Anthony case Doc Dump 8/7/9

Info was released on a CD, including an animation of the crime scene where Caylee was found, the t-shirt she was wearing, emails from Casey, a forensic report, and an 1100 pg. investigative report.

So far only 17 pages have been released and there is nothing new in them.

The Timothy Monteforte interview was interesting. His wallet and credit cards were found where Caylee's body was found. Is LE trying to say that Casey stole his wallet?

Also, the cell towers near the Ant's would be the same cell towers where Caylee's body was discovered. IMO, she knew that and that is why she dumped her body close to the house.

Most of the major stations are carrying the information including the report on the trunk of the car (no blood found) and cel phone records plus a 3d animation
of the site where the body was found. Blink on Crime is reporting on this as well
as she has made a reference to cel phone activity of Caseys and George lying
but Im not sure what exactly she is referring to - if anyone has time to figure it out please post it.

Maybe she is referring to the fact that cell phones show that KC did not ping outside of the A's till about 4 PM on 6/16. So how did GA see her leaving for work, unless she forgot her phone at home?

I just read the blink article - it is a bombshell! What does it mean in regards to G's depo the other day? If he was honest and told them the truth (he didn't see Casey on the 16th) then I guess because of limited immunity, there won't be any consequences for his previous lies??? Wasn't his interviews w/ LE under oath? Can he still be charged with perjury?

This case is mind-numbing...

Georgiamom, I wish I had the answers to your questions. Remember, in the Morgan & Morgan depo, he REFUSED to answer that timeline question. I am not sure..did the Ant's get limited immunity? I know Lee did but not sure about the Ant's. And a big YES, the Ant's depo's w/the State were under oath - as any depo is. Who knows what he told the State. Conway is trying to downplay it. I think they DID get immunity and that is why they are going to be testifying for the State. I would bet that both George and Cindy were caught in their lies and the State said either fess up and get immunity and testify for the State or we will arrest you both for obstruction. You can bet that neither Conway or Baez or any of the defense attorney's want this tid bit released to the media. I am hoping that we get those depo's. I look to Kathi Belich to get them. Stay tuned!!

These dumps tell me why millions of dollars are being spent on cases like this with duplication after duplication. I have seen all this stuff before. I get so outraged by the cost of this case because of actually seeing with my own eyes the waste of tax payer money. If you have not already seen the dump today don't waste your time. 8)
