It looks like both have a record - burglary, resisting arrest and giving false information seems to be the biggest charges. No drug charges.

I tend to believe also there was no car sale. Wait a few weeks and see if the registration has changed, grneed.

I will verify this tomorrow hopefully. I was told there were drug charges that were dropped due to pleading guilty on other charges. Not sure which one but as I said, I will find out.

Wrap, it is mind boggling. This is all downloaded in Sept/Oct. Hailey goes missing at the end of December. My opinion is that SA wanted to recreate either one of these cases BD downloaded or one of his favorite slasher films with his masks. If he did do something to Hailey, I would bet my life that he filmed it.

She knew too much.

It also would not surprise me if he did base this off of HaLeigh Cummings' case.

A majority of slasher movies involve cheerleaders. Makes me ill to think about it.

Sure hope the CPS case worker makes frequent visits to David at his new residence. Roger may be an okay guy if the state approved him as guardian. But, even if he has no felonies, the rap sheet should mandate that David's well-being is being closely monitored while in his care. JMO...

It's just so hard to think about when I picture Hailey Dunn, the All-American girl, who has a mother that gets her jolly's off on slasher movies about cheerleaders and God only knows what else. I wish anyone that interviews her would really hone in on that and ask her point blank if she was in to that type of garbage prior to SA. To see her sitting on her new couch attempting to defend her actions, one would never guess she likes that kind of thing. What is wrong with these people? I would love it if CZ came on now, after a massive two day search...and answer some questions.

I don't believe a convicted drug dealer would leave his car outside the home of a missing child when drugs have been mentioned publicly by LE in relation to the investigation. So, either the car was sold or given to someone at Billie's house by a convicted drug dealer (that Billie & company may or may not know) and the ownership has not yet been legally transferred, OR the owner paid a visit to the house for a transaction and was intercepted and given a ride off the premises by LE. Just speculation; all MOO. Will be interesting to see if that car remains there much longer...

I read where the population of CCity is only 4,000. It should be pretty easy to keep an eye on that house and what transpires there to a certain degree. Surely, if the red car remains parked there overnight, that is a red flag.

I would have never thought she would still be with the suspect that may have killed her child also. I also would not believe that she would have a NYE party just a few days after her daughter goes missing. I also would not believe she would change furniture (couch) just a few days after her daughter went missing. BUT, she has done all these things. We are not seeing a very normal person. Could be the drugs.
Just my opinion.

charm, I can't verify that SA stays there at night. I can say he was there on Friday. He was also with BD in the donated van as they stopped at his Grandmother's residence near 12:00pm on Saturday. I was told he is seen alot in the passenger side of the maroon van.

I strongly suspect he may be driving the red Camaro. He and BD were the only ones I saw at the residence over the weekend when the car was there.

Does anyone have a link to the floor plan of the house Hailey lives in? I have another thought I need to place.

Thanks for the rap sheets, gnreed. So it seems as if Billie actually moved a step up from her brother's records when she got together with Clint then. It makes me wonder if anyone Billie knows doesn't have a record or is not involved with drugs.

I am not buying the red ca was bought by her brother for DD either and then left in Billie's yard. Also didn't CZ say it wasn't running

I asked a long time ago sevral places including here and hopefully CZ can answer this, how did Billie know what Hailey was wearing when she reported her missing since the last time she saw her Hailey was in bed yet she didn't talk to Shawn about this since it never entered her mind to call Shawn when she reported her missing.......that doesn't make a lick of sense. I'd want to ask him are you sure she said Mary Beth, are you sure you didn't misunderstand what she told you, what was she wearing etc before I filed a report. I just see those as extremely pertinent q's you'd need an answer to before the report is filed.

I just had a really, really bad thought pop into my head about the red car when I read your post........not going to even post it as it sounds ludicrous, but it just hit me when I scrolled down. It does fall along the lines of your comment of "in lieu of......" .

911 call made from Snyder PD to Colorado City PD about the Dunn/Adkins domestic dispute

KTAB News has obtained 911 calls made in February 2010 related to a domestic dispute during which, according to police affidavits, Shawn Adkins allegedly threatened to kill 13-year-old Hailey Dunn and her mother.
The three 911 calls, obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, refer to threats made against Billie and her estranged husband, Clint, but not against Hailey.
In the first call, made to Colorado City police at approximately 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 14, Billie Dunn told a dispatcher that she was at work in Snyder and feared Adkins was going to enter her home and take something.

Dunn: “My boyfriend and I just broke up yesterday, but he’s saying that he’s going to go in my house and get his t-shirt and I don’t want him in there while I’m gone because I don’t know what he’ll take. I don’t trust him enough to go in there."

