopped reading the Facebook pages. It's a shame for adults to act like a bunch of children.

Actually, children show better behavior when a child is missing.

I was flipping thru old pictures and articles today. (shhhh I was supposed to be working from home today..oops ) I found this picture of Shawn and Billie Jean from early on in the case. Look at how he looks at her. He is definitely following her lead.

This photo of both of them is telling. Shawn looks like a guilty little boy the way he looks at Billie Jean. And another thing I noticed when Billie Jean was being interviewed, she kept saying "I want her back, she's my daughter". That sounded to me like Billie Jean brought her somewhere and changed her mind. I want her back. Like a little girl who gave her Barbie doll away and changed her mind.

I don't know if this is good news or no news. The DA acknowledges the computer content has been turned over, but doesn't confirm the nature of the content. He also states that maybe the Feds want to pursue it. There's nothing definitive in today's article, but it gives me a glimmer of hope that the delay in filing charges is due to determining who should prosecute, rather than LE having nothing chargeable. Hopeful...

I agree that at least it breaks the dead silence. But it appears to only answer the child porn on the computer/devices. Where is Hailey?

I agree about the FB. I think many of them simply have nothing better to do.

How bad is it out that way? We have no fires here, and it actually sprinkled for about 10 min. And, hot as all hell. I cannot imagine what you all must be going through up there.

That's a shame that no one is asking about the case. I suppose "The Big D" is too far to really care???

Either I'm getting old or I've forgotten some of the interviews because they seemed new to me ! lol But one of them that I didn't forget is the raw video with Shawn. Wrap, you talked about Dr. Lillian Glass and body language above. When Shawn is answering questions, his body language contradicts what he is saying. For instance, when he says "She loves me with all her heart" his head is shaking NO. It's really creepy.

And Wrap, I'm hoping that the DA in Howard County was just trying to play dumb regarding the CP so he wouldn't be pressed to really answer the question.

Another thing that is bothering me about this case, and maybe because it is a small country town, but the number of people who pick up the phone and call the Sheriff or the City Manager is amazing. I wouldn't think they would have time to talk to every citizen about this case. And yet, according to the many who have, it's true. (unless, of course, they are lying!)

This is a very strange, odd, and complicated case.

I hope we find out soon what has happened to Hailey.

And one more post before I head to bed. Here are some beautiful pictures of Hailey's Bridge decorated with over 200 Bunnies, stuffed animals for Easter. Freda and the searchers decorated this bridge.

And, I'm not trying to brag honestly, but I sent 3 Easter stuffed animals from up here in Massachusetts to add to this bridge in Dunn Texas. It was the very least I could do for Hailey. I've never done anything like this and it made me feel I was in some small way contributing to sending love to this young lady who has touched so many of our hearts. I didn't want to send money because of the trust issues of where it would go.

Maybe I am too tired to comprehend much more tonight but did you mean that every citizen Can and Does pick up the phone and talks to the CM and Sheriff? I know I called Lincoln County and spoke straight to the arresting officer when Billie's mom was arrested and I don't even live there (Thank Goodness!)

I hope you are right about the DA. I am sincerely beginning to lose faith in LE there. Everyone knows everyone and it makes me wonder if this is like the peeps in Satsuma.

Also, I was really glad that you weren't sure how to make a pic bigger when I asked you to bring over the pic of Billie's tattoo.

Just a thought, as small as Colorda City is the law enforcement should be very familiar with everyone or new people. Something is very stange about all of this. Hailey is gone.This was not a accident something did not just happen. What happened to Hailey had some thought behind it. I do believe the plan has backfired but neither BD or SA seem to have any concern except for each other. What do you all think?

Why should LE release any new info? If everyone knows each other down there, any new moves by LE would leak.
Therefore, keep BJD and SA and their assorted lawyers on the very last tip of their nerves wondering when they will have to pony up.

