Dr. Drew On Call was provided exclusively with an e-mail sent by Jodi Arias on Sept. 1, 2008 to a leader at Travis Alexander's employer Pre-Paid Legal.

I am writing this letter in regards to Travis Alexander, whose life was taken last June. He was a good friend of mine. Am also, at present, in custody as I am being charged with his murder.

I am not writing this solely to plead my own innocence. That goes without saying -- as Travis meant the world to me and I would never harm him.

It is my understanding that his memory will be honored and recognized in Las Vegas this September. I would humbly remind those who say any different -- that I am innocent until proven guilty.

It is with a spirit of humility that I would ask that if I am in any way referenced during Travis' memorial at the team breakout, that my implied innocence is taken into account.

There is something else that I've been thinking about. As we all know, TLMS

was a DP case and they also had lesser charges for "lying to police". The State of Arizona did not file these charges against STABBY

. Wonder why..because IMHO, she trumps TLMS

WTH?? She said this in the interview she did on Thursday? I missed that! OMG! What a lying manipulator she is. And, really..who in their right mind could possibly do an interview just 20 min after being found guilty of first degree murder? Any of us would be hysterical. I have no doubt in my mind that she is a psychopath and would continue to kill anyone that gets in her way.

I just finally got time to watch this. The fake crying for her mom made me laugh. Once again no tears.

And the way she had to talk about how she's so kind and helping other inmates as a way of "tithing." Barf

As for the grandmother, I usually would not "judge" but after all the other dirty little tricks used by the defense, not to mention the lies, I think its highly possible they had Gramma in a wheelchair for the sympathy it would create. If I am wrong, I ask Gramma for forgiveness. I know sometimes I can walk just fine and sometimes (for distances and when its expected I will be doing a lot of walking) I need a walker. I have the rolling kind with a seat.

Still haven't listened to the entire thing. Did anyone watch Geraldo? I sure didn't. Can't stand him.

So, she's out of the psych ward? Bet she is getting a lot of sympathy from her fellow inmates.

I am on the fence re: if she really wants the DP. If it were me, I would want it. I couldn't stand being in prison for the rest of my life. Like she said, she is relatively young and healthy. That being said, I hope she does NOT get the DP. Let her spend the rest of her long life locked up. And even if she Did get the DP, she'd probably be in her 50's before she'd get the needle. Scott Peterson has been on death row for almost 10 years.

PHOENIX -- Jodi Arias is off suicide watch, five days after she was placed in a psychiatric unit for saying she would rather die than spend her life in prison.

Arias, 32, was convicted last week of first-degree murder for killing her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander. Hours after the verdict, she was placed under suicide watch for commenting in a television interview that she would prefer the death penalty.

She underwent a psychological evaluation at the Lower Buckeye Jail, which is routine for inmates under suicide watch.

On Monday, the Maricopa County (Ariz.) Sheriff's Office transferred Arias back to the all-female Estrella Jail after doctors determined she no longer needed to be under suicide watch. She is being housed alone in a cell.

Arias is under closed-custody status and will be allowed outside her cell for one hour each day, during which she can make phone calls or take showers.

Moments ago, the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office received an order from the Superior Court of Arizona and Honorable Judge Sherry Stephens that from today, prohibits Sheriff’s Office officials from approaching defendant Jodi Arias for the purposes of media interview requests.

We will not attempt to contact Arias for purposes of media interviews until that order is lifted by the court.

Once the court lifts the order, and if inmate Arias agrees to do interviews, all interested media parties will be notified immediately by Sheriff’s PIO via email. Interviews will be conducted thereafter in the order already received.

The wording of that notice is odd. So I assume if Media outlets show up to the SO for an interview someone from the SO then approaches STABBY

to see if she wants to grant an interview.
Knowing that certain Media sources are probably running wild outside the jail trying to get in to see her is just stroking STABBY

It really is amazing how they just pour out of her... keep pouring out of her.

There was some sort of hearing in front of the Judge involving all parties. I'm only speculating because no details have been leaked to the media, but I think it probably involved Nurmi's request to have the impact statements prerecorded. I feel pretty certain the request was denied, because Travis' family has the right to face his killer and tell her how the crime affected them and what they lost when she stole his life.

I can't wait to see if STABBY

She's so self-righteous, still blaming Travis, saying she doesn't want to make eye contact with siblings who look like him. It will be interesting to see how she ACTS.
