Defense deposition of officer who took Casey Anthony to infirmary after Caylee’s body found

On Apr. 2, Sgt. Billy Richardson was deposed by Casey Anthony’s defense team. He was the officer who escorted her to the jail’s nurse’s station before she was given the news that her daughter, Caylee’s body had been found.

hmm i thought they werent going to allow this as evidence, or did i hear wrong? this should be interesting

So, LKB grilled the poor guy on his previous employment/education and who else he spoke to about this. OK, let's get to the meat!!! The girl broke down, asked for a sedative, then started talking about football.

I guess I don't really see the importance of this depo. BOZO tried to make a big deal about it, BUT, the Legal Experts on Mike Galanos said the opinions of the those involved & their observations were of NO LEGAL IMPORTANCE. Their opinions don't matter. They are NOT experts.

Sad BOZO is forever grasping at any straw, most of the time of NO legal evidentiary value, JMO.

All this Legal tap dancing the Defense continues to engage in, all the propaganda and paper shuffling just makes their client look all the more guilty. IMO
Bozo thinks time will erase Florida's memory of what CASEY ANTHONY did to Caylee.
This case is costing the Taxpayers of Florida boocoos... these are the same folks that will be fished out of the Jury Pool! (eventually)

I agree, what a screw to the Fla. taxpayers.

And the cost of that ridiculous FRAUD case where we all watched KC spend Amy's money! Why don't they just PLEAD GUILTY at least in that case & consider there is NO POSSIBLE DEFENSE!