I have been "off the air" for a while and just now catching up. I just saw the pics BD sent to a married man ? ???!!! If they are recent, then what happened? Just a short while ago from the jail photos in her orange suit, she looked like canned cheese on a triscuit....death eating a cracker. Every other photo I've seen, she looks methed out and forlorn.

I studied body language in one of my psych classes, and according to the experts,(and a book called Never Be Lied To Again") if someone is right handed, you can tell by the eye position if they are lying or not. For example, I am right handed, so if my eyes go to the left, I am recalling something that actually happened. If they go to the right, I am most likely making it up. I took this into account when looking back through videos of BD in the interviews. Interesting...
But then again, I would have to know if BD is right or left handed.

I just tried that little exercise. I am right-handed. It felt very uncomfortable to shift my eyes to the right. And, I'm not lying!

How have Shawn Adkins, his cousin, and his whole family avoided arrest for something in the last 4 months? I would think LE would love to have them in custody for any length of time; a chance to keep up the pressure and see how they react. Maybe I'm wrong and LE wants to just watch them and what they are doing; hoping for clues. Just can't imagine their noses are that clean...

In sdillard's post above, Billie and Shawn are sitting on the infamous wandering couch. I see no sign of that Mushroomhead tattoo and have never seen any picture of the rumored Hailey tattoo that actually features Billie's face. Are the tats new, temporary or pure fiction? Kinda curious about the tats; if they are new, it's odd behavior to have them done during a time of supposed grief. Well, odd by normal standards, not so odd when it comes to parents strongly suspected of disappearing their child...

Pylicia Barnes, 16, went missing from her older half sister's apartment on 12.28 in Baltimore, same day as Hailey was reported missing. Lots of messed up family stuff going on in the apartment, and with her father's side of her family who she had recently discovered on Facebook. Pylicia's mom made it on to Nancy Grace once Billie Dunn was out. She fought hard to get answers and find her beautiful daughter. It has just been confirmed that Phylicia was found deceased yesterday in the river. RIP Phylicia, may justice come soon...

If Hailey is also deceased, I hope the connection in timing continues and she is found soon. I feel like Hailey and Phylicia's cases are similar due to timing and suspicion of associates of family members. In some way, I feel like these two victims share a connection and I like to think of them as together in a safer place, rather than their bodies existing out there somewhere all alone... Lovely Bones kind of thinking, I know.

I have just been catching up on the posts on this topic and I have to say. Most of you said what I have been thinking. What is going on in CC?

A young girl is missing. The last person to see her is one very strange dude and also into CP. The mother is the strangest ever and not one single arrest.

Colorado City has a killer and a Child Pornographer on the loose and nobody seems to care but the bloggers.

I thought in the beginning they were giving him enough rope to hang himself but this is crazy.

Also I am wondering if Billie is back to work. Those 12 weeks of Federal Family Leave would be up about the time she moved up north to her mothers house. People don't seem to be watching her so close up there.

I just can't for the life of me believe that Billie, Shawn and Clint are walking the streets free as birds and everybody and anybody can pick up the phone and call LE.

Perhaps somebody needs to call CC police and ask them whats going on. You never know they might just tell you.

What a mess and poor little Hailey..still missing.

TBT the timing is everything. I am thinking of Morgan Harrington and she too was found about 3 months after her disappearance. So maybe Hailey will be found soon. I hate to think of her dead but with nothing at all from her I think that might be the case.

I totally agree jeanne! Hailey is gone because she got in the way; and then her being gone unexpectedly got in the way of her mother's desired lifestyle (and her mom's boyfriend and maybe more people too). I trust and pray LE is fiercely committed to locating Hailey and finding justice. I worry "a little bit" that Billie, Shawn, the Ostrander gang, Patricia T (and maybe even Clint and Naomi) are such royal pains in the arses of LE that it could wear the the local PD down temporarily... Hopefully, the Rangers and the FBI are keeping things moving and supporting the small local PD in investigating and keeping track of the suspect(s)... Arrests..soon.. please...