Dunn went on to tell dispatchers that she feared Adkins could take a television or her son’s X-Box. Dunn also revealed that she rarely locked the windows or doors.

The dispatcher told Dunn that it was not possible for an officer to stand by her house all day, but said she would inform police.

Three and a half hours later, Dunn made a second call to 911 claiming Adkins threatened her life.

Dunn: “I broke up with this guy a couple days ago and he’s a little ‘MHMR.' He’s telling me that he’s going to kill me and my ex-husband. And it’s going to be remembered for a long time.”

Dunn said Adkins made the repeated threats via text message.

“I texted back just to try and calm him down a little, but he said it’s going to happen.”

In a second portion of the call released to KTAB News, the dispatcher is heard telling the officer that it was Dunn making the request for assistance.

“(She has) been going all day,” the officer replied.

The third call was made from a Snyder police officer to Colorado City police around 4:30 p.m. on the same day, informing dispatchers that he had received a call from Adkins.

Officer: “We got a call over here from her boyfriend say that she’s possible suicidal, threatening to take a bunch of pills."

Dispatcher: “We’ve been having a big problem with those two all day.”

The affidavits signed on Jan. 7 say Adkins originally told authorities that he never threatened Hailey during the dispute, but that he then admitting to threaten the lives of both Hailey and Billie.

I have started one (excuse the commentary, I couldn't help myself)!!!

1-I think Billie did use 911 on Feb 2010 and I don't think she was worried about David (that was an afterthought and was what she mentioned last), it was about SA coming in her home when she wasn't there, kind of a control issue and I'll show you........remember he was involved with that Andrea girl in February, the one that looks like a skeleton and defends him as much as Billie. So IMO she knew he wanted to go grab his belongings and it was more of "hell no you are not", then she rattles on about how he might take her son's XBOX, TV etc, oh and yeah my son might be there, if I were truly worried about my son, I'd have left work to go home and make sure that David was staying someone else, locked my windows and doors. Then she calls to say he is threatening her and Clint in the next call, then SA calls about the possible overdose and although it could be him doint the tit fo tat, as Titch states if he was truly worried about it he did put Billie over himself so great point Titch, I never thought of that and if she knew and she had to about his affair with Andrea I can see her saying "I took all the klonopin in order to manipulate Shawn to come back to her...not that I believe she did, I think it was an effort to manipulate"

2-When she decided that she was in a panic about Hailey being missing before checking with MB PERSONALLY or even MB's mother, and didn't call Shawn to make sure he had the not mixed up the friend name since IMO a BF wouldn't be as aware of her friends as a mother should be, well she asled Clint to call 911 which I think is a big red flag, IMO it shows distancing just as it did when she had DD text MB when she could have easily called herself and even then why did Hailey have to come home at noon when she wasn't due home until 7pm, I mean it is Christmas break and I would rather my child be at the home where there was someone else with her than home all alone for 7 more hours. Also, why not call 911 herself to tell them she was coming to file a report, she had a phone at the office and knew far more details than Clint would have, and obviously she had no problem callin 911 from work since she did it last yr wrt the t-shirt, I just think a missing child is far more important than a BF wanting to come get his shirt and other belongings.

I would like to clear something up about the couches.

Billie's brother bought new couches, and gave her his old ones. Billie's old ones got stuck in the back of that broken down truck in her front yard for lack of anywhere else to put them. The couches sat there for 2 or 3 days, and then a woman came by and asked if she could have them. Billie said yes, and the woman had a couple of guys pick them up for her.

OK, just related to Hailey, they asked other questions, related to Hailey, they asked if I did anything to cause her disappearance, or if I was, I think, if I knew anything of her disappearance that I was holding back.


They didn’t tell me, just that it showed I was being deceptive. They explained to me this one line that I could see on there, there were several lines. There was one line that went up to the number 10. That’s, I guess, the highest it goes. When I purposely told a lie, they showed me it went up there so that I would understand it. It hit up to about number 4 or 5 each time a question was asked regarding Hailey, so I guess that shows some deception. I’m not sure. I don’t understand the polygraphs at all, but that’s what I was told.

SO, THE ONLY DECEPTION SHOWN ON THE LDT WERE QUESTION WRT TO HAILEY.....SO I AM EXTRAPOLATING FROM THAT THE NON-HAILEY RELATED QUESTIONS SHE SHOWED NO DECEPTION ON? HOW SHOCKING.....NOT

They did let me know about it, probably a week ago or longer. They told me they were gonna do it. I was hoping I would get a call to remind me, or let me know exactly what day and time. YW........I want everyone to feel free to add, the jumbled issue was part mine too as I did it rather quickly, but my main point when I started it was to show how manipulative she is, and I think she is far more manupilative than Shawn to be honest.
