I would bet the "closed hearing" is about whether Travis' family can look Hodi in the eye when they give their victim impact statements as opposed to videoing them. I cannot imagine the defense winning this motion.

I turned on HLN and they are doing repeat testimony instead of telling us to get ready for the jury.

HLN just stopped the clock b/c 4 male juror's walked out of the deliberation room. Don't know if that means anything. I am kind of surprised it's taking this long. They don't know about the interview she did 20 min after they found her GUILTY. I wonder if they saw that interview, would it make their decision easier?

Welcome back Sam. I got all excited thinking the jury was coming back. Now I sit here I can't believe it is taking this long. After all the testimony and arguments they have heard before. I am thinking maybe they can't agree on the Death Penalty for it to be taking this long.

This is good news. I don't know how they could have said it was unproven.

She had ZERO reaction. Ryan Smith and NG are saying Hodi is one step from the actual DP. Nancy is saying there is a good chance she won't get the DP. I DISAGREE!!

had no expression whatsoever. Even she knew Travis' murder was cruel.

I did not catch the reason NG feels that way. I had to do a double take to make sure I heard her say that. I think she will get the DP.

NG said it is rare that a female gets the DP. I disagree in this case for sure!
