IIRC, they never found the gun and I wonder if the infamous knife was in the dishwasher..never heard if there was any blood or DNA on it.

I don't know how any of you look when you've been crying, but my face, eyes and nose get red and puffy when I cry. It's written all over my face. I just don't see that with Jodi. The one time I did see a tear was when Martinez was reading the e-mail she wrote to Travis knowing that he was already dead.
I think he meant he had no more questions for the Witness on the stand (Jodi). Nurmi still has other witnesses that he can call and just like all the others Martinez will get a crack at them too.

They are expected to offer opinions that she suffers from PTSD and Battered Women's Syndrome--and will explain Arias's behavior in that context.

The way I looked at the end of the day was it was time for court to adjourn anyway and Martinez was just saying that he was done with this current line of questioning for NOW and didn't want to "run overtime" but was never under the impression that the State was resting.

I hope you're right. They seem to think on the J4T site he has rested, but like Wrap said, he never said, "The state rests."

I read that Nurmi gets to redirect again now and try to make Jodi look better (fat chance now). I'm not sure if that happens after Martinez is done or not.

After the PTSD/battered experts - which I expect Martinez to make look not credible, because they based their diagnosis on her lies - then Nurmi is up again, and then Martinez gets to re-cross. At least Martinez gets to give the last comments in closing arguments, I imagine he'll tie it all together then.

Nurmi was already talking about automatic appeals today - if she gets death. I sort of hope she gets life in prison without parole, so she has to stick around and see what she is missing.

I wanted TMLS to get life ONLY because I didn't think she would get the DP but WOULD be convicted. Major shocker for all of us. So, I am at the point I do NOT think JA w/get the DP but WILL get LWOP. She stated she'd rather die than stay in prison for the rest of her life so maybe she w/Beg for the DP.
