Also I just ordered Diane Fannings book on the Anthonys through amazon.com
Many of the blogs are making a big deal that the heart-shaped outline on the duct tape was destroyed when they used finger-print powder on it. Sloppy policework is never good (no photo was taken before they used the powder) but I dont see it
making as much difference as many have stated.

well if someone took all the trouble to say there was a heart shaped outline, why didnt someone go through the trouble of photographing it

antisipation... waiting and certain to be disappointed with the truth about pillaged evidence!

In my mind all this give the defense more amunition. I am sure a million pictures exist of that duct tape. I am sure there will be bits and pieces in the new document dump for us to blog over. But folks it is getting down to the point where I am wondering if their case is being tried in the court of public opinion without all the facts. I have never, never seen so much information given and leaked to the public before a trial.
Sorry but something just isn't right.
